I would tell others to go to the community. The staff is so kind and friendly. They know everyone's name. The services and food are excellent. They even have guest apartments for you to stay and see your loved one in the community. This is a newer community and it is a beautiful. They have a wide range of activities and my loved one enjoys them.

We live in the Vintage Co-op in mes Iowa and the staff at Independence Village have made 3 meals for us. They are truly ambassadors for their facility. Even with covid, they served a beautiful Valentines, St. pats Day and last night a Luau. We had to pick up 2 but they brought one to us. We really enjoyed their friendship and hospitality. They went above and beyond. Thanks

This community is great. I was reluctant to come here. At 84 I was used to living in my own home. My family brought me here because I was pretty down- my husband of 60 years had died. I was really helped coming here. The staff is great, the list of activities comes out every week and residents participate. The maintenance staff works wonders. You can turn in a problem and they come right in your door to fix it immediately. Sorry there's not enough paper to write more.

Arriving at Story Point, you are greeted by large containers of flowering plants. The apartments are spacious with large windows to bring in sunlight. Efficiency kitchen and laundry are perfect. Meals are served in a spacious dining room. Soup, 2 hot entrees and sandwiches are offered each meal. The activities appeal to a wide variety of interest. The staff is courteous and friendly. It is a wonderful place to live.
