Late stage Alzheimer's is a terrible disease robbing those who have the disease the ability to function without 24x7 care. This facility is great and the staff very caring for all patients. While the cost is high, the care is there and great.

StoryPoint Chesterson is pricey but they are happy there. They are close to me, they do their physical therapy in the building, food is good and people are nice. We would recommend the community to other families who may be looking for a place for their loved ones.

I love it here.

My loved one has lived here for 2 years and has had nothing but a pleasant, safe and friendly experience! The staff is attentive, professional, friendly and always willing to do everything they can do to make the stay here so easy and they are always willing to help out in any way they can. The setting and the grounds in the Southwick community is so peaceful and picturesque. I would gladly recommend this community thus five star rating!

We found the staff to be very friendly and courteous. The food was very good!

They responded quickly and treated us well, taking us through a FaceTime tour. The cost was about the same as Mom had been paying.

I love Independence Village of Carmel! Good atmosphere, pleasant staff, great food, good interactions between Assisted Living and Independent Living. The rooms are spacious and the one bedrooms even include a washer and dryer. Everything has been absolutely great for my loved one here! I would definitely recommend Independence Village of Carmel to others!

This is a great community. The staff is very informative and helpful. I had a good experience all my questions were answered and the team makes you feel welcome. I will definitely refer people to this community.Very beautiful layout and a lot of fun things for the clients to do. Thank you for all you do.

The staff at this location are not only very professional they are also empathetic with all the residents and visitors they encounter i couldn’t wish for a better place to be cared for. The cleanliness of the community is amazing and the meals are just delicious, and they have really nice activities. We think the overall value of the community is excellent. We really like the attentiveness of all the staff members there, and also the resident's they are all so very kind to our loved one.

I had a six week respit stay and enjoyed it very much. The facility is lovely and well maintained. The caregivers were skilled and compassionate. The food was resteraunt.quality. My one bedroom unit was spacious. Activities go on all day, 7 days a week. If i ever need assisted living permanently. this is where i will go.

Always helpful and goes the extra mile in helping you out. Questions were answered timely. Calls were returned promptly. Compassion was always displayed & given. If I was to rate from 1-100, I would give them 150!

Aide is very helpful with showering, cleaning, dressing & assisting with balance. During evening hours staff is ALWAYS available to help prepare for bed with comfort & safety. Very happy here!

Staff member has every positive attitude & friendly does great exercise class & trivia. "She is my favorite person," the only reason I got. Activities loves bookclub!

Staff member went above & beyond doing laundry, taking out trash, & making the bed. Staff member is always smiling & happy. Very helpful & informative.

On several occasions staff is very helpful on responding to "pendant" assistance to getting to activities, ie movies. Staff accommodated a special menu request for meals.

The value for cost is fair, but I wish that the community fee wasn't as high as it was the highest of the communities that we looked at. But it was not a deal breaker. I would highly recommend Danbury and Brunswick to anyone. Just today my sister told me unsolicited that she felt very much at home there. And this is coming from someone who was refusing to move and just losing her husband on [date removed]. That speaks volumes for this location.

Resident was having difficulty hanging a picture in room & was quickly helped plus medications are always on time & refilled correctly. W/ communication staff are very informative.

Living at Danbury 3.5 years all staff nice & polite. All of my needs are met. Room is always splotless clean. Engaging & independent. It's as close to home as I am going to get.

Great community. Lots of things for residents to do from cards to rides to lunch & parks, hobbies with help and guidance. The staff is helpful and considerate, aware of residents feelings. Management is involved with everything & work well with residents & staff, willing to listen and assist everyone.
