Overall we've been very pleased with the service from Complete Nursing Service. The caregivers they've sent have been kind and competent, and for the most part very reliable. The person in charge of sending out the caregivers has been a big help in making sure that we always have coverage when we need it. I'd recommend the service, it has worked out well for us.

Synergy Home Care has done a great job with my Dad! He really loves the caregiver and enjoys her cooking as well. There has been a bit of an issue with communication but since then we've gotten things corrected and things seems to be working out well! I appreciate the service they provide and so does my Dad. I would recommend to a friend.

Overall things have gone well with Comforcare, we're pleased with the service. They've been able to provide the care we need, and Mom has gets along well with the caregivers they send!

The price is reasonable. They’re a homecare service so the categories of cleanliness and activities don’t really apply. I thought the staff was very friendly and the care services were very helpful to us. It was easy to rate them at a four and a half.

So far our experience has been super . The home office has shown a remarkable ability to choose just the right person to help my husband at the times such as his dialysis days when I have my own medical issues.

We are very happy with Around the Clock Companion Care. The caregiver that they matched with my mother-in-law is just about a perfect fit. The caregiver does everything I've asked and then some. She takes care of the house, feeds my mother-in-law and our two cats, runs errands and plays tiles, too! We look forward to her visits three times a week.

The way they bill ya and stuff, that's about the only thing that I kind of disagree with, but they're working with me. It's just I don't understand some of the things that they do. We only have one person, I didn't want multiple people coming in and if he can't come in I just let it go. I guess it was a couple of people that I spoke to, different companies and I just chose him. They just were, as far as I was concerned, more knowledgeable about Alzheimer's and stuff. Financially it's hard and I'm supposed to be getting some help but they're taking their sweet time.

I met Perfecto in May of 2012. He came to our Senior Center to perform and told the audience about the services Magic Touch provided and the staff from Magic Touch was there as well to answer questions about the home care services they provide. We were all very interested in what he had to say and we have his brochures available for people and we also have his ad in our monthly newsletter. Perfecto sings and has a fantastic "One Man Show". The seniors love him and the warmth and trust he has for others is clearly noticed by all. He sings songs that bring joy to everyone. When he meets you the first time you have an instant respect for who he is and what he stands for. I would never have a problem recommending Magic Touch to anyone.

AllCare Associates is a small company, I chose them because they weren't so commercial. They took time during the placement interview to get to know my mom and her needs (kind of like a dating service) and matched her with the right caretakers. They keep everything very clean; the aides and director are very friendly.

Just like finding a doctor or a dentist, you have to find a fit for the person that you're caring for and your service gave me the opportunity to make changes as needed, and the service owners are very flexible and are easy to contact for feedback.

[name removed], the owner, is great, and we LOVE [name removed], who became my mom's regular caregiver, but we had some issues with scheduling and communication when [name removed] had to be out of town for several weeks because of a family emergency.

My mother has the same caregiver for 2 years, she is very efficient and my mother likes her very much. They have had trouble to find Spanish speaking substitutes if the caregiver is sick or on vacation. I would recommend

The only "problem" was the inconsistency of caretakers. My Mom needed someone to check in on her hourly and not stay with her the whole time, that made her feel uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was good.

They were very reliable. They manager introduced us to the caregivers the caregivers herself. The only reason for the rating of 4, was that one of the caregivers, while very nice, needed to be given ideas and tasks, and was not as proactive as the other. But overall it was a good experience, especially when my husband doesn't want to do much of anything. It takes some creativity to come up with ways to engage him.

This was my first experience with having a caregiver and they seemed fine. Yes, I would recommend Ridge Homecare to other families based on the experience so far.

It was easy to start or cancel service. When we had issues or scheduling issues we were just a phone/text away. Always were fast to respond.

I like when [name removed] came out with each new aide test my mother had. It was easy to start care for my mom. I thought they provided great care with my mom. It's a little pricey but I know it's comparable.

The woman I first met with was pleasant and informative. Attendant was always on time. Went very smoothly. For the most part they were very responsive. They were very polite and friendly. The caregiver was excellent, selfless and punctual. Value for the cost - This was very problematic. The cost, although competitive was outrageous especially given the amount I was being charged versus what the attendant was paid. I had to cancel getting a caregiver altogether due to the high cost. This left a very bad taste in my mouth about the whole experience

The owner, [name removed], is a wonderful caring person. Both times my father was hospitalized, she visited him and brought food. The first care giver wasn't a good match and [name removed] found us another capable person. She worked around needs and would provide additional support when needed.
