I frequently visit with my pet, as a therapy team. The newly renovated facility is beautiful and the atmosphere is always welcoming from the staff as well as the residents. Everyone is equally excited to see visitors and spend quality time during visits (I speak from first-hand experience). Smiles are everywhere. These smiles come from the wide variety of unique and fun activities planned by the facility. They do an AMAZING job providing a wide range of various events for the residents. These range from 'pool parties' to themed gatherings, educational presentations, pet therapy visits, etc. The list is endless. Also, the staff tirelessly worked (still do) around the clock during these trying times making sure the residents stayed connected to their loved ones via I-Pads, face time, etc. They constantly go the extra mile providing the help and compassion we all want for our loved ones. Because of their efforts, this facility is a loving/caring home for all.

The care and compassion shown at IV Brighton is amazing to see. The residents always come first and staff go above and beyond to make sure each resident's individual needs are met. This is the type of place I would want my own family members to live.

The staff is always fantastic when we're there. The community is always clean. All the residents appear to be having a good time.

Independence Village offers carefree living to all it's residence regardless of your physical abilities. The staff treats each resident with respect, you will always be greeted with a smile and a kind word. They handled this covid situation professionally and kept all residents safe and in compliance within state and federal mandated guidelines.

Very friendly, Kind - residents are happy - always something going on - very active community. Very clean, staff are ready to help. - compassionate to their resdients - caring community - when residents are sick - the staff are very attentive to cleanliness and rules.

When I first moved here i was home sick and just wanted to go home. I stayed in my room did not go out for anything, didn't talk to anyone. After a few weeks i began to feel more comfortable and started going down to the meals.I met some people that live here and some of the staff. They made me feel welcomed and important. I now go out to the laundry room and do my own laundry. I absolutely love it here. The food considering covid and room deliver was great. I just didn't like the sour dough pancakes. This is a great place to live.

I think Independence Village is a very comfortable place to live. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. The building is kept very clean and the activities group is outstanding. The quality of the food is gradually improving along with the training of the waitstaff. I think the maintenance department could use one more man. I have recommend the facility to my friends.

I have lived here for about 3 1/2 years & I am very happy & comfortable. We have been kept safe throughout the covid 19 shut down. I am very appreciative of the staff here - they all did a great job.

I was afraid to live alone, but my family insisted. I consider myself lucky and blessed to have ended up here. I love it here and found my life long friends. Anyone who lives here is the luckiest person in the world.

The activities are limited but they do still have exercise classes and board games. We would recommend this community, it is beautiful it feels like a resort.

I love living here because you're treated like family. Everyone is happy and we get severed the best food. We celebrate all occasions and I couldn't be happier. I love my friends and my life here.

I love it here. Specifically the food and people. The nicest people in the world. So many things to do. Honestly, it's perfect from top to bottom-inside and out.

We are glad that our mom is so at home at Storypoint. Everyone who works there is so kind and helpful. From the helpful ladies at the front desk to the wonderful activities directors, the chef and servers, caregivers and baristas-everyone goes above and beyond to take excellent care of our mom and make a fun, loving, and safe community.

I love going on our shuttle adventures. I love living here-all meals are good and I meet some of the nicest people.

I enjoy all the activities. I loved the people overall I'm very happy. The dining experience is phenomenal. There is always something to do!

I recently moved in from another facility and have had nothing but great interactions with everyone. There is a nice courtyard where I can sit and read and enjoy the flowers during the day.

I’ve been a resident for 5 or 6 years and made several wonderful friends. They keep me very active and engaged with the activities. The staff is excellent, they’re all super helpful! The menu is always good from the kitchen. This place has grown on me over the years and become a very comfortable home.
