I've had the opportunity to provide skilled nursing services in this building (I do not work for Glen Abbey), the staff are excellent, caring, and available to communicate patient needs and concerns. Often, when I arrive at the building activities are going on with resident and staff participation. The food being served also smells and looks amazing! Facility is clean and decorated tastefully. 5 Stars!

No one and nothing is perfect but Storypoint is trying more than any other assisted living center that I have encountered. My mother was living independently until an unfortunate hospital stay and we needed to identify a safe place quickly. StoryPoint Chesterfield is always kept very clean and the staff members are always super friendly. The meals are good, but the service nowadays is a little slow, so i think they are having some trouble keeping the help. However our loved one is very happy with the activities that go on. She is getting very good care and enjoying herself, and even though the value is expensive, it does hold value.

It has been a great experience for us. The memory care area is wonderful. They have an active activities team for the memory care unit. Some of the activities include cooking classes, music, outdoor activities and more for the residents to choose from. The food is good here.

My name is Linda [last name removed]. I am a musician/entertainer and perform at many retirement communities in Ohio. Recently I played at StoryPoint in Grove City and was so impressed and happy that they welcomed me into their beautiful home - and home is how it felt! The room where I played has a perfect setting for performing and a beautiful grand piano. Acoustics are so good that I hardly needed a microphone! The best part of my experience were the residents and the staff. There is such a happy and positive atmosphere, with everyone eager to help and interact. They truly seem to care for each other. I had such a fun time and I can’t wait to see them all again soon! Till then, Linda
