The staff are very good and we have good communication. The food tastes good. They offer healthy choices, a good diet and a good variety. The community is clean and in a good location for our family. We did receive a lot of good information from A Place for Mom.

We are very pleased with everything this community has done for us. My mother is doing very well. She is finally getting adjusted and taking advantage of all they have to offer. They do a very nice job of keeping the facility and her room very nice and clean. The staff is caring for her very well. They offer great food and nice activities. It is very lovely community and I would recommend it.

My Dad moved into The Fountains about 3 weeks ago. It is a very friendly, upbeat place. The staff is welcoming and so far, my Dad is very happy there. The view from his large room is beautiful! There are plenty of activities for him to get involved in. I would highly recommend The Fountains to anyone looking for a great place to retire.

I think Ashley Park is a very nice place, overall! The place is always clean, well kept, and fresh smelling, and the people all seem very friendly. They've also got nice sized rooms for the price! I would highly recommend the place!

My mother has been living at Cottage Landing for several years now and I've been very pleased. The staff is friendly and loving (even when she's not). She'll be moving to their Memory Care Unit tomorrow and that will be a big load off my shoulders. Even in Memory Care they've found a way to give her privacy and dignity. When she's needed something and I can't be reached, they take of it themselves (diapers for example). This place has been a Godsend. I suppose no place in perfect but I've had no complaints. I'm an RN and I feel very comfortable leaving my mother in their care.

Fantastic, friendly and extremely helpful staff! The facility is very nice with great amenities. The dining room is top-notch with excellent daily menu choices and the food is quite good. The apartments are very nice and the overall atmosphere is extremely tranquil. They have numerous daily activities that keep the residents busy if they so choose, and also offer the occasional day-trip to places or events outside of the immediate area.

The staff here is very professional and nice. The facility itself is sunny and very clean. It has a welcoming feel to it. There are a lot of activities to keep the residents busy and having fun which is great. The food here is even good.

My wife and I moved my mother to Dogwood Terrace about a year ago. Her experience has been very positive. The community dining helps a lot with meeting people and socializing. Also, if a resident has an emergency in the middle of the night, the person on call is one of the resident managers, not a random hourly person. The resident managers are known by the residents through mealtimes and other interactions, which I think adds to the feeling of community. During a brief period when my mother had to use a wheelchair while recovering from an injury, she was able to contract with an on-site service to move her around at a very reasonable cost. We had apprehensions at first (as did she) about her moving to a retirement community from her house, but it's been a success from her point of view and ours.

We are very happy with them so far. I would give them a 4.9. I think their activities are geared toward an older crowd and I think adding a few more active activities would be the only suggestion.

Mother has lived here for a few years now. She continues to get personalized, professional attention. This was evident in the recent passing of one of her close friends. The staff and management understand the impact that death of a resident has on the others. Thanks for your care and concern.

I met with Jed Tucker and immediately felt very comfortable to tell him why I was visiting The Faimont. He was a good listener and very helpful. The next week he kept in touch to make sure that I understood the process of coming to the Home. I chose not to act immediately, if and when I am ready to make a move this is where I will feel at home. I want to thank A Home For Mom for having a place like The Fairmont.

Whealdon Estates is a really good facility. It is an older building but they keep it very clean. The best thing about the facility is the friendly staff. My room is absolutely gorgeous. I have beautiful windows with views. I love it. The maintenance is slow to get done but it does get done. The meals are wonderful. I am diabetic though and they do not cater to that. They serve starches at every meal. I would like to have more vegetables as an option instead. I would recommend this facility to anybody.

My wife and I moved into The Fountains at Lake Pointe Woods three years ago and have never regretted that decision for a minute. Everything about the place suits us to a "T" - beautiful apartments of varying sizes and a 53 acre campus, excellent cuisine, experienced management, reasonable fees and a caring staff. But the biggest unexpected bonus for us was making so many new friends! We feel that we have truly achieved peace of mind with this move.

The Fountains at Lake Pointe woods was by fr the best place for the money that we looked at in Florida. The staff and people there were friendly and accommodating of my mother's needs and they really went above and beyond. The property is large, so keep in mind that transportation to some of the amenities on the other side of property is needed.

My parents have lived at Cottage Landing for 9 months, and we have been very pleased. It has a clean, well-maintained, and inviting environment, with good meals and wide range of activities. Most importantly, its management and staff are what makes it so special. Brian, Denise, Brenda and so many others are good-hearted, caring people who work hard to make Cottage Landing a great place to live.

We're very pleased with how things have gone with The Fountains! The staff here is very friendly and helpful, and they were so generous with their assistance throughout the whole move-in process. They were flexible with the move-in dates, and always willing to lend a hand! It's been a big adjustment for my parents, and they're still trying to get settled in, but they've told us repeatedly how friendly and welcoming everyone here is. My one complaint would be that they need to improve the elevator situation, things really get slow when there are too many people trying to use them.

The facilities couldn't be better. The staff is very friendly and caring about the residents and their families.

We selected this facility for my 95 year old grandfather. I visited at least 10 times over a 3 week period and the atmosphere was always the same. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It is beautiful inside and out. They are also grandchild friendly. I bring my 3 and 4 year old at least twice a week and they never seemed annoyed by them. My grandfather who was VERY reluctant to move from NY has said several times how much he loves it here and how impressed he is with it. Thank you Regency House :)

My mother began her journey at Cottage Landing by becoming a resident in the independent living facilities. The experience was wonderful. Due to very unfortunate health matters, we had to move to the assisted living facility where she spent her last days. Our experience was super! Bryan was most helpful in so many matters as well as his staff. I take great comfort in knowing that my mother's last days was spent at Cottage Landing. Her eight years of residency was a most pleasant one.

The Resident Property Managers have a heart of seniors and were very helpful in assisting us find the right apartment for my Dad. They guided us through the process of admission making the move much easier. The facility is beautiful with many activities for him to choose from to keep him active. Residents appear to enjoy living there and have been very encouraging to Dad as he transitions to his new home. Allison with A Place for Mom did an excellent job assisting us in our search and directing us to Smoky Springs.
