Mom is getting really good care at Arbor View. She is always neat and clean. Her room is kept neat. They attend to your needs. If we ask about anything or voice any concerns, they get on it right away. The only thing I would mention is they could improve on communication - but I think that just comes down to fact that they're a little understaffed.

We picked this community, because it was very very close to my house, all inclusive and the price. They can improve on activitities, and food.

Based on our experience so far with solstice Senior Living we would recommend this community to other families.

Great place for your loved one or friend. Very willing to accommodate with you, and no question goes unanswered. I couldn't have picked a better place for my friend. Recommend them to anyone. Prices are very reasonable.

The staff at Loma Clara were very friendly. For the short period of time my loved one was there, they were very approachable and helpful.

Mother moved to Vista del Rio a year ago. She is having the time of her life! She loves the staff, residents, and is enjoying fun activities. At 98, (likely the eldest Senior there) she is thriving . She speaks highly of Director, [name removed], and all the workers. She has made many friends, all who enjoy the activities provided by [name removed]. My goodness, how they treasure him! I participate with Mother in some activities and have observed the fun everyone has with [name removed]. The place is a true family. [name removed]and [name removed]are delightful. The housekeepers are kind and efficient. The office staff are helpful and caring. Mother loves having her independence while being surrounded by a caring community she truly loves and enjoys. Her life is rich and full at Vista del Rio. She tells me every day how happy she is. I have shared meals with her periodically and enjoyed them very much. We celebrated her 98th birthday at Vista. It was wonderful! Thanks to [name removed], [name removed], and everyone who made it special.

What a magnificent staff & living facility!! Mom moved from out of state. She's a bit high maintenance & bougie. So, very important that us siblings & Mom-GMa-GGMa agree on a nice place, close by family, that she could call home, but that had the internal support, amenities, security & surroundings she needed. We discovered all of this & more in Holiday Hampshire by Atria in Merced! We will never forget-Mom walked in the door of her apartment, looked around in awe, and with a smile said “Wow, I’m Home! She’s been loving & thriving in her new home ever since! Amazing, Caring, Available Staff-they ALL call every resident by name, responsive, upbeat, & accommodating to residents AND their families! Nice floor plans, clean rooms, new carpet, immaculate landscaping & amenities galore-3 sit down meals+24-hr coffee/snack bar, housekeeping, church, activities, safety mtgs, medical alert service, WIFI, utilities, & so much more, all included. Family atmosphere-Safe/Secure to boot! LOVE IT!!

My parents (89 and 91) do not consider themselves "old," and they were very reluctant to move to assisted living, so I knew I had to find just the right place where they would feel independent, yet supported. I looked at 9 facilities in the Milwaukee area. When I walked into Heartis, saw the beautiful building, and met [name removed], I knew I had found the right place. [name removed], and the entire Heartis team, were patient and encouraging as they helped my parents transition to their new living situation. Everyone, from the residents to the staff, has made my parents feel welcome. They have commented several times, "Everyone here is so friendly!" Their apartment is bright and modern and has a lovely nature view. They enjoy the food and visiting with other residents in the dining room and are eager to try many of the activities. I am so thankful knowing my parents are happy and well cared for and would highly recommend Heartis Village North Shore.

Best place in Greeley for a resident, either in memory care or assisted living! Meals look and smell good. Good portion size, and includes dessert and a drink. Three meals daily, plus snacks in the afternoon and morning. Residents have two choices for entrees, plus a starch and veggies at lunch and dinner. Breakfast is standard fare.

My one Aunt only spent 6 hours there and the other one 2 months. Overall we were pleased. We liked the small homey atmosphere. It's great that it is all on 1 floor. We are appreciative of the staff that cared for my Aunt's the short time there. All were great.

The staff is great. Everyone makes you feel like home. The weather is changing, so I will see how the outside activities go. And the price was great.

I couldn't have found a better place. They are so caring and concerned, notify me every time my loved one is not feeling well and answer all of my questions. Worth every penny. I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends.

The community is lovely. Very clean with caring and compassionate staff. My dads wife is very happy with the community I chose for her. From first tour, move in, care givers, even maintenance staff has been very accommodating. Luckily we haven't had any major concerns! Requests have been quickly responded to.

Preston Greens is a beautiful facility that feels like a luxury hotel when you walk in. It is very nice and new. We were looking for a smaller place that felt more home-like, so this just did not fit the bill.

Heartis Village of Orland Park is a very clean and welcoming place. The executive director along with her staff answered all of our questions to the fullest. They put our minds at ease for the next step. Thank you !

The place was beautiful, the people were friendly and the apartments were very nice. We really liked the place. I would recommend Heartis as well to others based upon what I saw there.

Excellent experience with Staff. Initial visit was excellent. Staff was personable happy and eager to help. Toured the facility, all residents were happy and eager to give info on their experience. Initially was going to another city, plans fell through, made one call and had a place in Marigold that Monday. Staff helped with every aspect of move, paperwork. Was an amazing experience. Every time I go to visit - staff is smiling, patients are smiling and friendly. Would recommend Marigold Place to anyone.

My father is very happy with his senior independent living. His apartment is the perfect home for him in this new phase of his life. He has met new friends, is active, & is content.
