Brookdale

Very welcoming and friendly. They are great at accommodating each clients individual needs. They made my dad's transition so easy. I highly recommend Brookdale Tanglewood Oaks!

Employees of Lake View are great - friendly, hard workers. Nice clean apartment with a view of Lake Michigan. Chef prepared meals with a variety of choices. Met some nice people. There is a garage for my car ($[removed] per month fee). Weekly local and downtown transportation included with no additional fee. A Number of field trips offered each month. Many daily activities if you're interested. Only negative is that sometimes you have to wait a while for an elevator.

The staff I like, but feel some communication could be improved. However, I have recommend Brookdale Attleboro to other families multiple times.

We were looking for a place that mom would love. This community was exactly that. Everyone is friendly and treat us like family. When we visit, we see the director there through the week and on weekends. Management is often seen in the community talking with other residents and staff. My mother thinks of Mount Vernon Drive as her home. She loves the staff the same as family. This place was exactly what we needed and they have delivered everything they said they would.

Have enjoyed my time here at Brookdale. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Food may not be five star but is generally tasteful and prepared well. If you don't like what is being served, you can always order off the menu.

Accommodating staff& administrators. Things have been as they were promised. Staff is receptive to complaints & work to resolve issues in a timely way. We receive information about family events so we can make plans to join them for holidays and special events.

Placing my aunt here was the best decision our family made. Everyone working there makes time for me from the executive director to the aids caring for my aunt. My aunt is family there with all the attention, activities, and making friends. It is a very home-like environment. Highly recommend this place.

We looked around Brookdale when we were looking for a place for my dad. He was too for a place for my dad. He was too far needing help foe him to be at Brookdale. I really liked it there! It seemed comfy and homey.

My father was full of trepidation when he was approached with the idea of moving from his little ADU to Brookdale. A week later he was in and fairly settled. He was so happy and even sounded fabulous when I called to check in. He found friends and loved eating meals with other residents. His diet is varied and he reports that the food is great! He recently had a little stay in the hospital and one of the caregivers stopped by - it cheered him up so much. He couldn’t wait to get “home”.

After 21/2 months, my opinion of Brookdale Chambrel has not changed. It is a place that I value for my brother primarily because of the people I have interacted with. I trust their expertise and input when it comes to the safety of my brother. Everyone is very helpful and shows a caring and understanding attitude when dealing with either me or my brother.

It all starts with the leader and [name removed] is awesome. She has a genuine concern for her staff and the residence. The staff has a friendly demeanor towards all the residence. Communication is good and consistent which makes me comfortable knowing my fathers over all living situation.

From the first day I made contact with this facility everyone was very professional, informative and helpful. After researching and visiting other places for my mother this one stood out and as soon as we walked in we knew this was the one. The staff is great my mother absolutely loves it here I couldn't be happier with the feeling I have that she is taken care of.

Everyone is so friendly & I love how they interact with all the residents. My Mom seems happy there. It’s like a big family! The place is well secured, so give me peace of mind and thinking that my Mom is safe.

I definitely rate Brookdale Park Place 5 stars in all areas! The staff have been extremely helpful and caring. Highly recommend.

I have piece of mind that mom is safe, receiving attention and being cared for. The staff is very friendly and personable with mom and family. It seem a like something is usually going on to keep residents occupied and around each other.

Even though my dad’s residence at Brookdale was way too short, before his passing, he couldn’t have gotten better care. Everyone there was wonderful to him , but [name removed] was a god send for us. She made things that went wrong with him and her staying with him the night he had to be admitted to the hospital was a comfort to not only for him but for me and my brother.

[name removed] was great. He answered my questions and offered great information. The apartments are nice sized and the community in general is welcoming. The amenities are awesome. [name removed] showed me everything the community has to offer my mom. He provided me with information for resources designed to assist my mom with her financial decisions. I did not feel pressured. I left my after the tour thinking my mom might really like this place!

I placed my mother in law at Brookdale Hamilton Wolfe because she has dementia and can't stay on her own. Hamilton Wolfe has a great staff who take great care of their patients. They are always checking up on their patients.

We moved my sister into Brookdale over 2 months ago. She has improved and is taking more interest in how she dresses. She's eating 3 meals a day instead of 2. Food looks really delicious ??. Her room is kept clean. The staff is wonderful and there for you. I recommend Brookdale.

We felt like they honestly cared about our needs. When my brother arrived he was treated as if he was a family member. The residents introduced them self will instruction of what to do and where to go, and invitations to join them at different tables for dinner. They laughed and joked as if they were old friends. My brother loves it at Brookshire Hamilton Wolf.
