Brookdale

I am very happy to see my grandma enjoying herself she gets really good care at Brookdale. They have lots go things to keep her busy so she is not sitting in her room all day by herself. Brookdale is the right place for her.

We came to tour and I felt immediately like this place was perfect. It felt like home for my brother. Everything was so clean and beautiful, the grounds were so well kept and the staff was wonderful we can't wait to move in.

Love the view from my window and my apartment is perfect for me. The food is very good and the staff are so friendly.

Really happy with his apartment. His caregivers are very attentive. Dining has improved, so happy with meals.

Moved in Nov 23 content with the community and the staff is very caring. Very happy with my apartment.

Brookdale Brighton is a class 1 community. All good.. The facility is very clean, everything is neat, staff like one another, good shuttles, good food, groups have hobbies, no blaring negatives after 1 year of occupation.

Grand Villa I call my home. The staff I call my kids but they are fantastic. They know their jobs but they know how to treat us they make us feel like family.

My mom and I just wanted to thank [names removed] for attention and treatment that was given at such a difficult time in our Lives, it made mom transitioning so much easier.

The personnel at Brookdale were fantastic in helping us through the transition decision period for my Mom. She is moving from a home of 55 years and is now excited about the move. This is a testament to not only the Brookdale Staff but the Community at large. The atmosphere is one of activity where you see residents out and about engaged in many different activities. Easily a place where you can quickly get integrated and involved. Highly recommend visiting this facility if you are considering a Senior living location with more of an Independent living atmosphere while still having health care services on-site.

I have referred several friends there. The environment is very warm feeling, very inviting. Not an industrial feel. Love the warm tones vs grey and white. The warmth of the lobby is nice and the dining rooms and pub are really nice. Great place overall and especially for the price.

We had a wide choice of senior living homes when my dad moved to Florida. We toured several places, I compared them all, and I talked with the various residents at each one. Some were larger, some were smaller, costs varied, and there was a lot to consider. But hands down, Brookdale Rotonda beat out all the rest. They have activities inside and outside of the building on a regular basis. All of the residents are really happy there, including my dad, and they genuinely like the food! This says a lot, because if they aren’t happy in their final years for any reason, what’s the point? We definitely made the right choice!

I wanted to give a shout out to the Brookdale staff!! Walking in I automatically feel at ease knowing my grandmother is here. The staff is extremely friendly and even though my grandmother is a fairly newer resident, the entire staff remembers who I am everytime. They even know where my grandmother is in the building and they point me in the right direction! What I love the most is that my grandmother is always treated with the upmost care and respect and we have seen a huge improvement in her since she has been there!!! Thank you!!!! Great job Brookdale, keep it up!!

The staff is friendly and helpful. Very caring with the residents. My mom loves the food and they are very accommodating with her likes because she is a picky eater. My mom enjoys the activities especially bingo!

My Uncle has been a resident for a while now . The quality of care that he receives makes me feel so much better and I don’t have to worry . Also they are great communicators . I receive emails about events , weather , and care regularly. Thank You

Throughout the process of trying to find the right place for my father, the Staff at Brookdale was amazing! From explaining the processes, answering our concerns and questions to move-in day, the staff out us at ease and gave us peace of mind. It’s a hard decision to make, and after visiting so many facilities, I knew when I left after my first visit, that Brookdale WS was the place!

I was surprised at how the residents "seemed" at different facilities. I do realize how people are at different points in their health and aging. But the people at Brookdale seemed happier, more engaging with chit-chat and a sense of Community. They are very helpful and engaged with the residents. The food is awesome. The only negative I've heard from [name removed] has been around a lack of servers at dinner. Sometimes she has to wait a bit to be served. She's an active person and has enjoyed the activities available there. I really recommend it for people with plenty of life left to live!

I feel at ease knowing my Grandmother stays here. The staff is always extremely friendly and helps with whatever is needed. Rooms are always clean. My Grandmother enjoys her stay and raves about how greatly they take care of her. Our family couldn't be happier!

I arrived to Brookdale Vernon Hills on [date removed]. I've been very happy here. The residents are very friendly. There are many different things to do. I'd recommend Brookdale to everyone.

I find Brookdale to be a very caring place. My sister is very happy here.
