Beautiful, friendly and well staffed community. If you are looking for your loved one, this is a must see community to consider.

I highly recommend Hathaway Hills community to anyone looking to place their loved one in assisted living. The staff there is always going above & beyond to provide exceptional care to their residents.

The hardest decision in my life was finding an Assisted Living home for my Mom. We are very pleased with Arbor Grove Assisted living. It is a Christian based community. Love the religious songs they play and a prayer before meals. The staff is like family. Very caring and anxious to help in any way. The activities director is wonderful and plans activities for all to participate in. The chief is great. Along with good food, he calls the residents by name and makes the families feel important. Everyone is wonderful. As soon as you walk in the door staff is welcoming you and making you feel right at home. . I know we made the right decision. I know Mom is well taken care of.

I’m very familiar with all senior living communities in greater Louisville and I believe StoryPoint Prospect deserves the 5 star rating. Congratulations to the staff and the benefitting residents. Keep up the great service.

We are blessed to have a community that has surrounded our family and mother with so much warmth ,kindness and understanding as we transition my mother to assisted living. The staff took extra care to help my mother acclimate with others and her new community . White lake has many comfortable and beautiful common areas for residents and families to enjoy . The private walking path and outdoor sitting and gazebo are a great compliment.

This is the only place that you should consider for your loved one. They have activities like art classes, bingo, puzzles and more to keep the residents busy. They really do customize to the residents needs.

We came out to see the StoryPoint experience first hand. We left huge fans of their operation. [Name removed] and her team were outstanding. Everyone was welcoming and showed us how much they care for their residents. We loved loved loved the food! One of the best muffins I've ever had! We will be referring often...

Immediately as I walked into the building, I felt at home. I thought the facility had just been built because they take such good care of it and keep it clean and updated. I was lucky enough to have lunch there and would recommend there and again it was much better than I could have ever imagined. This is truly a beautiful facility with kind and friendly staff.

I enjoy living in this community because we have the friendliest staff and residents. [name removed] at the front desk is wonderful and helpful. [name removed] is a great caregiver.

I toured StoryPoint Prospect and was impressed. It has a warm feel with friendly staff and a family atmosphere. I was lucky enough to be treated to a lunch and the food was excellent. I felt at home during the tour and could see the residents were having fun. I enjoyed their laughs.

StoryPoint Prospect staff and team blew me away during my tour. They were all so pleasant, helpful and caring! You can tell the staff really loves their jobs and they make their residents feel special. From the moment you walk in the doors you feel a calm, homey welcoming! The bright beautiful prints and painting through, large and small seating areas, great physical therapy area and they have a very nice theater room. I definitely will refer this community to love ones and friends.

Toured this Community and the staff was nice and friendly. ED was knowledgeable and approachable. Receptionists was friendly and inviting. Feel this would be a great fit for our family. I had a former family friend that had a family member when it was another company, and what a change I have noticed with care, attentiveness, and cleanliness of community. There seems to be an improvement in their activities programming, and residents raved about the food.

We chose River Ridge because she wanted to be in the South Haven area and this was the best facility we found.. It also came recommended so we went to tour and were impressed. The apartment sizes are great, my mom really likes her space. [name removed] and [name removed] are both very helpful and we enjoy speaking with them. She does say that the food can be hit or miss, but I know that they are trying their best to please a lot of people. Things are going really well here and I would definitely recommend them.

Wonderful exciting community! Many different adventures and events to keep the residents busy and interested. Great staff that not only assist, but participate in the residents daily lives. Staff appear to be valued by the company also.

Toured this community with my mother while looking for placement. We both were amazed by the level of luxury found here. The care seems to be top notch with friendly and outgoing care givers. There is a lot of Activities to take place in, and the residents were all abuzz about programs and events. We visited around Christmastime and the building was absolutely beautiful with trees and decorations. We didn't stay for a meal, but did take a look at their menu, and it is a 5 star dining experience! A hidden treasure in Louisville!

A great environment in this community. Small, intimate, and like a family. The food being wonderful is a perk too.

Cascade Trails has been a godsend to me and my family! The staff are happy and genuinely care about the residents. I looked around the GR area at many different senior living communities and Cascade Trails was the #1 option by far. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the market.
