I was skeptical after i read a ripoff report, but i enjoy my time here. The price is comparable to other communities in the area, and the people that work here are honest and care about the well being of the residents. I'm proud to call Garden Spot Village my home.

We have been with this company for over 2years, prior to working with this company we had been with numerous agencies. The staff are committed to my care,i have not had a reason not have a staff except for extreme weather condition. This is a company i will recommend if you are looking for reliablity, professionalis and committment.

I have been extremely pleased with the care and services my mother is receiving from Home Instead Senior Care. Every experience, from the initial interview to the provision of services, has been top shelf. The caretakers especially assigned to my mom, after a thorough analysis of her circumstances, are skilled, qualified, and very lovely people. My mom is delighted. Our experience with Home Instead began just this year, and I am very pleasant.

After reading Garden Spot Village reviews and doing some research, I finally decided to visit the campus for a tour. Their campus is one of the most authentic and cleanly facilities I've ever been in. There are a lot of apartments, cottages, houses, and they are spacious as well! Unfortunately, there are not a lot of openings so the wait list is long; I've been told there's over 400 people on it! I'm not quite old enough to move in yet, we are in our late 50s but by the time we want to move in it should be a quick process. One thing that I really love about Garden Spot Village is how many activities they have. There are so many events open to both residents and future residents. I actually just received an invitation to a business expo they are having next month with local communities highlighting their products and services. This kind of community integration isn't something I expected, especially with a retirement home, but Garden Spot Village seems like they are special. Admittedly, I do not know much about their health care. I have no need for it right now, but it's nice to know that there are options available for the future. In case something bad ever happens to me, I will be well-cared for and my children and family members won't have to worry. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with Garden Spot Village so far and I can't wait to actually move in. Never thought I'd say this, but I wish I was older!

It's been wonderful so far. They have been very reliable. We get a consistent caregiver, so it's the same person coming out. There haven't been any billing issues or surprises so far. We are very pleased.

Overall our experience with Senior Helpers has been a positive one. We will probably not be using them much longer simply because we don't have much for the helper to do at this point, but they have been good and I would recommend them.

Taylor Made Home Care helped me keep my mom at home with me. Not only did they take wonderful care of my mom, they also helped me. I always new that my mom was in good hands when I could not be there with her. I would highly recommend Taylor Made Home Care to help you with your loved one. I am now lucky enough to work for this wonderful company.

We have only been using Around the Clock Companion Care minimally at this point as needed, but from the use we have gotten it has been a really good match for our needs. They have been very responsive, and keep in great communication with us.

They were able to answer all my questions very well. We ended up deciding on another solution, but was very impressed with what we saw.

I think they are just excellent. John the owner has been so responsive to anything my mom has said. They have great caregivers. We love the two main caregivers, but they are all great.

my helper came in and went right to work. she knew what to do and was very helpful

They were reliable, and we loved the girl Eunice that worked with our loved one. She was like a friend. She would make meals for him for the weekend so that on the days she wasn't there he would have food. Roger was great! We had a great experience with them.

SUPER nice staff and clean facility. Also very affordable. I left comfort keepers for this place, and SO happy I did! :•)

Your company is a Godsend. When my mom started her problems with dementia I stopped my life to take her to doctors and find out what was going on. She lived in Columbus, I live northeastern Atlanta. So, I stopped everything to find out what was wrong. She had to be hospitalized for acute Pancreas... so after 3weeks in the hospital they found and treated the acute pancreasitis and a bad ulcer in her stomach. She was released, that is another story... my oldest brother and I oversee mom, and another sibling pretended to be me and told the hospital nurse she was not capable of taking care of personal activities... it took me 24hours to get her out of the place, so she recovered staying part time with my brother and part time with me. I came across a book totally by accident regarding personal care..so she begged me to go home and my conditions whet she had a personal care person 3x a week for baths and such..after 2 yrs I fired them for incompetence. Some of theses places are not certified CNA, which really upset me....I let her try a retirement home close to me for months and hired a CNA from there certified. Meantime, I took a State CNA program and just received my certification. Now I know how little they knew and should not be taking care of dementia patients. Well, I could tell she was getting worse and took her to every doctor, encrindologist, internist. The internist became my go to person, he made apt with lung doctor, heart doctor, then neurologist. The Neurologist were my saviors.... they gave me a brochure To a place for seniors, I liked it because it was non profit so no one was buying into the service. She looked at me and said you need this more than she...I did not understand but after looking into it and talking to Sandra Fricks....I finally felt there was real help out there and she periodically checks to see if things are going well and people she recommended called me back. Even found me a place in Savannah, when my mom is visiting my brother right now to give me a break. I am a huge advocate of your services...I was just lucky that a neurologist saw how tired I was and gave me the brochure....I thank God every day for Sandra Fricks. I'm pleased with Synergy home care. They have taken good care of my mother. Staff is always friendly and on time. The services and care they provide is really good.

They were there for two weeks straight, and my mother was very pleased. The young woman that came in was very good, she was attentive and helpful. We never had any attendance issues. We had a consistent caregiver, which was important for us. I chose them because they called me almost immediately, they responded right away, and were very responsive to any of my questions, and phone calls. There was always time to speak with me, and address any of my concerns or questions.

Homewatch Caregivers has been a great service all around! They're always on time, and the aides they've sent have done a great job. They're good at working with our loved one, and they make sure all of his needs are taken care of. We can definitely recommend them to others!

Although things didn't work out due to a change in the care needs of my loved one I thought the aides from Angels of Care did an excellent job overall, we were quite pleased with them! The aide we worked this was very responsive, and seemed to get along great with Mom. I appreciated how flexible and adaptive they were during any crises that occurred. They were very understanding, and always will to try and work with you.

They were marvelous. My mother is a people person and she was lonely. These ladies were amazing, but they were taking care of her needs, and busy doing the tasks that were needed. They weren't really able to socialize, and she needed that too. I loved that whoever is on duty is not allowed to leave them alone, so they would stay until the next person showed up.

Have had this service for 6 months and we were never disappointed. Both aides are gems and we are lucky to have them care for my father.
