5 for all categories! Very pleased with the Spring Mill Senior Living community and the care the give to the residents living there. Spring Mill checks all of the above boxes. The residents are always clean and nicely dressed and groomed. The staff is incredibly accommodating and kind, taking time to greet and chat with and even hug dementia residents. Meals are appealing and the staff goes out of their way to learn and present resident preferences. Yes, this kind of care is pricey but it is wonderful care.

Thank you and A Place for Mom. My sister and I were pretty lost. When we needed guidance the most, you guys were there for us. We truly appreciate the work y'all do.The memory care section was the right place for my mom. She hadn't had dementia before hip surgery, but she needed extra care while recovering. Between Kiley Ranch and Infinity Hospice, she got the care she needed to live out her last days in comfort.

I went for a visit to Polo Park Estates in Midland. I was invited for lunch and I met a couple of residents plus the lady that introduced me to them. I could not believe everyone was so nice. It would be a few days before I get to move in but I cannot wait to move into this place, I am so excited about everything especially the personnel and the two residents that I have already met. I’ll give it a 100% thumbs up. ??????

Mom did not like the food everyday, but she is hard to please anyway. Overall the staff were friendly and very nice. Checked on mom for me when I was not able to reach her by phone. I was out of town when she stayed there so I could not check in on her. Liked this home because it felt like home, not sterile and cold like some others I visited.
