It's a very friendly community, very caring. So far, the staff has met our expectations & are accommodating. Room sizes are good. They also offer storage rooms for residents in independent living. I'm not sure if that's the case for assisted living though.

My mom and I visited StoryPoint on two separate occasions. We were welcomed during both visits by multiple staff members who showed tremendous respect to my mom during this time of change. Members also talked fondly of all that StoryPoint offers. Also grateful for the time that Carrie spent with us. We moved my 87 year old mom into Storypoint Mequon in October of 2023 and we could not be happier. The entire community has been so welcoming and lovely to work with. The facility itself is beautiful, warm and inviting and fosters a real sense of community and family. The activities and the central bar and fireplace area create a perfect place for residents to sit and visit and has really helped my mom make friends quickly. The highlight of the facility and the most important thing for our mom is the staff. Everyone from the Directors to the nighttime staff are caring, kind and helpful people. Within one week they all knew my mom by name and they greet her with a hug. We really believe it is a perfect place and wish we would have made the move sooner.
