We really appreciated how patient and understanding personnel were and that they treated our dear friend with dignity and respect to the very end.

Everyone from the receptionist to the administrators to the caregivers has been very kind and does their best to make my husband feel comfortable and at home. Our experience was a bit different because at first he was just going to be a temporary stay, but then it turned out to be permanent. That eliminated the talk about "We are putting you in this place." By the time we decided he wouldn't be coming home, he was very used to being there and it seemed normal to him.

[name removed] is a kind and gentle leader and Director at Sunrise every time I visit my family I’m greeted with a warm smile and he’s always eager to lend a helping hand You are truly an inspiration to our family to know that our love one is in the care of you and your wonderful team keep up the good work

We have been so happy with our experience at Sunrise of Lincroft The staff is outstanding! From the caregivers to the nurses to the activities - we have been very pleased with their kindness and commitment to the residents The facility is warm and welcoming The food is great and a wide variety of choices Everyone knows every single resident and does whatever they can to keep them safe and happy I would highly recommend this facility

Sunrise is a wonderful facility and the way they went through the process with me made it easy. They genuinely seem to care about their residents. The fact that they were able to accommodate us with an apartment in about a week was huge.

[name removed] loved Sunrise, they were wonderful to her. There were lots of young people around, which lifted the whole atmosphere. Made everything brighter. And they were so kind to [name removed], took care of her. Talked and laughed with all the old folks. Just the best. So glad she wasn't home alone!

The place is typically spotless and in fantastic shape. Most folks are very pleasant and the family get together and activities are great. Any time we eat there the food is fantastic and my dad loves the food. Tins of activities daily. The value for cost seems high but maybe it's the typical cost for these kinds of services.

Every category gets a 5 except for the meals and dining, however the staff team is working on improving that part. Based on the experience I have had so far with Sunrise of Shelby Township, I would recommend this community to other families.

Well most of all this step of moving a loved one out of their home or familiar surroundings is tough and it takes time to adjust. This time is not only for your loved one but for family too!! I never thought that my mom had dementia but this change has brought out a definite change in her. The bad days don't only affect your loved one but the family too!! The staff at Sunrise has become family to both mom and I. On bad days they have invited me in, sat me down, and listened to me as I cried. What a great support team!! I am so grateful for them!!

My mother has lived at this Sunrise location for more than two years and I am grateful for them every day. The staff is the most loving, caring, expert team of professionals. They are incredibly special and skilled at helping their residents. My mom loves them.

From the moment we toured Sunrise, we knew that it would be the right fit for mom. The staff has been so kind and generous from the beginning and has made us all feel like this is home.

I am glad that they have Spanish-speaking staff. We are from Puerto Rico, and that is a great comfort to my dad. Most of the caregivers are very friendly and kind. I think they need more staff for the activities; they only have one person. One important thing is that they allow hospice care at the facility. My father is in hospice care.

Beautiful facility with many places to have private or large groups gather. Wonderful staff. A variety of creative, interesting programs for residents. Ability to care for hospice, respite and memory care in addition to regular assistive, excellent care. Interesting variety of geographic locations of residents gives a nice mix of backgrounds and conversations. Games, singing, fabulous word games,painting, cooking and more leep residents active with their community.

The staff at sunrise North have done a really solid job taking care of my pop who has mid-stage dementia. I was not certain how the transition from home to assisted living with look but things really have gone mostly well. I'm confident that my father is well taken care of and I have at least a higher degree of Peace of mind due to the staff and they're caring attitude. I look forward to this continued Care for my pop. The staff has been attentive in particular [names removed]. Along with [name removed]and [name removed]. And the nursing staff has been very attentive to his needs, in particular [name removed].

The staff has worked very hard to welcome my godmother and make her comfortable in her new surroundings. They have been successful. Our transition has gone smoothly. The introductory meeting and tour was more comprehensive than I had experienced at other facilities.

When I visit my mother, and after I leave her, I feel very reassured that she is in good care. The staff is professional caring and very dedicated. Very clean. All of the employees were lovely. It feels very homelike other facilities that we visited there were strange smells and I just felt like this was the right place for mom.

The Foxhill staff, in assisted living, is very attentive and helpful. We appreciate all they are doing to help her adjust. It's a comfort knowing my sister is cared for in a safe, very nice environment.

Wonderful facility for both assisted living and memory care. The staff is amazing and do a great job of making the residents feel safe and loved. Everyone goes out of their way to assist in anyway they can to help. The dining experience is top notch with a variety of choices at every meal. My loved ones and family members are very pleased with Sunrise Foxhill.

I recently completed a tour and was highly impressed with the level of engagement in activities I observed. They had a "Garden Party" with lovely china settings, tea, live music, hors d'oeuvres, and triangle sandwiches. Several residents and what I assume were their family members seemed to be thoroughly enjoying themselves. When I saw the room my mother could be residing in, I was blown away by the layout and huge windows letting in bright natural light.
