Staff are ALWAYS friendly and courteous. Residents always seem happy! I have joined them for lunch and the food is amazingly prepared by Chef [name removed]. Delish! It is always a pleasure interacting with staff and residents.

our family is very pleased with StoryPoint Waterville. The location is great. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The food is good. We are so glad we found this place for our mother.

The Life Enrichment crew does a great job to keep you busy and learning new things. The cleaning crew does a nice job keeping your room clean and the rest of the building. Maintenance will be there if you put a request at the front desk for something to be done by them. We have card games, bingo, and dinner outings. A bus to take you shopping and to doctors appointments. You make many good friends.

My daughter and myself ate lunch before the tour. Very tasty and healthy. We were shown an apartment similar to my need and budget. Everyone we met was warm and friendly. I feel it would be a great place for me. I would feel very secure at night. All of our questions were answered during the tour.

The staff is exceptional - professional; compassionate; kind; friendly - all of the way from administrator; receptionists, dietary staff etc etc

It is a big building filled with people who are friendly.

My experience here has been an encouragement. We have 3 sports, 3 concerts a week, book club, grief group, Parkinson's meeting, Table Topics, Bible Study, Choir, Bingo, puzzles, games, fellowship, friends, family-like atmosphere, BP checks, special activities on holidays.

Our sister-in-law moved to StoryPoint Saline after an extensive search around the surrounding communities. We found what most reviewers were saying is true.... a respectful staff, lovely surroundings, good amenities, and camaraderie. However, one doesn't know what one doesn't know. My sister-in-law lived independently, but a surprise issue arose, and we sought help from the in-house director of StoryPoint-Saline's Home Care, [name removed]. She gave us a Cliff's Notes brief on the services provided, helped us assess the problem immediately, and resolve the at hand issue. Her staff was diligent and dogged in providing our sister-in-law comfort and caring when we could not be present. It gave us such peace of mind, and we will be forever grateful. We can't recommend StoryPoint-Saline enough.

ALL staff will say hello to you as you walk down hall and makes you feel welcome. Many things to do if you wish to participate. They use your name quickly.

Not only is this community beautiful, but the people are all so welcoming and kind. I have been so impressed by the leadership team and how much they love and care for the residents who live there. Every time I am there, the residents are engaged and happy. And the food is outstanding:)

The facility is magnificent! The staff is all loving and supportive. Between the staff and all of the residents, this is my new family. And all of the activities make this a Cruise Ship on Land!

My experience with the Activity Staff is absolutely wonderful! They plan the fullest and most diverse array of activities for their residents on a daily basis. They plan MORE than enough fun and memory-provoking activities that each resident has TOO many choices. The staff not only plan and make sure residents get to their favorite activity, but they participate!! They are all in and truly love their residents and their quality of life is their priority!

This place has exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment we walked in, we instantly felt at home! [name removed] at the front desk is so welcoming and friendly. Everyone I come across in the community is so happy and willing to help with anything. What's even better is that they have caregivers on-site so our parents have the ability to age in place, which was a concern for us at first. Jody, the Laurus director does a great job with her team there. The culinary team is absolutely stunning! The food is incredible as we were blown away by the Easter brunch buffet. You will never be disappointed moving your loved one here!

My family and loved one had a great experience with the community. The staff are kind and caring. Everyone is friendly. There are wonderful activities to assist with socialization of the residents, and the volunteers that help provide these are great. We would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

We have to rate the StoryPoint Pickerington Facility a 5 star for each category. The dining group deserves 5+ stars - they have gone above and beyond to assist our brother during his process of recovery from knee replacement. The staff as well deserves 5+ stars because they have all been helpful and very pleasant since his first day at the Facility. Based on our experience with far with this community, we would absolutely recommend the community to other families.

The maintenance team member could follow through in a quicker manner, and make sure it is done to the liking of the family and resident. [name removed] with CousaCare is amazing! CoursaCare is a care company that contracts to take care of the residents that families can hire outside. Everyone here is friendly and the residents seem very happy. The food is amazing! There are activities to engaged the residents to socialize.

My wife had been in another facility in another town. She wouldn't socialize and just stayed in her room. My daughter and I toured Briarwood and were immediately impressed with the staff and the facility. She now is out and about, socializing eating with the other residents and just seems happy. Our family is happy that she's happy.
