I would recommend it to others however it all depending on their care needs.They have Chinese speaking residents and staff. The amenities and services offered by far was the best value for us. My dad is doing well under their care.

This is what my mother said as she toured. She was instantly at home, at ease. She called Discovery Village "home" for 3+ years. She has made many friendships. DV provides a place for residents to LIVE!

Beautiful Open House and fabulous chef's showcase. The event was wonderful, all the staff were spot on and I totally enjoyed myself. The interior remodel is lovely and I really like the look of the upgraded apartments.

5 across the board. This is a wonderful place. Absolutely above and beyond. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They truly care about the residents and go above and beyond. The Polo staff is very accommodating and work hand in hand with the home care plus staff. The apartment sizes and amenities offered here for the residents are just wonderful.

Holiday Ormond has a very positive atmosphere and helpful people. The hallways are a bit dim, could use more lighting, carpets in hallways also need replacing, you can only clean so much. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Very caring for residents and family. The care services are excellent, they are always informative and looking to improve the residents lifestyle. When it comes to the meals and dining service, the 3rd floor dining area is my Mom's favorite. She finds the meals fine. She loves the desserts. It's not fine dining but since they serve on such a large scale within a tight timeframe their meals are adequate. They do offer a good variety of activities as well as reliable scheduled classes. Unfortunately, my Mom hasn't participated just yet but the staff do encourage her to at least attend and meet people even if she doesn't participate in the activity. Best value we have found in the driving range we require to visit with her on a weekly basis. We are always looking to make the most of our budget but not lose the quality of care. All in all we have found Ormond in The Pines a well rounded, safe, family friendly, caring community. The staff have been so kind and willing to help in any way they possibly could. I rest better knowing my Mom is safe and well cared for. I always look forward to visiting her in her lovely apartment.

The staff at Morada Albuquerque were warm, welcoming and compassionate. The room sizes there are Inordinately large! I would whole-heartedly recommend Morada Albuquerque to others who are looking for care for their loved ones. My mom just moved in Friday, so I do not have much more to say other than so far I am quite pleased.

I spent several hours on the phone with the general manager regarding the community and my fear around moving. [name removed] spent as much time as I needed in walking my through the process of independent living and what my experience would look like at Sierra Hills.

The community is really clean, nice and well kept. Staff are excellent. The kitchen and dining team do a wonderful job at taking care of all the residents. The menu is great and the food tastes wonderful.

I will rate all questions a 5. The staff at the time my mother in law was there (2019) was the most helpful and friendly. They did have some turnover, but that us to be expected. The thing that stuck out most about The Addison was the cleanliness of the facility and the interest of care for their residents. I would absolutely recommend this community, As long as the administrative staff that was there in 2019 is still there. Otherwise I would not know much about their service, etc.

What we like the most about the Cloverland Park community is the fact that our loved one is improving already and the staff members who work there are great. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

Everything has been great! Staff is always helpful!

My 95 year old father has been in assisted living at Whittier Place since April of 2018. We have had a good experience there overall, but especially lately. In addition to having hired a truly outstanding Activities Director, they have also given her a new and much-needed assistant, and so more and more social activities are happening. These include interactive music events, exercise classes, games, and a variety of regular social activities, which are so important for keeping the residents happy, sharp, and active. I am also very pleased with the other support staff, including the medical personnel and also the various receptionists and caregivers. These people truly take a personal interest in my dad, and this goes a long way toward his happiness there. [name removed], the new Executive Director, is really trying to up the game by making strategic improvements and seeking an enhanced experience for the residents and their families. I see good things ahead for Whittier Place.

The facility is very nice. The rooms are clean and they offer different levels of care to meet your needs. The food is by far better than any center I have visited. Lots of selections. The dining Director took the time to ask me what my Nana liked and made her feel right at home. The nurse had me laughing and we chatted for hours. The sales people are very friendly and not pushy. They have been very understanding and caring to my Nana

This community is very best! It’s homey, with great care and my family loves it there!!!! The attention to detail from care to food is above what we could hope for! The care team and management treat us like extended family and it shows!

They did a great job helping my mom adjust to her new environment and make her feel welcome. We picked this community, because of the proximity to my home, levels of care provided, presence of an onsite memory care unit and the interactions I had with staff and residents when touring.

What we like the most about the Holiday Summer Place is the staff. The staff members at the community are all wonderful to work with. We have already recommended this community to other families and we will continue to do so!

The girls here that work are great. They are always helpful to help us when we need it.

I would recommend Sierra Hills to any one that asks. They treated my mom like family and gave her back a quality of life that she had been missing. She was extremely happy there. We used [removed] who is an independent contractor working inside of Sierra Hills. They were essential to my mom's care as her health declined so we didn't have to relocate her to another facility. That perk of having inside of Sierra Hills enhanced the whole experience there. I can not say enough good things about the entire experience with Sierra Hills. I am extremely grateful they were there for my mom.

My mom was there for two years before she passed. She received the best care there. I would and have recommended to others. Mainly because it was right next to Summerville Medical Center, so when she needed to go to the hospital, it was right there. The place was clean, people were very nice and it was close to my house.

Everything at Morada Midwest City has been a 5 star experience and we hope that it continues to go that way. Our loved one is very happy at the community and that is what counts the most to to our family. We would recommend this community to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones.
