No complaints. Very comfortable. staff is wonderful. Lots of activities if you want. No complaints. Very comfortable. Convenient transportation. Food and dining service is very good. Always helpful.

We feel that Sunrise is a perfect fit for dad. They encourage him to socialize but don’t force him to. He is clean and warm and well fed and he seems content. He can be pretty grouchy some days but [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] just smile and say “I know you don’t mean that”. We are very happy knowing that someone is keeping an eye on him and keeping him safe. He has made some friends but is also happy to be in his room watching TV just like he did at home.

I absolutely would recommend to others. It's a bit pricey but worth it for the care my mom receives. The care staff are amazing. And it is exceptionally clean.

What stood out most was the genuine care and attention from the team. They didn’t just show me around; they made me feel like family. If you're looking for a community that truly prioritizes quality of life, I highly recommend scheduling a tour!

The community itself is beautiful—clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. I loved seeing the engaging activities, happy residents, and the variety of amenities available. The apartments were spacious and well-maintained, and I could easily see my loved one feeling at home here.

I recently had the pleasure of touring , and I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions.

A member of my family with memory issues needed a safe place to go between hospitalization and permanent placement in another part of the country. Sunrise of Wayne turned out to be the perfect solution. For two months our loved one received compassionate, highly skilled memory care. The staff members at Sunrise were 100% attentive to her needs and, when any of us in the family had questions, they were responsive and helpful. It’s not really fair to single out staff members because every one of them was wonderful — but I’d like to thank resident care director [name removed],and memory care coordinator [name removed], for setting a tone of caring professionalism. Because of Sunrise’s exceptional staff, all of us in the family had peace of mind and our loved one thrived.

My husband and I were faced with finding an assistant living facility urgently for his mother! [name removed] at Sunrise of Cherry Creek and the Executive Director were welcoming and were patient with all of our questions!! The team spent numerous hours making sure we had the information we needed to make an informed decision. They were fantastic with following up and were extremely responsive! My mother-in-law has thrived at her new home and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you to [name removed] the the staff at Sunrise at Cherry Creek!

My mom was only here for a short time before she passed, sadly. But during that time she was more social and positive than I’d seen her in a long time. The caregivers were very kind and communicative, the activity coordinators were welcoming, and the managers were always available. I would highly recommend this place!

My mother in law has adjusted well to Sunrise and is making friends, enjoying the activities, and really appreciates the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. The location is also good. She hasn’t been there too long so I can’t give a long term review bi so far, so good!

Mom is so much happier here than sitting alone at home. Both residents and staff are very friendly and caring. It's more of a family than just a community. I am annoyed that there is a minimum number of characters.

I would rate 5 for all - mom was only there for 4 months but had a very good experience The staff was great. We benefited from a discount arrangement during mom's stay which was due to expire but I would still give a 5 for Item 8 even at the higher rate. Two things - Sunrise reputation and proximity to mom's apartment / original neighborhood. Mom was more accepting of this as an alternative since it was close to Roxborough and there she knew of others that had been there previously. If we tried to move her to a facility in another area she would have resisted. There also eased things for me and my siblings - her apartment was about 1.5 miles away so it was simple to move her things there etc. Also my brother and sister - in - law live right near sunrise Lafayette hill so they were able to visit often.

The entire staff was always so helpful and kept me in the loop about my mom’s well-being. I visited her 2-3 times a week, and everyone knew each other. It was such a great atmosphere! They had a few different cooks throughout the year. But the one they have now is the best, according to my mom who passed away in January.

We chose Sunrise of Fair Oaks VA because of the pricing and the proximity of the facility to the hospital and to our home. They get to know you're loved one and help with getting them to participate in events.

During a very difficult time, the staff is amazing! Won't regret it! While some people may experience sticker shock at the price, the care my father received and the way our family was treated was worth every penny.

I have seen many places in my career, this one I love to send clients to!

My husband and I had a tour at Sunrise of Orchard with [name removed] that ranked among the best tours and experiences we've had as we've looked for care for my father who we plan to move to Denver from out of state. We were attracted by the fact that the facility could meet my father's need for hoyer lift two-person transfers and I only wish we could have made this work for my father. Every employee with whom we interacted greeted us with warmth and interest and the facility itself is bright, cheery and homey. Unfortunately, at the end of the day we decided my father's level of care requires more round-the clock nursing care/wound management so we will move him into a skilled nursing home. If you have the opportunity to have your loved one in an assisted living situation, Sunrise Orchard should definitely be on your list!

My husband was here for 2 years 7 years ago. My experience was always positive. So when I needed help with my mother, 2 1/2 years ago, it was an easy decision. I was surprised to see all the same staff, especially since Covid happened in between. A sign of a well run place is staff retention and minimal turnover; especially in these times. As a Registered Nurse with 50+ years of experience, I know what to look for. You will never have to worry if you choose Sunrise of Wayne. My mom recently needed some dietary changes which were easily adapted by management and the dietary staff. The staff responsible for my mom’s daily care are both experienced and loving towards her. If you want to have a clear mind and heart when making your decision, I would highly recommend Sunrise of Wayne.

Overall I would give them a 5 in every category. When dad moved in he was alert, happy and active and enjoyed the activities. Dad considered the caregiver's his friends. They genuinely cared about Dad. When he was going downhill and we all knew it was close to the end, they were so sweet and caring. It brings tears to my eyes to remember how wonderful they were to us. Dad had long-term care insurance and they administered that beautifully. I never had one problem. Dad would have said 5 on all except #6 food. He complained that it took too long to get served.

I have had excellent interactions with staffers @ Sunrise Senior living. 1. [name removed] on the front desk has helped me on several occasions before I have my daily visit to see [name removed]. She is always willing to assist me with help toward [name removed] or check on her. She is always willing to help, with a smile. 2. [name removed] & [name removed] are also very helpful when it comes to my wife when it’ is time for her meds. 3. [name removed] & [name removed] & [name removed] & [name removed] has been very helpful when it comes to caring for my wife, [name removed]. 4. [name removed] & [name removed] who works up front are always congenital & helpful. 5. [name removed], front desk, has always been very helpful to me & [name removed] 6. There are some, I may have forgotten but overall all employees are great toward, my wife [name removed]
