When they heard of my Dad's situation, they immediately went to do an assessment on him at the home is was in at the time. He met the criteria, despite his health needs being pretty extensive at the time. I paid the amount for the remainder of the month and we were able to get him moved the next day. He was placed beside the nurses station for closer, more frequent observation. The aides and nurses were very attentive. In two short weeks, they grew to know and love him. They quickly became like family, to my family and stayed in constant contact regarding his condition. The facility was very clean and not at all over whelming. Very much like "home". Nothing loud, scary, or unsafe. I couldn't have asked for better for my father's last days.

I love the place. They are really taking care of my mom. How they put a lot of time and effort into their patients/tenants. I enjoy the amount of effort

The stuff at trust well are amazing. It’s a safe and clean environment. The residents are funny you could just have a good time while being there overall it was just a great experience. I would trust this facility with one of my family members.

This is a wonderful facility; both beautiful and clean. The staff is very patient and caring. We never had any issues. It gives our family comfort knowing that our loved one is well taken care of. We would recommend Blanchard to anyone who is looking for a safe, caring home for their loved one.

1st Bingo ?? love it. Very good experience. And lunch was great. Will be back and bring a friend. Very friendly and clean. The Bingo had great prizes and a very good atmosphere and guest were very lively. Very easy access.

Their people genuinely care! They will listen, they will guide/advise, and they will take action for your loved one! Nothing is perfect however they give their best every day

Our experience has been that when speaking and interacting with the staff it is like you are talking with family. You feel safe, you feel heard, you feel loved. You feel like they are sincerely interested in you and your needs. They will take you under their wings and help and guide you through whatever it is you need at that moment. Everyone feels like a best friend.

There’s a true sense of community, where residents can enjoy meaningful connections and a positive atmosphere. It’s a place where families can feel confident that their loved ones are in good hands.

We chose Trustwell at Mission Springs because of a combination of factors: attention staff paid to residents, interaction between nurses and staff, proximity to other facilities: medical, dental, and recreational services, and just general "feel" of facility. Ask questions. The staff is VERY knowledgeable and informative.

5 for everything. Excellent place. The best place ever. I love the staff, nurses and the residents living there. My mom loves it as well. I always leave there feeling good. I highly recommend this place

Mom loved this assisted living facility. It is bright, spacious and welcoming when you walk in. The apts are small but include everything your loved one's need. Mom was 102 when she passed but we were so lucky we found Wildflower Place. The staff are just special. They were attentive, kind and so helpful. You won't be disappointed if you choose this home.

I went in for a tour and the ED was so sweet and personable you can really tell her heart was in her job. Was introduced to staff that were friendly and helpful as well. The community could us an up date which the ED stated is was going to happen soon. I didn't move my dad in we decided to take him home to be with my mom. Had the circumstances been different I would have moved him in

The facility and staff are very friendly, accommodating, and caring! My brother and I are very happy with the care they give to our mother!

They are all very kind. There is a front room and a semi kitchen with a sink and fridge. Nice bathroom and a bedroom. We got my sister a shower chair and microwave. One tv in front room and one in her bedroom. We brought her own bed. So not sure if they provide one or not. I hope this helps.

The Charleston Senior Community is very stable and well staffed, with very friendly staff and great food...it is well worth the price... Dad loves it! The rooms are a very good size, safe and immaculate bathrooms, lots of amenities for the folk's!

They are all very friendly and helpful. The only complaint my mother's has had is that they are short staffed with their assistance workers.
