Brookdale

Town Square us the crown jewel of the community. Staff is great! The food is delicious. My brother is always clean and well groomed. Highly recommend Brookdale Salem!

Staff is great always welcoming. I've met and liked to many friendly people only two things. I'd like to see improved updated showers future and light above dining area.

I am very impressed with the care of all the residents, especially all of the activities that keep residents involved.

Probably wondering why I give it a "5" based on other scores. This is my 3rd community in 6 years. I've been here 1 year and intend to stay. The nurse left off residents. Some weakness are fallout from COVID 19. The ones that are left are fixable of time. Meantime, you're find other friends. Cant beat that. My new forever home!!

The staff at Brookdale Staunton were very helpful, especially at move-in with all of the logistics and they gave helpful info.

I would give 5 to everything. If I could give a higher score for overall experience, I would. All of the staff I have worked with have gone out of their way to be helpful and show a warmth to the residents that is genuine. They consistently go the extra mile and consider it just part of their responsibilities. They treat the residents as individuals

Everyone on the staff is very friendly and caring. I can say that we are thankful for Brookdale. They have a variety of housing options and amenities offered for the residents.

We have so much fun together especially during cornhole! You won't regret a move to Brookdale Adrian.

Thank God for the bus! I was resident at first, but Brookdale Adrian quickly became home.

Brookdale is a very nice place to live the staff is wonderful and they really care for each resident.

I am very pleased with my decision to come here. Meeting lots of residents, enjoying activities and meals. It is very clean. Staff clean and vacuum floors before residents are out and about in the morning. Apartments are cleaned weekly. All staff very approachable and happy to inform/ assist etc. Meals are varied, well prepared and served. Resident opinions and suggestions are welcomed at a weekly meeting with the chef. Quite a variety of activities, physical, mental, social, creative. Schedules posted and available to take home. For me it's very close to the cost for me to live in my own home but without all the work !

At one of the most difficult times of my life this facility showed up and built a road I had no map for. The navigation was difficult to se the very least. Brookdale Lafayette paved a way for me and my mom. Could not have done it without them.

I would recommend to others. On a personal note, maintenance needed to appear more often to clean. People were terrific. We picked them because of recommendations from Hospice

I would highly highly recommend! My mother passed away in August, but she received absolutely phenomenal care right up until her very last day! The staff are so wonderful and attentive. I can't imagine having had her in any better place over the last two years of her life! We picked this community because of the size, atmosphere, and proximity to our home

1-It was very nicely kept up. I work for retirement community so I was looking for a nice place that compare to where I work. 2- My sister and toured several places and this was clean I work in Housekeeping 3 One thing we looked at was place friendly? It was! the Staff would call my Mom by name which I think is important They always spoke when they would see us too. 4.The quality of care was nice without them intruding on my Mom's time table. 5 My Mom loved KC menu items. Bbq ! Pizza! When I was in town we would reserve a room and have a pizza party with family 6 The activities were fun and my Mom enjoyed them. One of her favorites was Music and Manicures plus Bingo. 7. Two of us Kids lived out of town and my sister was local, we never had to worry that Mom was not cared for or not safe. Great place!

By far the best thing about Brookdale that I like the most is the Rehab I get 5 days a week because I'm rehabbing from a stroke. But they also have a beautiful campus and a lot of great activities
