The owners were very responsive and took the time to learn about about our needs before giving us a care plan that was just perfect for our dad. Dad loves his caregiver. She is always on time, professional and friendly. I recommend this family business to everyone who needs a caregiver.

Their hourly costs and requirements for minimum hours per shift resulted in a huge total cost over several months. I understand their need for paying help and acceptable hourly rate however the daily activities of the in home care requirements were at times minimal for the hours of required scheduled times and cost charged. Overall Home Instead did a wonderful job taking care of my elderly mom.

I have not used SNS in about a year. I enjoyed working with them though and they were very reliable. I would highly recommend their services.

Mom did not want a stranger coming into her home but agreed to try it out. After two days she couldn’t sing enough praise for [name removed]. She liked how they would pick out her clothes together and after breakfast (which her helper prepared) they would play Rummy Cube.. She was a true gem!!!!

The caregivers they send are very kind. They bathe my wife and offer companionship. They are very attentive to her needs. One of the caregivers even makes me coffee in the morning. I appreciate that the caregivers are always willing to help.

Assisting Hands was a pleasure to work with. [name removed] and [name removed] met with me when my husband was admitted into rehab. I was looking for someone to keep an eye on him overnight. They were both very compassionate, caring and helpful. They were able to find someone to help me that very night and they returned that evening with the caretaker when I was leaving to go over instructions and made sure I felt comfortable with what was going on. [name removed], the caretaker, was absolutely wonderful. He came many nights after that to watch my husband. He took thorough notes so I knew almost every move my husband made overnight. They all made me feel more comfortable about the situation. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with a loved one.

We had a positive experience with Comfort Keepers. They communicated well, answered questions/concerns in a timely manner, and took great care of my father. Our caretaker did a nice job of helping keep Dad's bathroom and bedroom clean. They were also very helpful with his laundry. Very friendly staff. The office staff were always professional helpful. Our caretaker was very kind and patient with Dad. She a great job giving updates on how the day went. She also kindly reaching out in real time if she had a concern about Dad. Great care. I always felt confident Dad was being well taken care of and safe. Our caretaker was willing to take Dad out to lunch. On the days they stayed in she helped get his meals ready. We were very grateful for the help of our caretaker to get Dad to PT and chiropractor appointments. She also was helpful in getting Dad up to do any at home activities to get moving physically and mentally. The cost was significant for Dad, but it was worth the money to make sure he had what he needed.)

This agency is very professional and amazing they are a lifesaver. We had the hardest time finding a caregiver from other agencies. When I did some more research and found Majorie’s House the owner was so caring she came and gave care to my sister for and hour until the caregiver arrived. I highly recommended this company very, very professional.

I was having difficulty in walking because of my hip and back problem and I was going through the treatment and needed help right away. Homewatch Caregiver not only schedule a consultation the same day but we’re able to send a caregiver within two days. I am really happy with the caregiving I receive. The owner AP is personally involved and keep in touch with me every week. I’ve asked for transportation, personal care and companionship and they always go above and beyond. I’d recommend this company to anyone who is out looking for caregiving assistance.

My 94 father needed part time assisted care. It was very difficult to find a good provider. We went thru 3 different caregivers and pretty much gave up hope. I ended up getting a referral regarding Easy Living. I talked with [name removed] and her team and decided to give them a try. Well things have been going great for the last 8 months since I called Easy Living. They have provided excellent care and have been very responsive to our needs.

I needed services for my dad who recently was diagnosed with Dementia. We needed services right away and they came and delivered. My dad needs help with housekeeping, bringing him to doctor appointments, and running errands for him. I'm grateful for their help. Will definitely recommend.

The selected caregiver is a good match at the moment. The price of the service is standard (about equivalent to three other services). I have used this service for about a month and it has met my expectations.
