My family and loved one have had a positive experience with The Haven and The Laurels in Stone Oak. The staff communication with the family has been good and responsive, anytime we have questions about our loved one. The staff are friendly and helpful as well.

I would tell a friend that the community is located in a great place and is priced really well. They welcomed my mom in warmly. They seem to have the typical problem hiring and retaining med staff! Their communication is pretty good. No complaints.

The community is fantastic. It's an awesome environment. Beautiful and friendly. We picked this community because, of the location, atmosphere, memory care, minimal skilled nursing, decor, cleanliness, and it was a small facility. I would definitely recommend to others.

They encourage families to visit and participate in lunch or activities. And thank God, they have an "Age in place" philosophy. That means my mom can stay in a place she feels cared for and safe, all the way to end of life. When hospice came in, it was a smooth transition into joint care. [name removed] truly shows compassion and concern for every resident and expects the same from all her staff.

They are very good. My friend loves the food. They serve breakfact, lunch, and dinner. They offer activities such as; Bingo, movie nights, and they have a library. It's a perfect place for my friend. The residents seem to be pretty happy. Overall, It's a pretty good community. The staff checks on people, listens, and they really do care. The staff does a pretty good job, and encourages the residents to come down and eat. The location is very convenient, and there is a strip mall that is within walking distance.

Some days some team members are having bad days or being stressed out. Once again some days can be overwhelming and frustrating. More communication and listening to the residents can help. With the meals and dining, there has been strong improvement in the daily menu and the dining room is clean bright. It would be helpful to have itemized invoice for each level of care/ treatments by staff to understand all that is provided for the residents stay when monthly bills are mailed. For activities, each time I have come to visit, there has been an activity going on. Now whether it is taking advantage by every resident? Maybe as the weather is improving they can have something outdoors for the residents to get sunshine/fresh air.

Dean Hill Place is probably the most caring facility I've encountered. They provide personalized care to their residents. When I was there visiting, I saw multiple people coming in to check on my mom every couple of hours. Whereas where she came from before, there were fewer people checking on her less often. If I needed care myself, this is where I would want to place myself.

The Chateau is a good place to live. Its staff are friendly and compassionate. The facilities are comfortable and pleasant. I would recommend The Chateau for those looking for independent living. Welcome to Senior Living!

The Manor is such a peaceful home. . . The beautiful landscaping and five acres of a sublime, shade filled yard is a dream come true! Lovely environs, and enjoyable companionship.

I'll give a 5 to all except activities, not because I don't think it's deserved but because of my husband's condition he was not able to participate in any so I can't judge it. All the staff, nursing, administrative, meals and maintenance are so friendly and caring. I really appreciate the care and attention my husband received. All these things make the value of cost worth it. One notable thing, there were fresh flowers every day! Morningside staff deserve the recognition. One thing: the support I received during the illness and passing of my husband was priceless.

After doing a lot of research we needed a place for mom to transition to live and the staff here are caring and friendly clean and plan lots of fun with the residents !!! Planning a crawfish boil and had a awesome Mardi Gras party

The staff was always kind, seemed to stay busy. Housekeeping was ok I. did have ask for a vacuum once. Dad had popcorn all over the floor. [Name removed] got the vacuum and did it himself. Family communication was good. The few falls dad had, I was contacted. He had to go to the hospital once . I should have got him picked up, but they told him he would be taken back. He was, but 4 hours later. The apartment itself was nice and easily manageable for him. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

My loved one loves the food. They have a lot of activites. The value for the money is worth it. We picked this community becasue of the price, the people, and food. The community has a nice smell, when you walk. I liked the ease of getting my loved one in and out of the community. My loved one seems to be taken care of well. I would recommend to other families.

When the person you care about has already moved into a senior living situation and is settling in, is not the time you want to realize what it was painted it to be. Thankfully that is NOT the case with Brookdale Bonita. Personal accomodations(and plenty of them!) attentive staff that looks one in the eyes and calls you by name, really tasty food which is presented on white tablecloths in lovely dining rooms, social get-togethers and responsive medical attention are benefits that, are not only some of the things offered; but actually carried out at Brookdale Bonita. Thank you to this oustanding community of lovely folks who have made life interesting, happy and safe for my 91 year old friend.

I toured TerraBella Salisbury and it was a great facility. They were very nice, friendly, and very clean. The facility just wasn't what I was looking for, for my loved one. I just felt like my loved one would have been lost in the number of residents here.

I am writing this review for my mom and dad who just moved in. It's like Disney but better! Everyone is so nice minus a few ladies who never smile or say hello. The staff is 5-star! I hope rent doesn't go up too much each year so they can stay. The food is hit or miss. I have tried the food but the word in the hallways is residents are not happy with the food. Seems like there needs to be more options and fewer friend and salty foods. More healthy options. Have snacks out during the day. Great activities! The rooms are beautiful. The garden is a nice touch. Nice to have a home health aide company on campus. A OT/PT Gym. They allow hospice and your own health team to come in. I may move in as well!;)

The staff here at Solstice at Point Defiance is amazing and works hard to accommodate any special needs you may have. We were looking for a place that had a covered outside spot for smoking, and this was it.

I would say the housing is great, the food is not good, with little variety. Two other community leaders advised me to taste the food before moving in. Unfortunately, I let my mom down in that regard by not previewing the food. The staff has been very good to work through 'new resident' transition issues (My mom is not easy, and she is now settled in, thanks to[names removed.}

Raincross at Riverside has been a wonderful experience for my loved one. My loved one has made friends, the staff is very attentive to my loved one's needs and very communicative to the family. We are thrilled with our choice.

Husband & I moved from out of state. The caring community here - staff & residents - welcomed us. People readily helped at every step of the settling in. After a little adjustment, our daily lives were enriched by the social opportunities; variety of activities (games, art, exercise) plus outings to church & museums; delicious assortment of foods at meals. The setting gifted us with a new life of enjoyment in spite of health concerns.
