We had a great tour experience with The Forum at Memorial Woods. This was our second choice. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful, but we just felt it was not the right fit for our loved one. It is a high rise and I think that was the main reason.

I think she is getting really good care here. We chose this facility initially because I liked the staff when I met with them. [name removed] had a great personality and was easy to talk to. The location is perfect for us. The facility itself is also smaller - it just felt right. It is really sweet environment, everyone knows each other and it is very vibrant. The residents and staff are always very welcoming. I would recommend The Gardens of Bellaire to others looking.

The main reason that we chose Holiday Chateau De Boise was because of the affordability of the facility. The main thing that sticks out about them would be the staff - they have all been super friendly and helpful as well! I would absolutely recommend this Independent Living facility to others.

What sticks out most to me about Summit Place of South Park would be how clean the facility is and the staff are all very friendly as well.

They were very caring. You can tell they were not just doing a job. They were very genuine. They also always kept in contact with me about my mom. It was very clean, but a warm welcoming atmosphere.

I would give 5's to all the categories. My aunt was only there 3 weeks. When we went for the tour everyone was so nice and friendly. Every time I went to visit my aunt everyone said Hi and they knew my name. She loved the food and doing the activities. The only thing was the first few days her call button was not working well but they got it fixed. I would definitely recommend Chandler Place to other people.

What stood out to us about this facility was the apparent happiness of the residents. The amenities are very nice and lots of activities anyone interested can participate in. Housekeeping is provided weekly and is very satisfactory. I would not hesitate to recommend The Conservatory at Plano to friends and family.

Holiday was wonderful. And barring family history, would have been a great fit. I thought VERY highly of Holiday, but mom didn't want to live in the same place her mother in law lived 20 years ago.

I love living here,I've been here for 2yrs! Transportation is great also the cleanliness.The staff is very friendly,and I have my own personal housekeeper.The food is very tasty and the chef makes accommodations.

What stood out to me about this facility is the culture promoted.....it's just fantastic. The staff and residents were all sincere, friendly and helpful -both to my loved one and myself. Cost was a factor and we felt St Andrew's provided the biggest bang for the buck. The facilities and amenities were perfect for my loved one, particularly at his age. Activities were interesting and varied, very helpful for my loved one who had limited vision. Housekeeping was provided every other week and included bathrooms, vacuuming, trash, basic kitchen cleaning, etc... There were staff shortages at times, similar to virtually anywhere else, so things like housekeeping were skipped once. They also struggled to perfect building security. I would say we were involved in my loved one's life and care multiple times weekly, so I'm not able to comment on staff attentiveness. I heartily recommend St Andrew's. We encountered few difficulties and my loved one was very happy there.

TerraBella Northridge have done a wonderful job with my loved one. I don't have any notes really. The staff communication has been great with the family. There are three meals a day, and the residents get a choice and follow my loved one's dietary restrictions/needs.

Our dad moved in [date removed]. Although we were unsure what to expect, the whole experience turned out to be more than we ever expected.The staff has been so good in their level of care and compassion, especially [name removed]. The communication has been very thorough and has helped us guide our way through this journey. We are all very happy with the choice we made to move into Heartis.

Our mom receives great care from [name removed] and her staff in Generations (memory care) at Heartis Brookfield. They treat mom with compassion and respect. Kudos to [name removed] [name removed] [name removed] [name removed] name removed] [name removed] and [name removed] . They are a 5-star team.

After touring several memory care facilities, my sister and I moved our mom to Heartis in Brookfield a little over a year ago. We were very apprehensive because mom was going from independent senior living to Heartis Generations memory care neighborhood, and we only wanted what was best for mom. We have no regrets!! Heartis has so much to offer!! Mom is thriving and participates in whatever she can. [name removed] and the staff are exceptional! If you’re doubtful in choosing Heartis, schedule a tour with [name removed] (by the way, she’s great too!) YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED!!! Everything at Solstice is all A-1. I only ate there once. Mom and all the residents complain about the food, but I thought it was good. I like that the facility doesn't smell, and people seem happy!

I would recommend Summit Place to others for their loved ones. There is ability to have physical and occupational therapy come to see the residents on-site. This allows the resident to not have to leave the community. This has been a big plus for our loved one and family! This has assisted my loved one in get stronger. There are three meals a day and there are choices to choose from. It can feel frustrating for the residents as there is a delay in getting the meals. However, there have been some changes made, and my loved one hasn't been complaining about the meals since.

In the 9-plus months I have lived here, I have had nothing but positive experiences. I have been both amazed and impressed by the friendliness, as well as professionalism of management and staff. On one or two occasions, I have had minor maintenance issues and these were quickly resolved by both maintenance personnel. The monthly resident meetings are always productive, with management and staff not only briefing us on current events, but answering all our concerns, as well. The meals are usually very good and menus are updated regularly. Finally, and no less important, I have been able to develop some wonderful friendships in the community.

Great support from the personnel. I would absolutely recommend The Watermark by the Bay to others.

They have been horrible about doing repairs. My mom moved in the beginning of January and they have not fixed a broken window, broken granite in her kitchen and her outlets in her primary bath don't work. The staff overall has been great. My mother loves it there and has made a lot of new friends.

The Forum at Park Lane was excellent. I found the people more appealing. The personnel was friendly, but the facility wasn't as new or as nice as the other place my mother stayed, like [URL removed}. Keeping in touch with them was straightforward. The phone may always be answered by someone. They didn't seem confident in giving me important information. The food seemed to be good, and the accommodations were comfortable.
