We have had a great experience with Independence Village of Olde Raleigh. They really pay attention to their residents and make sure things run well.

We are very happy with TerraBella Pheasant Ridge. My mom is well taken care of and participating in common areas, which she didn't do beforehand. Every single staff member have been and continue to be very welcoming. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend the community to other families.

I'm pretty much a 5 on each of the items above. My only caveat is they had pretty high turnover of people and there were lapses in personnel and some services. My mom couldn't have her hair done for at least six months. I think this is symptomatic of these facilities.

I have been letting everyone know how much I love it here at Mission Commons. I have been to other places, and they do not measure up. Missions Commons is totally professional, and they do care for their residents.

I liked that there was also independent living on same campus. It is a beautiful campus, lots of old trees and safe! It is well maintained and maintenance is responsive to residents requests. Food was quite delicious and they even did gluten free meals for her. I would highly recommend even though it is a bit on the pricey side.Excellent staff and directors. Quick response and they follow up on what they promise. We picked this community, because it was close to her friends, good food, very caring staff, and quickly available.

Vista Shores is exactly what we was looking for in a community for our mom. We were blown away at how happy and we’ll take care of all of the residents were and the wide variety of activities that are offered. We toured and noticed how clean and well kept everything is! My parents were members of the original country club that the building originally was to Lake Vista. We toured other communities and none of them had near the outdoor space compared to here with the benches along the bayou and the walking paths (not to mention all of the nature and wildlife like the cute ducks!) We ended up choosing Vista Shores and our mom will be moving in during July.

The atmosphere and staff at Morada Grand Prairie are top notch. Highly recommend. As a matter of fact, when the time ever comes for me to need assisted living, this is where I want to stay.

Based on our experience so far with Solstice Senior Living, the staff there have been amazing with us and my loved one there. He has settled in there and I know most of it is because they treat him like family. We would very much recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

My mom is very happy with Holiday Ormond in The Pines, especially with the activities. The staff is wonderful! My Mom felt welcomed from the very first day. Their focus is on the residents, from outings to after dinner gatherings. My Mom is constantly out of her apartment and enjoying the activities that have been planned. We are all very grateful that she ended up in such a wonderful place!

My mother feels safe and secure, and loves the facility and the staff. I am deeply thankful we chose The Forum, especially Shelly. I would recommend The Forum to anyone. They provide a strong level and standard of care for their residents.

The staff goes above and beyond! Always trying to help. The facility van trips are wonderful. There is van service to and from doctors offices and shopping. Our friend is in the smallest room. It is enough space for a twin bed, tv, dresser, chairs and a small table and a comfy chair for watching tv. It also has a kitchen sink, microwave and small refrigerator. There are mounted book shelves in the room. She has control of the room temperature. A laundry room is near by. There is always fruit, cookies, coffee and hot chocolate at the snack bar. Happy hour and live music gets everyone snapping fingers!

The entire staff is amazing. [name removed] has compassionately guided us through every step of the way and engages every resident as a friend. She regularly texts us pics of my mom enjoying her new place. She is phenomenal. [name removed] is also remarkable and has even schedule meeting with me to discuss ways to add to everyone's experience. The staff cares and pays attention. They have awesome events and activities, and the food is delicious.

I would recommend. The experience was friendly and welcoming. I picked this community, because of the location, and feeling.

My aunt is in the memory care. They are very attuned to each residents needs which is great. The staff is very friendly. My aunt said that the food is great which helps keep her happy. They are also good about keeping track of her health and getting her help when needed such as a UTI appearing.

The tour the family had at Seaton Voorhees was wonderful. In fact after being at another community, the family decided to move our loved one to Seaton Voorhees.

My parents moved into Independent Living two months ago and are very pleased to have found Solstice. The apartments are perfectly-sized and they enjoy having a patio to sit outside on with their plants. They LOVE the food there. The taste and portions are excellent. It is also an excellent value as it comes at a much lower price tag than comparable facilities. The staff there are excellent and they have a variety of activities. The one area where they could improve is probably in communication with the residents about trouble-shooting issues when they first move in. For example, no one assisted my parents in understanding how to use their emergency alert badges. They have also had some confusion as to the transportation system there. It could prove useful, given that many residents are not tech-savvy, to provide schedules and instructions that are easy to understand and follow.

The nurses are very helpful with my mother. While the meals are not as carb friendly for diabetics as we would like, the nurses help her with her meal choices to try to reduce the amount of carbs in her meals. This is reducing the sugar level count and helping her to feel better.

We recently lost both of our parents within 15 days apart in May, but the Lodge at Greeley was amazing at meeting some of their needs that we had. The staff is very caring and some of the people went above and beyond at the community.

I think Holiday Westgate Village is a nice place to live. The rooms are nice and spacious. And the staff will do anything and everything to make you comfortable.

The community is lively, friendly, and likes to do lots of things, your choice. We picked this community, because of the location, and the beautiful lay out of the building. Careful consideration, as the fix and repair group has its own way of doing things. Something they can do, is easily and quickly done. If they do not know how to fix it, they have to contract it out, and it may take after you leave to get it done.
