From the time that we walked through the door, we knew that this was a happy place. We knew because one of the residents came right up to us and proceeded to introduce himself and to tell us about how great Solstice Senior Living was. The staff were happy and that says volumes about any community. We were just impressed by the environment and the feeling that we had while visiting there. We highly recommend Solstice Senior Living.

We picked this community, because they had the only availability I needed. I couldn't asked for anything better. The management staff, the nurse's, head nurse, cooks and even the one who did the laundry were awesome.

5 stars for all categories. We chose Palms of Mt. Pleasant mainly due to the value for the money and the convenience for our family. I would tell others that overall, it is just a great place to have your loved ones.

We are very happy with our choice for Mom. The staff has been exceptional. The chef is very good and open to learning new recipes from residents and families. They are all very friendly and very compassionate. They take very good care of Mom. One of the employees' family member even ordered a new walker for mom and they put it together for her. Even though she can be a very tough cookie to deal with, they are all wonderful with her and encourage her to join in the activities.

The community is clean but they are currently taking off wallpaper in the halls and doing fresh paint so it's currently a mess with strong smells. My friend rarely gets up for breakfast although the residents say it's the best meal of the day. Some evening meals I have seen are just ok. One response she has made is that she wishes the evening meal was served around 6pm instead of 4pm

It's a beautiful assisted living home with friendly staff, caring facility, attends to your needs asap at a reasonable cost for quality care. I would definitely recommend to others.

My mother is very happy living there! The activities and the people who work there are some of the things we like most about Solstice Senior Living. The staff members really care about the senior who live there. With the activities they have different things like concerts, entertainment fiesta days, western days. They do arts and crafts, BBQs. bingo, games, water exercises and outings

It was wonderful for my father. Everyone was kind and helpful. We picked this community because I liked the smaller, and family feel of the place. I would recommend to other families.

My stepfather was at Arbor Terrace for the initial 2 months and then moved to Heartis for last 6 months. He moved to Georgia from Maryland because cost of assisted living was less expensive in Georgia. Heartis is a beautiful newer facility. Very clean and staff are very friendly and caring. I loved the place. Food was very good too. Overall a very good feeling place! Arbor Terrace was also very nice but due to distance for family to travel to visit him- we decided to move him to Suwanee. My stepfather's health deteriorated quickly and was unable to get along on his own and ended up in the hospital and rehab for long periods. He never really had the opportunity to get out of his room at Heartis and enjoy people and activities. If he was at Heartis longer as a normal assisted living resident- we could evaluate better. It is a great place if you are able to care for yourself more. His level care increased quickly and the staff tried very hard to meet his needs. My major observation about all assisted living places is that as the level of care increases and resident becomes incapacitated - assisted living staff are stretched too thin to provide highest level of care. Also the design of most assisted living places is not conducive to elderly people. Long corridors - big hikes to the restaurant. Also rooms should never have carpet- difficult for wheelchairs. I would highly recommend Heartis but family must be prepared to help and supplement care as loved one demands more care.

The dining room is beautiful, and the food is excellent!They have great programs in the building for PT, a health clinic, and home health aides. From the beginning the staff was welcoming and friendly. They have a wonderful program for new residents to get acclimated, and all types of activities from games to a walking club and field trips to places such as the Shedd aquarium or the theater. All the staff know the residents and and notice if one has not been around for a bit and will check on them.

The Tremont facility in Oviedo is a very clean, caring and active Community . Every time I’ve visited, the atrium and dinning hall are filled with a variety of activities that invite the residents to get involved.

The only real criticism we had was that at Terra Bella we did not care for how the memory unit was completely separate from the rest of the facility. We were not sure where our Mom was going to be placed and we would have had strong reservations if she were going to be placed in the memory unit there. They spent time with us, answered all our questions and again seemed lovely. Their facilities just weren't the best fit for us.

The facility itself is set up to be very welcoming immediately when you walk in. Light, bright and comfortable. The staff, particularly [name removed] was extremely helpful in making the move from New York to North Carolina happen for Mom in the most seamless ways possible. The staff has welcomed my 100 year old mom with open arms.

The staff is friendly and patient--two important traits when dealing with the elderly. My mother can try even the most patient people, but the staff never lets on if they are annoyed and are always nice, pleasant, and accommodating. I think the value is 5+++. I would highly recommend Morada Friendswood.

I had a great experience with A Place for Mom. I used the service twice and both times I was provided multiple locations that met my requirements. I scheduled tours of each place and found great locations for my mom. My mom and myself have been very pleased.

Our loved one was only there for 5 days and he had passed away. However the staff was so kind and very helpful. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we had with Victoria Place.

What sticks out the most about The Forum at Lincoln Heights would be the very nice, warm and caring staff members. That was the main reason I chose this facility over others. I would recommend The Forum to others looking.

For the last two years our 92 year old Dad has dealt with the almost over-whelming responsibility of taking care of his large home and property alone. While he enjoyed being outdoors tending a garden or minor repairs, he had lost interest in those tasks…… and he felt guilty about not taking care of his own business!! We provided him with information on several options for alternative living arrangements. After a visit there, he felt Marigold Place would suit him just fine. He has been there about 6 weeks now, and still says he made the right decision. The staff has been so kind and attentive in checking on him, even though he is usually out of his room moving around the building talking to everyone. The administrative staff has always treated him with dignity and respect when answering his questions and helping to solve any issues that have come up. Dad is content and our family is relieved to know he is in a safe healthy environment…. and he still has a garden to work in!

What sticks out the most about TerraBella Southport is the personal attention given to each resident by all staff. They make every effort to keep residents engaged through diverse activities. They encourage residents to socialize and foster their independence. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

[name removed] was amazing, getting us all the information we needed to decide on a place. She was in constant contact making sure everything was going well. The place was very welcoming and clean. Moms one bedroom was a very nice size. [name removed] was very helpful with moms care. Nurses and residents were very friendly towards us. Mom never complained about the food and loved how personal the chef is. I am very happy with our decision in choosing Lake View Place.
