[name removed] and all the care givers were excellent but we can’t say enough about one individual. She engaged my Mom in conversation and it never seemed forced. You could tell she enjoys what she does. All were very accommodating and flexible with my changing schedule. Each person treated my Mom (and my over protective dog) with kindness. Will be using the agency again at the end of the summer.

They work with me a lot and are always trying to meet my needs. They have helped the most with taking me to the grocery store and to doctor's appointments. The office has helped with getting replacements when needed.

Activities - not sure what this means. My sister was very sick so she was bedridden. She was well cared for and kept company. Activity was primarily bathing her. Value for cost - I believe I got great service

I am a present consumer with holistic Homecare services, the service is outstanding the way how they treat me and respect my wishes. It’s really amazing working with holistic homecare services. They’re very patient and they’re always seeking how best they can help me when it comes to my medication, cleaning my home, cooking my meals. I take great pleasure and recommend holistic homecare services to anyone who is looking for an organization that really wants someone to take care of your family members and will do a great job taking care of them.

The owners were very responsive. I had assistance/help set up quickly. My caregiver was fabulous. My services were of a home health aid. She assisted me with bathing/ dressing, laundry, light housekeeping and some meal preparation. Initially, I was pretty limited in what I could do. As time went on my limitations diminished. The help was invaluable while I was recovering.

I was so happy to have learned of Homewatch CareGivers of South Tampa. This was my first time using their services. I spoke with [name removed], whom informed me of all the details and put me at ease about everything. I was assigned a wonderful caregiver. She was patient, gentle, and kind. I’m very pleased with Homewatch Caregivers’ service and would highly recommend to everyone.

Preferred Care at Home was recommended to me from a friend. They bathe and look after my husband. I like that the caregivers are personable, and work very well with him. The office was great and was always flexible with our needs.

I have to say that it has been an amazing experience. [name removed] and her caregivers have provided care for my dad for 2 years. All of the caregivers were great. Of course we had our favorites but they were are AMAZING! While this is bitter sweet we will miss them. From the beginning to the end [name removed] has been there for us. If it was questions, concerns or just needing the support, it didn't matter she was there. We know no one is perfect and every company has their flaws but I can honestly say they did their best and it was a breath of fresh air.. Thank you [name removed] & thank your team as well.

We have contracted with Home Instead for 24/7 care for my mother-in-law and I have to give 5 for all categories. We had no complaints and had assurance from Adam for any questions/troubles. Never had any.

I have an aide because I broke my femur. I like [name removed] in particular; you can text him and he answers questions right away. He is very easy to work with. They've done everything they possibly could. I could not be more pleased with the agency.

Such a great company to work with...caring, responsive, transparent, and flexible. You can't ask for more than that. My dad was a bed bound hospice patient and his caregiver was amazing.....I mean truly amazing!! I was clueless about the whole health care world...I just happened to come across this company, and thank goodness I did. We interviewed many companies and this one was the best!! There were times when I wanted mum to be taken for a walk to build up stamina and they let her sit at the table and do puzzles all day. I wish they would have made her be more active. Based on the experience we have had with Care Pros we would recommend this community to other families.

We chose them because my mom fell and broke her femur and I have been taking care of her, but I needed help, so I could go back to work. I really like Natalie, she is sweet, nice, knowledgeable. I liked speaking to her. She is essentially why I chose Preferred Care at Home. It helps a lot when they come. I like that they help my mom with toileting, personal hygiene and provide her with companionship . The caregiver is very sweet with my mom and patient too.

We use home care services through Synergy HomeCare of East Haven for my loved one. Our caregiver is excellent, attentive and resourceful. The fees seem steep, but everything else is great. I recommend that others look into them if searching for home care services.

We use home care services through HomeWell Care Services of Colorado Springs for my loved one. The caregivers are great! Communication with the family is awesome. Our needs are definitely being met. They call regularly to check up. I would highly recommend HomeWell Care Services of Colorado Springs to others.

The caregivers do whatever you have requested done with your loved one like set up paints or crafts, sing with them, look at albums, listen to music, go out to the yard, and they always tidy up. They keep good records of what happened and what's going on. They can text and or call and fill you in on needs or things not right at the retirement home. Some can FaceTime so you get to see your loved one and have a conversation. It was a good experience.

Top of the line home care agency! Very attentive, always on time, they really do go above and beyond to do something extra! Would highly recommend them to any one as they are a local family owned and operated business! And their caregivers are very experienced and really know what they are doing! Thank you Esperanza!

The team of caregivers and staff has been great to my mother and I. They're very caring and understanding. We received in home care. We haven't had the opportunity to go to the facility. But if they're as good as they were in our home with my mother I can only imagine how good their facility must be.

I am truly grateful for this home care. The staff, CNAs, and administrators are all kind, respectful, polite, trustworthy, and reliable. This facility and the whole team are highly recommended! The staff has great respect for everyone, for clients and CNAs. The staff are carefully screened before they get on- board with clients.

For roughly 8 years I cared for my mother, (shopping, transportation, cooking, finances, medication). The last year I gained a more clear understanding of caregiving. I had been advised, suggested to and given concerned pleas to look into home care. I finally got in touch with Home Matters about the last month of Mom's life. I chose them out of four other caregivers given to me by A place for mom. The biggest reason was Home matters had extensive licensing where actual RN's were part of the team. After hiring them all I could think was, why did I wait so long. Their team was outstanding. They were friendly, compassionate, focused, caring (literally), and most importantly, mom loved them. Very high hurdle. If I had it to do over again and know what I know now, I would get over my trust issues sooner and I would call Home Matters. I should not have done it without them. I am so thankful I was able to keep my promise to my mom. For mom to stay in her home. Thank you Home Matters.
