Solstice has been a wonderful place for Mom to be once taking care of her own big house wasn't practical. It is a beautiful, bright, cheery place that's always pleasant to walk into. The staff are amazing - they are always there to help and always have a smile for the residents and the family members. I have never had the feeling that any of the staff has ever resented the job they do taking very good care of the residents of Solstice.

Staff are friendly, kind,eager to help you & maintain privacy at the same time.I have been disabled recently and I have been receiving good care ,support and empathy from the staff.My meals are served promptly in my apartment,Laundry services and cleaning the apartment are done well too.

The Solstice is a very nice friendly place to live because the management is so good and helpful when needed. The food is good and the Chef listens to your wishes. The place is very nicely decorated and comfortable. A very nice place to call home.

My husband and I moved Ina year ago. The staff are always friendly and great to be around. There are activities to cover all interest. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for senior place.

My mom absolutely loves this place and I do too. Mom has her own kitty that lives with her and loves the puzzle corner. The staff is friendly and helpful when asked questions or need something. It’s a beautiful place with the remodeling that was just completed. The food is good and healthy with mom always getting her dessert which is very important to her!

This Spring I found myself in the unfortunate situation of not being able to go directly home from the hospital due to some construction work being done on our property. I stayed at Greenwood Place for several weeks and immediately was made to feel at home, the staff is very friendly and very caring, and I met some wonderful resients there as well. I definately would reccomend giving Greenwood Place your highest consideration when looking for a short or long term residence, for yourself or a family member.

My Mother moved into Solstice in 2020. The new owners of Her residence at the time was trying to give her 160% rate increase. Luckily the director contacted Solstice marketing and they had the perfect apartment for her. She loves the facility, the staff, and the food is top notch, most of the time. She's allowed to have her dog, and has loved getting to know the group of women that she eats meals with. She doesn't want to live anywhere else. A great facility all in all.

Solstice, cares about each and everyone of their residents they do a fantastic job of giving the residents as much social activities both there and out in the public. They welcome residents family and friends. They have just opened a pet park for their residents with fur babies.

This a bright, clean place to live!! The management is available and I feel they really care for us. The others that live here are friendly and look out for each other. The management try hard to keep us busy but on the other hand they let us live our own lives. I am happy I chose to live here!!!

We were at a loss where to put my mother. I contacted winter Village. [name removed] was wonderful! She was able to answer all our questions, if she didn't know she found out. [name removed] would check in with my mother to make sure she was adjusting well. The food has been very good! Had a little water issue and the problem was taken care rather quickly. The activities have been really nice to keep the residents active. Thank you for all Holiday Village has done!

Our family had an in person tour with TerraBella Shelby and the tour experience was great we liked it very much! It was out 2nd choice, however the room available at the time did not have everything I thought we needed (no kitchenette).

I really enjoy the activities here I see my grandma doing. They have a cool app for your phone where my mom can see if she attended, look at the menu and upcoming events. This is something I don’t see other places having as an option. My grandma didn’t want to move when we first started but now she is so glad she did!

What we like the most about the Addington Place Muscatine community is that it is close to home which is convenient. We also would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far

I did a lot of research before moving my Mom into Discovery Village at Southlake. We have found all the good things we heard about them were correct. Every time I visited the whole facility was clean (they were even in the middle of a remodel when she moved in) and there's no typical "old people's home". Her room is always clean and her bed made. The staff takes fabulous car of my mom. In fact, I'd say she's a bit spoiled. They are so sweet to her and their interactions make her happy. She will say to me how nice they are and how good they are to her. They call me any time anything is out of sorts or she has an issue, so I'm always aware of her health and condition. The move in was easy and her apartment is cute and she loves it. The meals I think are very good for a large group meal. Mom is a bit picky and sometimes doesn't like some of the food, but overall she says they do a good job. She never turns down their desserts though!! We would definitely recommend Discovery Village Southlake to anyone looking for a place for their loved one. Mom has been very happy there, which is the one thing you always hope for when your parent gets to the age you have to make these kinds of decisions. She loves to come home with me for visits, but she is always happy to get back to "her home" and is apparently, as I've heard, quite the social butterfly. So she loves to be back chatting and visiting with both residents and staff.

I noticed everyone at Clay Gardens communicates very well with the residences even when the residences are having a hard time they know just what to say and do they are very patience. That's what I notice the most. And It's very clean here and there is always some one clean and picking up stuff my moms room is always nice and clean. Moms laundry is always been washed cleaned and put away. You can't get better than that. There's a wonderful dining hall, I can tell they put effort and work into it, because it's catered to each individual person what they can, and cannot eat and if a resident misses a meal or gets hungry in between meals, they always accommodate them no matter what There's a lot of activities and fun things to do. I think it's really cute. When the ladies get their nails polished it makes them feel good to be catered to The outside grounds is always manicured the court yards have pretty flowers and little gardens and all kinds of bird houses, birdfeeders and flags in front of peoples windows. It's really nice. I feel very blessed and very appreciative, that Clay Gardens is affordable within our budget. It works wonderful. I just want to say thank you to all the office managers and staff for a wonderful job well done

The facility is clean, friendly and has a good variety of activities.

My loved one was previously a resident at Parkview on Hollybrook. The staff and the facility were awesome and just wonderful. They were always willing to help or assist in any way that they could. This was a great facility, it was just not the right fit for my loved one.

Our family had an in person tour with Stratford at Beyer Park and it was amazing. The facility. The staff. Everything. They have a family kitchen area so a family could share a meal. The main reason we didn't select them was that we realized my husband needed a different level of care.

I would say move in immediately! It's very lively, the people are clearly happy, it's very elegant, the food is absolutely exquisite, and the whole environment is uplifting and not sad at all. We walked into some places that felt like the therapy scene in one flew over the cuckoo's nest!Also, [name removed], in the Houston area helped me find the place. I felt like I was talking to a long lost friend. This entire thing has been such a great experience!

We picked this community for our loved one, because of the vibrant/positive residents no matter their level of care or age. They also had, some wonderful activities for the residents. My sister has met so many new friends and is thriving.
