Elderly people are always welcome at The Forum at Memorial Woods. I can see that everyone on staff has been putting in a lot of effort to keep the building clean and safe, especially in light of this horrific outbreak. Everyone on the team is usually grinning. A positive outlook went a long way in giving residents peace of mind regarding anything and everything. My parents needed some time to get used to their new home at The Forum, but now that our two relatives have moved to [removed], they miss it, which has made me value the forum even more. I understand they got all the love they needed there. It's a huge blessing to have them.

We toured Allara Senior Living and it was great! The atmosphere was very nice and our tour guide was very friendly. They offered the same amenities as the other facility we were looking at did. However, this facility was more expensive for room and level of care.

[name removed] is always such a helpful and delightful person. She is always willing to help fellow employees as well as residents. She is definitely a great asset to the facility. I know we love her to pieces!!!

Morada Fort Smith is a friendly and clean place, with good food. It's an all around great place to live. And I would recommend it to others looking for independent living.

We toured Morada Friendswood and this facility is outstanding and affordable. Everything was great at this facility, based on what we experienced from our tour. It's just further away from home than we were looking for.

We toured Allara Senior Living and it was a great facility. Everything at this facility is great, from what we saw during our tour. We observed the cleanliness, friendliness, and value for the money. We did not observe care services, meals and dining, or the activities.

We have been very pleased with the staff and care at Prestige in Marysville. It was a very nice facility and within walking distance of a few of my mother's close friends. I would recommend it to others.

I would highly recommend this facility. The staff is readily available and genuinely friendly from housekeeping to dining staff to the front desk and maintenance. Housekeeping picks up trash daily, cleans apartments and changes bedding weekly, and maintains the common spaces to an immaculate level. The meals offer a menu with a wide variety of choices for lunch and dinner along with daily dinner and lunch specials. Both meals include beverages of choice and a desert. There is also a M-F Happy Hour from 4-5 with a staff maintained bar (2 drinks max/person) just to allow another social opportunity. There are two shuttle buses and a schedule for taking residents to doctors, shopping and running errands. There are also trips to go out for dinner/lunch and special outings.

Placing my relative was a hard experience. I visited several memory care facilities, and Raincross was the nicest one. The extra bonus was that it was also the least expensive. The staff was very supportive, and they continue to keep me informed and work with me to provide the best care for my family member. I have peace of mind for the care he is receiving, and I know he is safe, clean and well fed.

I live here and what I like most is the location, the privacy and my apartment design. It has high ceilings, good lighting and good security. I just finished 35 rounds of radiation and rounds of chemo therapy for throat cancer and the kitchen staff makes me 4 egg cheese omelets. That is about all I can eat right now along with ice cream. I have stayed in four communities and Heartis Suwanee is a step above all the rest.

Everyone on the Staff is absolutely wonderful! Amazing that everyone regardless of job title pitches in to serve meals, respond to residents request, manage the front door, respond to emergencies, help new residents get situated, get residents involved in activities etc. My in-laws are thriving! Interaction with staff and residents thru group activities have been SO beneficial. Thanks to everyone involved in meals which I experienced 1st hand and are always top notch!

The staff at Meadow Oaks of Roseville have been great with my dad and they are very attentive. The housekeeping is good and they do the laundry for my dad. If my dad falls, they call us immediately to let us know. My dad enjoys all of the meals and they have a top Chef. I would recommend this facility to others.

My loved one is a resident at Holiday The Palms. We are very happy with the staff, they're very friendly and helpful. [name removed] and [name removed] are amazing in making sure that my dad is always okay. The food here is good. My sister's and I join my dad for meals daily. All said, my dad is what matters and we feel that he's happy and well taken care of.

My dear mom has now been at Capstone for nearly a month, post-hip replacement surgery. From the moment I “interviewed” [name removed], their Director of Sales and Marketing, at Capstone, I felt strongly that this community would be a fit for mom. However, it was not my decision to make. Shannon offered to give my mom a virtual tour (mom’s mobility was severely compromised prior to her surgery), and answered each and every question she had. Because the property was brand new, due to delayed certification no residents had moved in. Yet understanding the value in bringing committed and prospective residents together in advance of opening, they hosted several events and people were able to connect and learn about their fellow residents prior to move-in. For us, this was a game-changer. Mom was bonded with about three other gals prior to moving in. Capstone’s on-site leadership team and the caregivers I’ve thus far met are wonderful! Each is kind, enthusiastic, and committed to their work.

My family and loved one had an excellent experience with Davis Place. The staff are extremely kind, courteous, and caring to the residents. They are caring as well. We would recommend Davis Place to others for their loved ones.

Wonderful staff and community. They care about the members of the community. It is very clean and oriented towards a residents happiness and comfort. The staff go above and beyond to meet the needs and wants of the community. It's nice to have caring neighbors again! We love it.

We chose Holiday Ormond in the Pines because when touring the facility, [name removed] was wonderful and he was one of the main reasons we selected Ormond over other places we looked at. During our experience here, everyone has been very helpful and friendly. There were many activities that were enjoyed by the residents.

I moved to The Palms about five years ago when my loving husband of over 40 years needed Memory Care. I can say with all my heart that the Memory Care Caregivers are my Angels. They took such wonderful care of my husband. Just seeing the love and care they gave him put my mind and heart at ease. After he passed away I chose to stay living at The Palms in their Assisted Living community. it's my home. I have made many friends here. I love the people, the care I receive, the delicious food, and most of all, the activities. Living here has enhanced my life more than I could ever imagine. Tipton Place has been wonderful to my mother, the staff are always there to help whenever we need someone, My mother has made friends with other Resident's and is at peace with her placement there. The management is very attentive when I have a concern and follows up immediately. The Director of Nursing communicates with me regarding the care of my mother and makes me feel comfortable and included with decisions to better care for her. The only compliant my mother has is the food. Over all this is a great place.

I really like the Holiday Creekside community for my mom. So far, the office has been patient with my mom (who can be difficult). I have no complaints. I find the staff to be very accommodating. Especailly [name removed] who knows how to de-escalate situations. Based on the experience we have had so far we would absolutely recommend Holiday Creekside to other families.
