My dad lives at the Regency House and loves it very much. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My dad enjoys all the events inside the community and the special events outside the community. He has referred two of his friends and they love playing canasta and Bridge. He would recommend the community to anyone who likes to have fun.

We would highly recommend this community to anyone. My dad loves living here now for 12years. We are so pleased with the staff and the care my dad is receiving. The community is clean and very well maintained. The staff is nice and friendly they make you feel welcome. Dad loves the food and he is doing activities and other things. We have no complaints about this place.

Toured the community today it was being remodeled but the sfaff was amazing. The residents were smiling and seemed very happy. My parents loved the community. We will be coming back on Thursday to enjoy lunch and some of the community events. My parents will be doing the two day trial (which is free) for two days just make sure this is the right fit for them. I recommend everyone visit this community.

The Regency House is the friendliest community I toured in the Decatur area. I was blown away how welcome the staff and residents made me and my parents feel. As we were touring the sales leader was very informtive, the staff welcomed us as we went around, and the residents were very happy. My mother has lived at the Regency for 12 years. She loves waking up to the amazing breakfast that is served in the dinning room. All meals are fresh and the kitchen staff is friendly. The community gives her a since of belonging. She volunteers in the community and goes to events outside the community. The travel program we love. This allows my mom to travel to any community owned by Holiday Retirement and stay for free. The staff is amazing from the management, sale, kitchen, maintenance, cleaning, and activities. I recommend this community highly. Please take my word and visit them, its a must.

I've lived at the Regency for one year and have found it to be mgt. & resident friendly. The mgt.& sales staff [Name removed] are helpful when legitimate help is needed. The staff tries to accommodate both personnel & work related issues to the best of their ability when & if possible. The activities in and out of the community are educational, art friendly, and fun! I would gladly refer the .Regency House to anyone who may be looking for a wonderful Independent Living Community. Thank you, [Name removed]

was my favorite of the group. very nice space, very accommodating. Rooms very nice. Not the least expensive by far but not the most expensive either. Seemed willing to work with family to meet resident needs.

My parennts loved the place. My mom keeps talking about how friendly the people was. [Name removed] invited us to the ice cream social tomorrow. [Name removed] was very knowledgeable.

I enjoyed meeting [Name removed] who was very informative and worked with me with pricing. The apartment she showed me was great and affordable with a balcony!

We really enjoyed our visit to The Fountains. The people seemed to be enjoying themselves in a number of activities. The food looked appetizing and the staff were friendly and engaging, inviting us to join in the fun events taking place. The Fountains seemed like a truly thriving community were the residents were enjoying every day. And, of course, the views of the water were absolutely exquisite!

No hesitation in bringing Mom here for a tour. Lovely facility with friendly staff and residents with an upscale hotel look, restaurant-style meals, many activities and very reasonable prices for the services provided.

Loved this property and the fact there are Holiday properties all over the US, gram can visit one close to her and see if she is interested. We are very excited about this and hope it will be a good fit. The initial fee was a bit high but if [name removed] will work with us on that, I think we have a perfect place.

Enlightening tour - became more aware of living independently environment. No hurry in my mind to decide what to do after only looking at 2 facilities so far.

Toured yesterday and absolutely loved it! I think it will be a PERFECT fit for my father-in-law. Going back Sunday with my father-in-law and husband. Hope he likes it as much as I did.

I live at the Regency House and I love the community. The staff, residents, activities, and food is amazing. I have lived here for 10 years and would not move any where else.

Delightful facility, delightful food, delightful people! Enjoyed meeting [name removed] and [name removed]. My Chicken Florentine was delicious?? and the service was amazing. Loved the layout... felt like a very nice hotel with delightful meeting areas. My mother lived at the Fountains several years ago. She started out in Independent living and then went to assisted living. I was the visiting her much of the time. The service is excellent. The people are very friendly and caring. They have every service a person could want or need. I am now considering moving the for Independent living. [Removed].

I went on a tour here and the staff was nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions. This was a beautiful place. But this wasn't a good fit for my dad he is bedridden and they couldn't meet his needs. They offered a lot of activities. I would recommend families tour many communities first before making a decision.

Very nice, clean facility. Many options of things to do on the premises. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The residents we came across seemed happy and “at home”. We gave this property serious consideration for my dad.
