The energy at Trostwell Living in Clyde felt like home the moment I walked in. The residents and staff are truly beautiful souls—so welcoming and kind. The rooms are lovely, the dining area is great, and there are so many meaningful activities for residents. It touches my heart to know a place like this exists where I can trust my dad will be safe, cared for, and treated with love. Thank you, [name removed] and team—you've brought me peace.

Everyone is very caring and compassionate with their patients. Through with care, they treat the patients as if it’s their own family members. Work as a team, will listen and address concerns. The staff makes you feel welcome

I would recommend River Run Place to anyone looking for a assisted living facility as I have had my mother there for 3 years and have been very happy with the facility. The reason the facility is good is due to the fact that they have a very caring and loving staff. The people that have worked there from the beginning of my moms stay have been so supportive and kind. My mother is 101 years old and has quite a few health issues but is treated with kindness and understanding. The management is always willing to listen to any concerns you may have. Everyone is very friendly and you are greeted when you come to visit unless no one happens to be at the front desk.

Staff is always very kind making sure the residents needs and wants our met in a timely manner. Residents always seem happy and cheerful . Facility is alway clean and well taken care of and always smells nice

Blanchard Place provides quality care for each resident. The unconditional and loving care is shown by their compassionate service. Residents have an amazing support system with great activities that helps them meet new people.

[name removed] was great, answered all of my questions. I was impressed with the facility and amenities. Everyone I met both staff and residents were very welcoming. I liked the smaller size compared to some other comparable communities.

We had a very good experience as we investigated places for my sister. Trustwell Living at River Run quickly became our choice providing a perfect home as she transitioned to assisted living. Everyone was very friendly and helpful as questions came up before, during and after the move. Prices were in line as we compared various facilities.

I was so pleased that we chose Trustwell at River Run Place. We were so pleased that it felt like home for my Mom. She was delighted by the attention staff gave her. It was a great help in keeping her active and involved. She told me she never felt lonely and enjoyed the meals and time with her new friends. I am so thankful we found this place.

We have a loved one at this facility and they treat her so well. Very happy with everyone working there. They have treated her with so much kindness and she is happy there. That is the most important part of having her at this facility. Thank you so much!

They were straight up front everything they said they would do they did. Staff were very helpful. Great experience all around.

We are greeted warmly on each of our visits to Kingswood Place. Our questions are met with thorough answers whether in person or by phone or email. We appreciate that it is smaller than other places we visited. The central courtyard is a lovely place to sit and get fresh air while there are several activities to participate in inside. The staff truly cares about my mom and her health. My brother and I are thankful for the safety, security, meals, and companionship our mom has at Kingswood Place.

My father in law is thriving.

The care was wonderful. The staff is only limited because of laws passed by the state. For example, dad would forget he couldn't walk and fell numerous times because the legislature passed a law they can't use bed alarms. So that part was frustrating for them as well as us

We had a tour of the facility either [name removed]. He is very passionate about caring for his clients and knowledgeable about the facility and the services they offer. [name removed] gave my dad an evaluation to determine the level of care he would need. She was patient while pur conversation tooka few unexpected turns when my dad was reminiscing about his life. She gently steered us back on track and we ended with the tour. The facility was very clean, the residents were friendly and seemed happy. Trustwell is definitely in the running when we are ready to make that tough choice. Thank you!

My mom is just loving it here! I really didn't think she would get involved as much as she is. She is even attending their cardio drumming and going to the lunch outings. This has really been a weight lifted off my shoulders

They could use more staff at times. I would like to see administrator interacting with residents more. There is not enough in between meal time choices. It is a great value and staff really cares about the residents.
