The tours were great. Everyone I met with was fantastic. The difference was the cost and the [name removed] facility is beautiful. More attractive than the others. It was a much better value. Everyone was friendly, informative and completely understood what I was doing through. They were so kind.

Our family had an in person tour with Regency Point for Assisted Living and will move mom there when we need to. My wife and I visited multiple time and we would want to live there.

My father is currently a resident at Fountainwood at Lake Houston. The facility and staff are very friendly. The maintenance is very prompt and helpful when needing things. The meals are flavorful. I'm trying to get my loved one to do more of the activities that they provide. I would recommend this facility to others. It's higher priced than the other one's, but it has an uplifting feel.

Coastal Heights has been wonderful! My brother is very happy there. The staff is friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. The meals are excellent, there are many activities, and the residents smile!

The friendliness of the staff members would get 10 stars, they are so friendly. The fact that my father-in-law is 100% totally happy there with all aspects of the care. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would most definitely recommend Dewitt Place to other families looking for a community for their loved ones.

They are very helpful and work to make the transition as smooth as possible. They are hiring for several positions now to be fully staffed. My family would definitely recommend TerraBella Harrisburg, it has been a great place for my mother to be!

My mother is currently a resident at Discovery Commons South Biscayne. Overall, things have been very good for her at this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and quality of care are good. I would 100% recommend this facility to family and friends.

Raincross at Riverside was a very nice community. My family and loved one made our decision based on the pricing on the community and how far it was from family.

[name removed] really likes that the community is only one floor. There are plenty of nice outside areas and the activities and ability to have physical therapy right there is something we all really like. Based on the experience so far, we would absolutely recommend Morningside of Anderson to other families.

The staff especially the front desk are top notch! They are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and they definitely make sure that you feel important and that this is your home! Apartment sizes are good. It would be nice if the refrigerator was a little bit bigger/ and I was shown a different apartment that had a very small balcony but when I signed the papers it wasn't the one I got! [name removed] is a very valuable asset here at The Palms!

We experienced at Disvoery Village at Castle Hills: great follow-up, our family member loves it there, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious.

They are positive all the way around. We picked this community, because I was able to get a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apt for the same price as a 1 bedroom elsewhere. Friendly and helpful staff. Biggest reason, the food is excellent!

I liked the location, the size and cleanliness of the apartments, the price, availability, and the staff. I am very glad that I am here. I would recommend to other families.

We toured with a few different places and actually liked The Addison the best. We would have chosen this facility, but they did not have any double rooms available at the time, so we picked another facility that did.

We toured with Summit Place and had a great experience! It was between the facility that we chose and this one. The tour was handled very well. We ended up going with the other facility just because it was a little less expensive.

The community is very peaceful. The staff are excellent. They really care about the residents.

If we could give the friendliness of the staff members 10 stars we would, they are just the most wonderful people. They keep the folks busy with activities. Our loved one loves the food and the chef, however but strongly dislikes the bread products and that milk is only at breakfast. The activities have been fantastic! She is always busy, lets just say our loved one met someone special at speed dating! Before this surgery our loved one was coming back to herself, it has been life changing.

We picked this community, because they had an opening when it was necessary. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I would recommend to other families.

These people, to include the CNAs, Med-techs, director of nursing [name removed], administrator, and activities director [name removed] are AMAZING! They care for your loved ones and make sure they get the care they deserve

If you're interested in finding a place where your famly member can be completely at ease, and you can be completely at ease as well, with the care and the attention that is given, Rittenhouse Village is excellent. My mother is very happy there. She likes the people there. The food is excellent. She loves her apartment. She has not had any complaints at all. It's a little more expensive, but for what she's getting, in my opinion it's well worth it. My brothers and I breathe easily knowing that our mom is taken care of and there are people right there. If she has any problems, they are right on it. I would say familiarize yourself with the pamphlets they have, because there is so much offered that it's easy to overlook services/amenities that are available. They take shopping trips and trips to the doctor in the community van. Living at Rittenhouse Village gives your loved one independence without having to rely solely on family members, which has been wonderful. I like that there are no stoves in the apartments, so we don't have to worry about her leaving the stove on. I also like that as her health needs changes, she can advance at Rittenhouse as needed. They have been a blessing, and I couldn't give them higher marks. The staff not only help and do whatever needs to be done, big or small - but they do it with a smile. They have been great to interact with and are very attentive to the needs and wants of their residents.
