She has such a heart for older people and is so organized and thorough in her responsibilities. We are so thankful our 100 year old father is in such a special place. Thanks to ALL the staff.

The staff at Haywood Estates has been wonderful throughout the Covid 19 crisis. My mother appreciates the staff although she complains occasionally about the food!! Thanks for all y’all do!!

My mother has lived at the Fairmont for several years. I’m particularly impressed with how the staff has conducted themselves and handled safety protocols during the COVID-19 crisis. Everyone has been so supportive during these difficult months. Communication has been first rate to all residents and families. I feel confident everyday that my mom is in a good place. The staff is exemplary.

I've been here at Smoky Springs since February of 2019 I have immensely enjoyed the experience is here the companionship from some of the other residents the remarkable food but the chef prepare for us to eat and the attention that the staff days for each and every residents personally I couldn't find a better way to spend my money or better place to call home I really appreciate the customer service that we all get as residence my name is [name removed] and I highly regard the service that would get from y'all and never underestimate the friendship and the courtesy that's extended to each and every residents here at Smoky Springs thank you [name removed] goodbye stay safe

I just wanted to say that I was very, very impressed with the community- it exceeded even my expectations as I have a lot of experience with senior living as a nurse, and [was therefore] very familiar with the Regency House. My mother liked it a lot too, which was also a bit of a surprise. We signed with the community In June and she is really happy decided on the Regency House.

Its been great until the virus. Then, the food went down, but you have to consider that while this is going on they have done a very good job. We had one case, that's it. So, they have taken very good care of this and I thank them for that.
