Everyone who works here is very helpful, caring, and responds to the residents in a timely, professional manner. I would highly recommended living here and having a family member live at this facility. They always have fun activities to do!

Our experience with StoryPoint in Grove City has been exceptional. The Executive Director [name removed] and Wellness Director [name removed] communicate quickly and professionally. The activities and food are top of the line you can trust that your loved one will be in good hands here!

Story Point is a fantastic option for the aging population. My grandparents moved in 2 years ago and my grandfather has since passed away. The community that surrounds the residents feels like family. In addition to the residents feeling like family, my extended family is treated so well there too. The team plans events for kids so the residents have an opportunity to “host” their loved ones with little ones for celebrations. My kids enjoy visiting the facility and taking part in events with my grandmother. Story Point is much more comfortable than other facilities for aging adults.

Staff is friendly and attentive, that really stood out to me here. Activities appropriate for my brothers needs. They do provide housekeeping and laundry once a week. Biggest factor was convenience and also even though one of my loved one's is independent and one is not, they were able to provide a plan that worked for both of them. That was huge! I would recommend to others.

We'd recommend StoryPoint Chesterfield. They have assisted us in many ways. The caring and giving staff is attentive and personal. In addition to a clean, respectful environment, the activities provided to residents allow a fun and social outlet and allow friendships to flourish.

My mother became a resident of the Danbury Community in Westerville 16 months ago. We had many choices in the area for assisted living, and we are so happy that we chose Danbury. The facility is welcoming and does a great job of keeping families informed. The administrators are accessible and responsive, and I always feel that I can approach any of them with concerns and questions. I feel comfortable calling the front desk with questions and I am always met with quick responses. The nursing staff has been kind and professional with my mom. She feels very comfortable with the care she has been given. I have had to call them in the middle of the night a few times when my mom was confused and could not find her call button. The responses were swift and they were quick to communicate with me after they saw her. The Director of Nursing has always been responsive to our needs and communicates with us regularly. The cleaning and maintenance staff have been efficient and timely with mom's needed repairs and general cleaning. As with other staff, I always feel that they add a very personal touch to the services they provide. My mom enjoys having them in the apartment. I am always impressed with the wonderful activities that are planned for the residents. The activities director spends a great deal of time planning special celebrations. The care and attention to these events make the residents feel special and add so much fun to the atmosphere of the different parties. We are pleased to be a part of the Danbury family and feel my mother has received excellent care. We have referred several friends to the facility.

This was an amazing experience for our loved one during their time here. Danbury was onboard with having family assistance in caring for our loved one. The staff enjoyed having us there to support our loved one in the dining room, activities, and more. The staff went above and beyond in caring for our loved one as they were declining in health. Some of the care they were able to provide were dressing assistance, eating, and hygiene care. The community was wonderful in communicating with internal staff, the residents and the family. The staff were compassionate and got to know the residents and this was appreciated. They gave the family a peace of mind knowing our loved one was well cared for. The support they showed towards the family the day our loved one passed was amazing. [Name removed], the Director of Nursing was amazing to work with! She wanted to know everything about our loved one's history to make sure they were well cared for.

The food is good. The value for the money is good. We picked this community because, during the tour it was the people, friendliness, the environment seemed very good, and they were very welcoming. I have not been dissapointed. It's a wonderful place. I would highly reccommend to other families. Visit and talk to them. They are doing a fabulous job.

Independence Village of Fishers South was tied for our number one choice, but they could not handle mom's trilogy machine that she uses at night.

The friendliness of the staff is a 5 +++ they are so caring and welcoming. Based on our families experience we would recommend the Danbury North Canton community to other families.

We are very satisfied with our experience at this community. The staff are adapting to requests for our loved one's care needs made by the family. There are lots of activities for the residents to participate in. Happy hour, religious activities, games, exercise class, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from. There are three meals a day served to the residents and they have choices to choose from.

This facility has beenwonderful. They're so very caring here. I had my parents in a different facility and then moved them here. While mom was still with us, they did an incredible job trying to keep my parents together as much as possible, even though they were on different units/levels of care. They absolutely went out of their way for our family. Overall, it's just a great place. Dad has trouble using the phone to call me on his own and needs assistance with it. They always help him, which I appreciate very much. Housekeeping is daily and dad's room is always clean. They're very thorough. Communication with the family is very good. The food is good, they're just going through some staffing shortages like everyone else is. But they do a great job. You truly feel like family here. I would recomme nd them to friends and family.

Like staying busy with activities. Food is good, I'm gaining weight. I like the long hallways to walk in.

Awesome group of people running this facility. Father seems happy with all services provided. And a special thanks to the wonderful facility director.

I like it here. I like the activities. Everyone takes care of us. I think it's the best place for me.

Sometimes it's pretty nice. I enjoy everything, and if I didn't I wouldn't be here!

They keep it so clean and the people that's in it! Easy to get along with!
