Sunrise Senior Living

They were under staffed for a while otherwise, they are great and treat my Mother well. She is so much better there than she was before. To me they are close to a 5 in all categories. I would recommend Sunrise of Chesterfield.

My mom was previously a resident at Sunrise of Holbrook. She was happy at this facility and they took good care of her.

My parents were scheduled to move in when my father passed away. I moved my mother in after looking at several other options and decided Sunrise was the best fit. I am very pleased with that decision. Mom loves living at Sunrise. She looks better now than when she moved in. It is my hope that she can remain at Sunrise for as long as possible.

just 2 months ago, mom at age 92, made a difficult move from independent living in PA to assisted living at Brighton Gardens in Florham Park. As expected, there was some confusion with the new schedule and finding her way around. The staff was always helpful with a caring and watchful eye. Within weeks mom became increasingly more comfortable And happy in her new surrounding. She is now participating in the many activities and enjoys socializing. I knew after visiting many similar facilities prior to her move in that the positive energy exhibited by the staff Here was superior. My sister's and I are grateful for all those dedicated,loving staff members that work hard to insure a safe and quality experience for all its residents.

My dad has only been at Sunrise Fountain Square for about three weeks, however, so far things are going very well. His admission was smooth. Several professional staff assessed his needs and provided a program to meet those needs. Staff have treated my dad with dignity and care. Management has communicated with me consistently and helped me to support dad at this point in his life. Therapeutic staff have been really great. So far I have only positive things to say about Sunrise Fountain Square.

I would say that the level of competence, compassion, active listening, response time, and overall professionalism at Sunrise bring peace of mind to family caregivers. Their entire staff works together to provide seamless care. We selected Sunrise because we felt they had the facilities, staffing, and expertise to provide the best quality of life for our loved one.

I wouldn't change anything about the facility, other than the cost being so expensive. The food is good, people are good, communication is on point. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

I'm not there that often but I have no complaints The location of the facility is great I would recommend Sunrise of Jacksonville

Nice to have doctors/nurses and physical therapy onsite so didn't need to travel. I'd say that the LP sunrise was a very warm and welcoming environment. Staff was super friendly! I would recommend a full meeting of staff within the first few days. That may be the norm, but maybe wasn't for us due to the holidays.

It's close only a little more than a mile away, which is important. I'm living in how much driving I'm doing and right now. I managed to get to see her about three times a week. I visited the place before choosing it and was impressed with both its reasonable size. Before before going to Sunrise and I was very impressed with the nurse from Sunrise, who came to do the assessment.

I love living here at The Jefferson the staff are very helpful. Top notch customer service. The dining experience has been amazing!!! There is always something to do to keep me busy. I have met a lot of friends.

We moved to independent living at the Colonnades 10 months ago, after considering 5 other Charlottesville area communities. The residents and staff quickly made us feel part of the community; we have many new friends from varied and interesting backgrounds. Pets are welcome. The sense of community is aided by a wide-ranging program of activities and by open seating in the dining room. Residential options include cottages with patios and garages and apartments with patios or balconies. There is an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, exercise equipment, a large room for fitness classes and a library. Common areas include a sky-lighted atrium, game room, bistro and auditorium for lectures, movies and live music. The 59-acre site is half wooded, with paved and unpaved trails. The health clinic is staffed by University of Virginia physicians, and physical, occupational and speech therapy are available. Assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing are also part of the complex.

Everyone has been extremely helpful with the transition for Mom. All questions have been answered immediately. Very straight forward and honest. Every resident that I have met so far seems very happy.

The complete experience has been great! The place is always clean, they have a variety of foods, and they keep my mother engaged for a good part of the day! The staff is wonderful and caring. They make my mother feel at home!

I will recommend Sunrise at Pinehurst to every one and anyone that needs their services!!The entire team was unbelievably great! They made us and especially my brother feel welcome and comforted! They're the best!!!!!!

Originally my loved one came for respite care. Everyone, especially staff has been very kind and attentive to my mother. It has made this transition in her life more comfortable and easier to accept.

Great Care. Great team. Awesome staff and administrative group. Slightly expensive but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend Sunrise of Bloomfield Hills.

All five stars! Food could be better, but it is not bad. It's a great value for the money. Small, friendly, clean. Well staffed. Nice atmosphere.

Everything has been great. The staff is so friendly and compassionate. The rooms are large, studio apartment. The amenities are very good. The residents are well fed and taken care, with many activities for them to participate in. Very good communication with the family members. Feels like a family environment.

We were greeted warmly, and given a comprehensive tour. All the staff were incredibly kind and we loved to sing the interaction between the staff and the residents. The second time we toured the facility the chef was having a townhall meeting with the guests to discuss options. They seemed to really love him! We also met the Activities Director who seems to be a favorite among the residents!
