As far as Cloverland Park, we aren't sure it's the right place for my loved one. We are giving it more time. It is a beautiful facility. The staff have been nice, but they seem to be very short staffed. I have been by there to visit early on some evenings and on the weekends and at time,s no one has been at the front desk. I'm not sure what would keep anyone from going out and them not knowing it for some period of time. My loved one said that the food service and quality haven't been too good since moving in. The food was delicious when we visited, which was one of the things that sold us on it. They do have new management, so we hope for positive changes.

We visited Heartis while my grandfather was in town considering a move to Atlanta. [name removed]is the definition of hospitality & kindness. My grandfather is still yet to make a decision, but if he moves Heartis will be his new home!

The moment I walked through the front door I felt the warmth that Heartis Buckhead has to offer. The staff and residents were so friendly and made me feel that my grandmother would feel at home if she moved in. Everyone looked so happy and a couple of residents stopped me during the tour to encourage me to move my loved one in. This is a difficult time in my life and I felt relieved that I found a place that would be a good fit for my grandmother. I plan to bring my grandmother to visit when she comes to town over the holidays.

The staff at Las Villas Del Norte are so nice and they help me every time that I call. They were great at accommodating my dad. His studio is cleaned every week and they take out the trash every day. If I need anyone to check on my dad, they do. The carpets are a little dirty and sometimes there is a slight odor, but I always see the staff cleaning, vacuuming etc. I wish that they had more activities off campus like drives, trips to the the beach etc. I do visit my dad every week, but if you were there all the time I would think you'd get bored. They also allow pets, which is nice. I highly recommend Las Villas Del Norte to others. The facility is a little older, but the 24 hour staff is great and the restaurant is getting better. My dad is happy there and I feel that the residents get a lot of say and autonomy.

I highly recommend the Conservatory for folks who are social and want to see new friends every day.Some of the things that make it special are: flexibility re: dining (3 hour blocks for each meal), daily happy hours (with snacks), daily movies in a comfortable theater, and an "ambassador" program to help new residents adjust.

Everyone we spoke to was completely out gong and friendly. Mom and I look forward to her being Happy here. We will review again later, after Mom has moved in and gets unvolved. She is excited at 82 to start a new and different life. I'm excited to just be her daughter again and not her keeper! Thank you everyone

Palms of Mt. Pleasant = 5 for everything. Staff awesome! very understanding and helpful! What really stood out to our family regarding the community was that it is very welcoming. Our loved one thought it was fancy and more like a resort.

My loved one is currently a resident at Morada Rogers and everything has been great for him at this facility so far. This is a nice facility, especially for someone on a budget. The staff is friendly and helpful with housekeeping schedules that are easy to follow. The cleanliness and friendliness are great! The care services, meals and value for cost are also great. I would recommend Morada Rogers to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Signal Mountain Senior Living and most everything has been very good for him at this facility so far. The move in process was okay. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also keep me updated about my loved one, even if I have just visited him. The food is good. The housekeeping could use a little help. Overall, I would recommend Signal Mountain Senior Living to others.

My mom was a resident at Fountainwood at Lake Houston for a respite stay and everything was great for her overall at this facility, however there were lots of bumps getting her enrolled, filling out necessary paperwork and medications ordered. The administration had a lack of communication with the nursing staff. I had someone calling when she would arrive so they could give my mom a red carpet welcome. This was at about 2:30 and she had been there since noon, as previously discussed. It made me nervous at first in leaving her there, but soon they made me comfortable. I had someone checking in on her to see her. The food is fabulous as well as the nursing staff. It's a beautiful atmosphere.

The Palms is sunny and bright. The staff is caring, they have made an attempt to get to know myself and my husband personally. The dining program is fantastic, we look forward to each and every meal!

What we like most are the sunny interior, all the outdoor areas, and the friendliness of staff. The improvements include food, making sure all the residents have fire instruction posted on their doors, and everyone has the same orientation. My mom did move in and likes it. She is very active in the community. We would recommend this community.

My parents have been here 21 months. I have so many wonderful stories of their adventures at Southridge! We are glad we found this place. Ownership just changed recently and everyone made my parents feel safe and secure thru the transition. I'm so grateful their caretakers we have grown to love were kept here. They have always loved and treated my parents like family. A huge thank you Southridge!! God bless you all!

The staff at Seaton Springwood have been wonderful. The aides are exceptional and really care. Housekeeping is good and when I call, if person is not available, they call back within a reasonable timeframe. If something comes up, they contact me. I have to say, I am very involved in my mothers stay and care and other families need to do the same. I have not eaten the food, but it looks and smells good and my Mom likes it very much. I definitely would recommend Seaton Springwood to others.

Moms loves it and all of the staff are very friendly and genuinely concerned about the residents! Mom was more comfortable in a smaller more rural setting. I would recommend to others.

The staff at Bell Oaks Place is fantastic! They are always very helpful and supportive. The housekeeping is good, although my mom has commented that dusting isn't done enough. The move in process was great, we had no problems and the staff was very welcoming and helpful to get my mom settled in. As far as the food, my mom comments that some selections are not to her liking and that there isn't something offered daily that she can eat easily. I think that the menu should be available to the family to assist in selections. Also, perhaps more 'home-cooked' type of meals could be offered. Overall, I would highly recommend Bell Oaks Place to others. It's a small facility, the activities are great and keep residents engaged and active and the staff is very helpful and kind.

I have been here for more than 2 years, and I find that the greatest assets to the Sheridan are it's people. I have been attending the new program "tech time", taught by [name removed]. She uses current technology to help me with my many issues from the cell phone to uber rides etc. This service has enriched my life and made my day to day living so much better.

My loved one's respite care experience at TerraBella Roswell was excellent. The facility had just been renovated; she was the first person to use the room that she was assigned to. The staff was friendly and focused on patient care. The housekeeping was good. The food was excellent - excellent quality and good variety; there were typically 2 entrée choices at each meal. The only area for improvement that I would suggest is with medication management and distribution. There were days when my loved one had to contact the front desk long after the normal distribution time to inform them that she'd not received her medication. In addition, one of her oral medications plus her COPD inhaler were misplaced for 3 days. Overall, I would absolutely recommend TerraBella Roswell to others.
