Overall it is quite good. Cleanliness and food are above average. Most concerns are handled immediately. Most of my issues have been my sister and not getting around on time.

I believe that my mom is well taken care of. The staff is very friendly to both my mom, and to the family members that come to visit. There are many family activities to involve the community. I feel better knowing, if my mom can't be with my all the time, that the staff there is taking care of her and care about her.

Very cheerful and bright, clean and well maintained. Really nice staff too to bottom. It is excellent! Really well run and the carers are wonderful.

I gave the 4 star rating instead of 5 because there is always room for improvement with anything. My favorite activities are doing crafts and playing uno! I would definetly recommend living here. It is a nice place.

I am very happy Here. and Best of all I was able to bring my dog OSCAR with me!!! I have met a lot of very nice people since I have lived here.

The staff here are very nice. When you call them they come and do whatever it is I need.

I like the location of the Trustwell Living community and the weather. We are very close to town and can easily walk or drive to many stores and restaurants. The staff are great and I have made friends with many of the residents.

I would recommend Davenport Place. The staff was very helpful. The move in went very smoothly. The communication with the family is great. I get notified by staff regarding falls, medications, and any supplies that my loved one may need. I myself have not eaten with there, but my dad is not completely happy with the meals although they always sound on the healthy side. Overall, we are very satisfied.

There is some miscommunication happened resulting in a fall.. The site was clean and very well maintained. When some water came in after a heavy storm, it was quickly investigated and taken care of [name removed]. The staff are very friendly to the residence. There was a lag in training due to hiring of site RN who oversees training. [name removed] was also observed smiling at family then saying "not nice" things when she thought she wouldn't be heard. The dining room and food are nicely varied. My dad thought the food was a little bland and portions were on the smaller side. There are plenty of varied activities, but my Dad rarely participated

What we like most about the Wildflower Place is the quality of care the give to our loved one and all of the courteous staff members that work there. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

They accommodated us very quickly and efficiently. They certainly filled our instant need and we so appreciated that. Overall I would recommend Evergreen Place to others looking.

They tried very hard to meet our needs in a difficult situation. My brother was only there for 2 1/2 weeks before he passed away. We were very pleased with the care he received while here. They seemed to really care and tried to make him comfortable. Even though they didn't know how to deal with his colostomy bag, they worked hard to learn and take care of him. Every person we worked with had a caring attitude.

What we like most about the Oak Creek Place are the good friendly and helpful staff that work there. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Based on our families experience the communicate is very little and if we had the chance to do it over, we would look more closely at other facilities.

Greeted warmly by staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable. Renovations are beautiful and it appears to be a very nice place. I would live here. i spoke with several current residents who all appeared well cared for and had good things to say about the community. staff was busy and seemed involved in patient care

I came for a tour of Trustwell Living of Springfield as a new lab tech. the residents were very nice and helpful. The staff was very nice they showed me around. I noticed the facility was very clean. The apartments I went into were huge compared to the other facilities I have been in.

Parkhurst I feel good about this facility. I get frustrated once in a while but who doesn’t because at the end of the day I think it’s great place to live and the care staff take good care of me. I enjoy living here.

I feel very comfortable here. People are easy to work with. The caregivers are nice and polite. Maintenance man has been on top of things for me. Always comes when I need a fixing. The crew has always been on top of things. Very nice place.

The rooms are great. Have your own TV in your room. Everything works. Great dining room and food. The staff is great and very helpful. We are always busy having a great time. Highly recommend coming and taking a look.

I love living here and don't ever want to move. I love the staff , Med aides are excellent. The activity director keeps us busy with the things we enjoy. The chef Is great. He comes out and speaks to us. He cares about what we like or don't like. This is a great place to live.
