[Removed] is the only reason for my 5 star rating!! She is always hardworking, knowledgeable, compassionate & caring. She goes above and beyond her duties of Marketing Director. She truly loves the residents and treats them as if they were her family. [Removed] is the backbone of this community and without her, this place would not function properly! Greenhaven Estates should do whatever it takes to make sure she NEVER leaves!

The first time we met [Removed], we knew this was the place to be. She has always been helpful, pleasant, caring and compassionate. For being such a young adult she is way ahead of many others. She knows all the residents names, and the family members. All of the events she plans are FIRST CLASS..She is a wonderful lady.

Today I came for a tour at Greenhaven Estates. I toured 3 other places today with my two sisters. I am planning ahead but I wanted to share what stood out to me the most. This community has a completely different atmosphere compared to the ones I went to. I automatically felt right at home. I met with [Removed] the marketing director. She was very pleasant, the nicest lady we possibly met all day. The difference from her and the other communities was this wasn't just a job. She actually loved what she does. She highlighted the entire community. When we walked past current residents she knew there name, they knew her. The residents would tell us where in good hands with her but one resident stood out the most. Her name was [Removed]y. She invited us into her apartment showed us her paintings and when we were leaving she said "stop by again your my new friend" when we were about to close the door she told [Removed] "I love you" and [Removed] gave her a hug and said it back. You can tell she meant it. As we were leaving she answered every question I had, my sisters loved her. I forgot to ask one question so I went back inside and to her office and then I noticed something that truely sold me, she has photos of herself with her residents in her office. This lady loves what she does! When I asked her why, she said I work here and see my residents more than I see my own family. There not just residents but they are my family also. Sold sold sold! This is the best community I have been to. I am in love with Greenhaven Estates. I'm planning my move soon and I'm excited to move to Greenhaven Estates!

We toured this community for the care of my father. The staff seemed to be very caring and were able to assist us with what my father was needed for care. At the time the community did not have the equipment needed. The community did seem to be clean and a nice environment. We were informed on the menu of the list of multiple choices of meals. they had a choice of meals. We would recommend the care and the nice environment for other families and their loved ones.

We are happy with this community. Since my father in law has moved in he has become more active and is walking better. The director is involved in the daily activity of the community. The activities director is a great person and has a passion for what they are doing. They are great at getting all of the residents up and moving throughout the day. This is a smaller community all on one floor and it is very nice. The food is good and there is a good variety of choices. This is a good fit and I would recommend this community.

This facility is just excellent! The food is excellent, the facility is beautiful, and the staff are sure to communicate with the family. It is smaller and more personal, and we appreciate that they pay so much attention to detail. The location also suited our personal preference. Overall, this was the right choice for us!

My name is [Removed], I came to Greenhaven Estates about a month ago. I had a follow up call two weeks ago and today I received a call just to see how I was doing. [Removed] is so nice and sweet she is making this decision very easy for me. I have been to other communities and there really pushy. [Removed] makes me feel comfortable with my decision. I cannot wait till I move in. I am waiting to sale my house then I will be there. Its people like her that really helps in making these life changing decisions. They need more people like her in this industry.

The care at this community is outstanding. We have moved in recently and we like the atmosphere. The community is very clean and maintained. The do offer a lot of great variety of healthy meals. We like living here. We would recommend this community to other families who might want to live at a nice community.

My name is [Removed], I am 98. I wanted to share with everyone that love my care givers. I have the options for when I need assistance I can pull my pull cord and someone will come if there's an emergency. Yesterday I pulled it because I dropped the toilet paper roll and they came in a jiffy. its the little things like this that makes my day. Our Ed is [Removed], She's such a nice lady. We love her here. I have lived here since 2006. I live in apartment 123. I have a 2bedroom 2bathroom. An amazing balcony. I love sitting outside to feel the fresh wind and bring back my golfing memories. I am thankful the good lord gave me a place to stay, I get tucked in daily and every care giver I tell them " Goodnight, I love you, and don't forget to lock the door" I just love everyone there.

I saw nothing wrong or bad during the tour experience. I didn't pick them because it was more about the fact, it is an assisted living community. My mom s not ready for assistance. We felt like she would be more better served in an independent community.

Wonderful, caring place. I would highly recommend this facility.

Since I have moved into the community, all has been going well for me. There has been some enjoyable activities like a performer and a tap dancer. The meals are okay, it is not what I am use to but I will eat if the meal looks good. I have a full kitchen so I have what I normally eat. They has one smoking area and it is comfortable. The community itself has lovely grounds and is comfortable. The people are lovely and I am happy with my decision here. I have recommended this place to others already.

Today I went to the Chinese New Years event at Greenhaven Estates. We were invited from our nextdoor.com website by [Removed]. It was a pleasure meeting her and all the staff. She checked on all the guest and made sure her residents were taken care of. Also The entertainment was perfectly timed. She had lion dancers and two live singers. It went so smoothly. The food they served were buffet style and I have to say it was delicious. With as many people who showed up they ran out of seats but still made everyone comfortable. Most importantly the didn't run out of food. The chef kept it coming from the kitchen. This was a fun New Years celebration I have been to. I'm 60 and live in the neighborhood when I turn 65 I know where I'm going. Thankyou for having me and my granddaughter.

I like this community for the good care that my mother received here. The staff is nice and caring. They meals are very good and she was happy with them. They did offer her activities when she wanted to participate. We would recommend the care and the value for other families here.

My mom wanted to live independently after her husband passed. Forgetfulness due to normal aging caused her to be apprehensive. She gets embarrassed when she can't remember names. Her assigned ambassador, a volunteer resident, assured her at their first meeting that everyone has the same issue. It's always ok to ask, "what's your name again"? She was immediately at ease. The staff is super friendly and engaging. She is allowed to have her dog. A meal card is included in your monthly fee. It covers most of her meals that she wants to eat outside of her apartment for the month. Trash pickup is three times a week and it just has to be placed outside the door. Her apartment is cleaned once a week. The apartment has ample room and a walk in closet. The kitchen includes appliances except for the microwave. She does her own laundry for free but takes her own detergent and there are many laundry areas. Basic cable is included as well as the other utilities except for phone. Wifi is free in the common areas. This community is gated which makes me happy and it's convenient to shopping. They provide transportation to doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, banks, pharmacies, etc. You just sign up on a clip board.

We let my mother chose and she chose this Brookdale. She seems to be very happy. She has been in and out of the hospital, so she hasn't joined any activities or met new people yet but she likes the staff. The meals are very good and the place is always very clean.

I think we really liked the Independent Living at Lewisville Estates. My only concern is about ... location ... in relation to a significant hospital. Since my dad's health condition(s) are a bit complicated, I would like for him to be located in close proximity to a hospital that can handle his dialysis needs, etc.

After the care had changed we ended up here in the memory care. They accommodate Alzheimer. I helped pick it out and we had another friend there with a positive experience, We felt that it would be best for her here.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Brookdale Willowbrook Park! They're taking great care of my loved one! The staff is very accommodating, welcoming, and eager to help. They've really gone out of their way to help her fit in, which we really appreciate.

I moved here to be closer to my family and grandchildren and this community has been a good fit for me but I am still adjusting to it. Most the people I met are happy, friendly and open. I get options for our meals, it is not as hot as I would like but it's fine. They have a fair amount of activities like musical performances, organized card games, and happy hour on Friday. It seems very clean here and I get weekly housekeeping that includes washing for towel and sheets. There is a washer and dryer on every floor that is free. For laundry services it's $8 for a week.
