They were only here a week before my husband went back to hospital & died. I loved the owner, very good & personable. My first CNA was excellent, but I ended up having 3 different aids, one of them was awful. Gave a good bath but spent no other time with him. A week wasn't really long enough to judge, but the owner went above & beyond to help my husband.

They are very willing to work you and adjust to fit the needs of the family.

Sometimes there are issues with consistency. Very easy to communicate with. Very nice. They strictly care givers, not medically trained which makes them limited on the amount of assistance they can give. For the reason of not being medically trained, I think the cost is a little high.

Very friendly, flexible with scheduling, no true hourly requirements which worked out great. Some of the staff were very resourceful. A bit pricey as compared to experience but overall Extended a Hand treated my mom with respect and dignity.

It's a challenge to share your home with strangers and I think they did as good a job as can be expected. Always on time Also. Very important.

We have found caregivers that work and we schedule to their availability. Only issue we have had with home matters is their website is often having log in issues

Aveanna was in-home care. The staff was friendly. They were flexible with our lifestyle. We didn't live in the same city as the office, therefore, it was hard finding caregivers willing to drive to our house. We ended up having to cancel our plans more often than expected. And in the end we ended up placing him in a facility because we couldn't cancel our life all the time.

I would recommend them to others for sure. Very nice people to work with and very easy to work with. They had one time where there was no coverage. Other than that very good job

We are using overnight stay. Some people will not be asked to come back. I would recommend to others.

I think the owner was wonderful, friendly and would do everything in her power to find the right fit for your loved one. The hard part is finding good people that's willing to take care of your loved one, be their companion and do some light housework to help out the family. Places like Happy at Home were very helpful to me and gave me peace of mind knowing mom wasn't alone while I was working.

[name removed]the supervisor/manager of the care staff is the nicest person! He has always tried his best to be accommodating and tries to find a good match between the caregiver and recipient. He is a very positive guy and all of the caregivers have been nice and friendly.

The office staff was very attentive to our questions and needs. They just need to make sure they get a patient care plan set up so the aides know what is expected. They have a team that covers for call offs, which is wonderful, especially for late call offs

Administrative Staff is very responsive. Our caregivers were timely, pleasant and patient. Mostly reactive (if you ask they will do) but not extremely proactive . We were pleased over all.

You all are very quick and reliable with notifications and bills. I do think my mother enjoys having [name removed] there.

There has been a lot of turnover recently among the caregivers. [name removed], my mother's favorite left to move back home. Not been the same level since.

Most of the caregivers are experienced, caring & work well to try to accommodate the needs of my mother. There have been a few caregivers that did not work out well due to inexperience & lack of work ethic. The management staff are professional, friendly & mostly willing to work with the family on various requests or issues as needed.

Overall experience: 4 Friendliness: 5 Quality of care: 3-3.5 this is very hard to evaluate because my mother resisted everything her caregivers attempted to do for her. It is our consensus, with so much resistance and no positive affirmation, over time they probably stopped trying. I think we have probably all found ourselves in that position at some point in our careers Administration: 5 [name removed] could not have been more helpful Value for the money: 4 One other point I want to mention is there was never a time, whether it was daytime, evening, or weekend that Tara didn't answer our call/text or respond almost immediately. That was definitely something we loved about Cornerstone!

I had them as my at home assistance. The administration staff/owner was excellent. The quality of care was a 4, they shuffled a few assistance workers thru my home right at first, but we settled in on one girl that was fantastic....I can't remember her name but she was awesome. The value for the money was very good. The girl would help with making lunch everyday making anything my wife wanted. Over all I would recommend them for in home care.

What we like the most about BrightStart is the accessibility, care , flexibility , patience about my scheduling. Caregiver helpful & very good! Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.
