The price seemed reasonable and the care was very good. The couple of times I used them it was kind of in emergency situations where I needed them for my wife and I was actually going to the hospital to the emergency room. They were very responsive. They came though for us within hours and with good people. I was surprised at how good they were. I'm sure we'll use them again.

Deb Vermillion was very helpful and a pleasure to work with while selecting home care for my parents. I have recommended her to several friends who are dealing with elderly parents, and will continue to recommend Comforcare to others as needed. We knew our father had to either go in to a skilled nursing community or have to have someone provide in home care. His desire was to be at home and Right at Home really made it easy. We like them from the very first time we contacted them based on A Place for Mom's recommendation. The made the entire process very simply and getting everything started and moving was very easy. They offer a variety of payment and billing options so it makes it convenient. Their check in procedures are really great, the care giver has to call their automated check in system from the residents phone and also has to use the residents phone when checking out. That really helps our family because we can check phone records and kind of keep track of the hours they are working. We are very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for in home care.

I actually did some research a while back but didn't need it at the time. When we needed it this time we just called Seth up and everything fell into place. We are glad we did our research before because it make it that much easier when we actually needed them.

The caregivers at Magic Touch Home Care have been cooking lunches and dinners for my mom and she has started gaining weight back that she had lost. The doctor says she is doing really good, she looks so much better. my whole family met with the Director Perfecto, and we were all pretty pleased. He explained everything to us and kept in touched and followed up with us too. Magic Touch has been true to their word. Perfecto completely understood my mom's need for the same caregivers. The caregivers have been very helpful, they've texted me her improvements, they take notes in a journal about my mom's care and I am contacted if there are any concerns. Magic Touch Home Care relieves a lot of pressure and stress because they make sure she is fed and is taking her medication. Absolutely no complaints. The caregivers will even take mom to nail or hair appointments, they'll pick up any grocery items she requests, and they can transport her in emergencies. Any questioned I had they answered, the whole family is happy with Magic Touch.

My family is very satisfied with Abundant Blessings' services and personnel. Every week my father is provided transportation so that he may continue his routine of grocery shopping and running errands, and in the process he has companionship and his health is being monitored. The cost for this service is reasonable. As a bonus the agency also provides light housekeeping services. Abundant Blessings has been working out very well (after an initial change, my father has had the same provider for almost a year now), and my father is pleased with not only the services but the home-care provider as well. My family and I are satisfied with the quality of the services and the professionalism of the service provider, who is knowledgeable, flexible, understanding, and just plain nice (respectful, composed, pleasant and good-natured). We had considered two other home care companies, and in the end chose Abundant Blessings Homecare and we have no regrets.

I am very satisfied with them. They are quick to respond to any type of emergency or problem. We didn’t like one of the mid day caretakers and they replaced them right away. They have very good communication and help to keep us informed on everything that’s going on. The people are just lovely and it there ever is a problem we know that they will resolve it permanently.

I've used this company before for HHC assistance in my home- very Good serivce. The HH Aide was very helpful.

Wonderful service, great people. The Director and Assistant Director were spectacular. We don't use them often, but they are always accommodating.

After talking to all three staff members, this one seems to be the best, combination of professional service & gte of compatibility.

We used this service and we really liked the staff and care they provided. The owner is very knowledgeable and easy to work with and schedule care.

Caretaker helps my folks each Thursday for 2-3 hours in the morning. We are hoping to add Tuesday to her schedule. She has been fabulous with both of my folks! A tremendous help to both of them!

Excellent care, attentative office help, easy billing. Always easy to schedule time and communication is wonderful.

It has been a good experience for us. We had one caregiver who unfortunately is no longer available to us, but she dug right in and did everything that needed to be done. I am now working with a different caregiver so we will see how things go. Overall I have been very satisfied and we would recommend their services to others.

In regards to the caregivers with Advocate In-Home Care, 4 out of 5 in-home workers have been very nice. We speak daily and text, now there are two caregivers we work with consistently. One caregiver was kind of complain-y, and didn't seem like she cared where she was. She was the night worker in the beginning and thankfully my mom was in bed during that time. But we still needed someone responsible there to help in the middle of the night. It ended up being a blessing in disguise because we stopped needing night service. Another worker walked out after lunch; she did send a note informing me that my mom was having a bad day. I think a huge part of that is companionship and connecting with the right person. Advocate made sure to have someone else there within 4 hours. Overall about two/thirds of the caregivers were great. There was one worker who said they couldn't assist with getting my mom in the car or in the shower and another who didn't last longer than 2 days. My mom provides the activities, they go walking with her for 40 minutes (twice a day), out shopping, etc. She's very particular and likes to have her hair and nails done, and has a schedule of how she likes to do things. The quality of service is good for the cost. Depending on the level of care needed for your loved one, is whether or not home care will work for you. Some people need assisted living, but that can be a hard adjustment or place to be in. If you're a fall risk, you won't have a person who's always by your side, so help could take a while to reach you. Another thing I learned about assisted living is to make sure the food is good. Make sure you go during a certain time of the day to check on all departments and witness how the community is run. Go during their downtime to avoid the big shows. You don't want a privatized community as much as you'd want ones that are state funded. Privatized communities tend to cost a lot. I just had to figure out what was best for my mom and every family is different. It depends on the family or the person who is willing to learn about what their loved one needs and actually listen to their needs. I started by reaching out to A Place for Mom because they were nonprofit and had a lot of resources. If you're looking at all of your options, definitely check out Advocate for in-house care. From the top, [name removed], who initially reached out to me from Advocate was terrific! I can still call or text her. [name removed] from A Place for Mom, she was ready to help with assisted living originally and she actually checked on me recently. It took a bit of time to know what my mom needed, as every situation is different. I can say that things are going great most times, and she's doing good.

Home Helpers have been capable, helpful and provide great support for my loved one. They have been able to provide some transportation, light housekeeping, and companionship for my loved one. Home Helpers is willing to work with us if the caregiver isn't able to make it due to a prior engagement they must attend to.

I would tell others that for the most part they are efficient and meeting my expectations on what I am getting for my money. They are offering companionship to my loved one during the day. They also offer additional services; however, we don't need these at this time.
