I rate everything at a 5 except for the food, my mother complains about the food. They have a new chef coming. They do have activities. They also wash and make her bed and do very light cleaning, it meets her needs. Yes, I would recommend to others. She's settling in and making some friends.

Seaton Townson has been a wonderful and super experience for our family. Our loved one has adjusted very well and has really took to the community like duck to water. Based on our experience we have had so far we would recommend the Seaton Townson community to other families.

My loved one did not get a chance to move in. We picked this community because it felt like home. It had a warm feeling. I would recommend to other families.

The interaction with the staff is very good. They have a new chef, so they are working on the food. The past few days, the food has been great. My loved one loves all of the activities, and really enjoys them. The value for the money is worth it. We picked this community, because of the price, people, food and it was a place that my loved one seemed to like.

Overall they have been really good. The food has been the biggest complaint. There is no variety on the menu and a lot of it is very bland but I know a lot of people have to go off that diet. I just think they should offer some choices. I would recommend The Camelot. It is a clean, friendly and safe place to be.

I think that the staff is extremely helpful. They are very friendly and helpful with every resident that they have. I would recommend definitely recommend Raincross at Riverside to other families.

Portland Place has been awesome. They seem to really truly care about the residents. If there any questions or concerns they will notify you right away. They know who she is, she is not just a number to them and they take great care of her. They really get to know the residents. I am very impressed and would recommend Portland Place to other families.

I was shown around the facility and shown the one bedroom and was AMAZED by the huge size. I thought it was TOO big for 1 person and talked to 5 residents at different times and they loved it. Also invited to dinner and saw the food, too.

We really like the Overland Court community - it is very easy and yet in a peaceful area. The grounds are kept very nice and we really like the accessibility to the rooms and the other common areas. They have a beauty shop there and for that era it is very important for the residents to have their hair done. Even though our loved one does not participate in the activities, from what we have seen they are great. Our first impression of the staff is that they are caring and friendly and that has not changed. We would recommend Overland Court Senior Living to other families.

I thought Rittenhouse Village at Lehigh Valley was really nice. It was just too expensive.

I thought Kiley Ranch was a really nice place. It was brand new. I liked everything about it. My loved one preferred a different place, but had the choice been up to me, I would have picked Kiley Ranch.

It's good place. Recently there was a change in management, which was an improvement. They try to accommodate you and make you feel welcome. The apartment is pretty basic but it's fine, and not too small. They com once a week to clean. I have no complaints. Some of the people who live here have been here twenty years, so it's a good place to make friends.

We had a great tour at The Atrium. I wished my mom could have gone there, but she had just enough memory problems that she wasn’t a good candidate for independent living. I liked that they were very honest with me about that, that it's not the place for loved ones who need medical assistance, help with prescriptions, etc. And they were priced accordingly. I also liked that it was an active community. Many people were still driving, and there were a lot of people up and about and coming and going.

Out of the many facilities that we toured, we liked Aston Gardens the most. It was a lovely place and we liked the apartments and layout a lot. The only downfall is the buildings are separate, so in order to get to meals and such you have yo walk outside or get a golf cart to go to and from. The facility itself was very clean and all of the people we met with were so friendly.

Veranda Club is a great place to live with great people. We like it because it's out of the way, not on a major road. So it feels very safe. And it backs up onto a lake. They keep everything very clean. The staff is wonderful. Believe it or not, the food is great. And I'm surprised at how much we're getting for what we're paying compared to other places.

Mom had been living with a family member and it wasn’t working out. She was too isolated. We were instantly impressed with Brookdale Hoffman Estates. The common areas are tastefully decorated and immaculate. Mom thought the dining room looked like a resort! She has been living there for two weeks and already has friends to dine with and socialize and yesterday she told me she’s going to learn Bridge. Her apartment is sunny and spacious. She is so happy every time I call her. Our family is so grateful to have found this caring community for our Mom to become part of.

Even with the brief experience our family and loved one had with Menomonee Place, the staff members were excellent. We really appreciate the staff, and [name removed] who runs the place was great and the nurses were very nice. They get our loved one with a group of other residents to get involved in a few different things. We really appreciate that.

I had a really nice tour experience at Polo Park Estates. It looked like a great facility and the staff were awesome and answered all of my questions. It was just the location that it came down to.

My Aunt [name removed] was 97 years old. She was in pretty good health when she entered The Davis Place in Bullhead City. Her little apartment was very cozy, and the staff kept it very clean. Staff always took care of her needs in a very timely manner. Staff was always very friendly and helpful to my wife and I, and always answered all of our questions and took care of all of our concerns. The staff took note that other than my wife and I, [name removed] didn't get many visitors. They would always tell my wife and I how happy they were that we came to visit [name removed]. [name removed] passed away last week. The whole staff was very attentive and cordial. From management to janitorial, everyone was always professional and willing to help, with whatever we needed. We appreciate each and every one of them and would recommend The Davis Place for anyone needing to place their loved one in an assisted living facility.

We picked because this community, because of the convenience, location, staff, and price. They have been very attentive to what she needs. I would recommend to other families.
