I had a very good tour experience at Holiday at the Atrium. The woman who gave the tour was excellent. She was very friendly. She didn't hurry me at all. She was welcoming, professional, and made sure to thoroughly answer all of my questions. The part I can’t rate as high is the physical condition of the facility. It needed new carpet, etc. But if you have fewer resources, the human component is definitely there. My tour guide knew the residents by name and was very aware of all of their unique situations. I would recommend other families check out Holiday at the Atrium.

We moved our folks into Heartis a few months ago, and we are very happy we did. The staff are professional, compassionate and cheerful. They are eager to accommodate our wishes quickly. This is true…… beginning with the receptionist....to the dining personnel.... to the managers. In particular, we are so grateful that we had [name removed] hold our hand from start to finish. She made everything happen quickly and carefully, and she tied all the loose ends for us along the way! Transitioning parents from independence to assisted living is not an easy feat, but thanks to [name removed] knowledge and experience to guide us along - we made it! Heartis is awesome!

My husband and I moved into Heartis Seniors Living in [date removed] and it was the best decision we ever made. The amenities are great. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Whenever; you need help they come right away and not just for emergencies but even for little things you need help with. The food is really good. They have activities every day and they do shopping outings as well as entertainment outings and restaurant outings. The activity director is always open to suggestions. They have many options you can take advantage of such as a beauty salon, physical and/or occupational therapy, a room where you can have family gatherings, a gym for exercising, a library, a theater where they show movies and even Green Bay Packers games. We are actually happier here than we were at home!

I think The Palms of Mt. Pleasant is a very good place to live. They have great staff, affordable apartments, clean environment and the food is good. I feel like I made a great choice to pick The Palms to live at.

The staff is very welcoming to our family member as well as our entire family. The care is acceptable. We like that it's a smaller facility, which was very important to us. Our family member would just prefer that the food be more flavorful.

The Palms is a beautiful place with a lot going on to keep you busy. From arts and crafts to water aerobics to games and movies, there's plenty to do. I feel safe here where people are getting to know me, and I am making new friends at happy hour every day. The people who work here are very friendly and helpful. My father lived at the Palms and now my mother lives at the Palms. She started out in independent living and is now in assisted living. The staff is very caring and professional. I am happy to say both parents have felt like it is a great place to call home. The Palms is an asset to the senior community.

This is independent living but there are 2 companies providing whatever is needed for people to remain independent here. So far, maintenance staff has been prompt and competent, housekeeping reliable. Dining director is new and trying out various foods. I fear that there is too much salt and sugar still. The resident friendliness and relationships - is something the residence excels in which is a very important feature. My only wish is that the pool were heated year round. But that is expensive and very few Texans would use it. Being a northerner, and I would. They have a full time activities director and a full time wellness ( physical fitness) director. There are at least 5 exercise classes per day 5-6 days per week.

I had lunch and toured the community for myself. There were many choice on the menu and the food was excellent. The apartments there are very nice and clean with new carpet and paint. I like the wide hallways and the decor. The price is affordable with everything included and the staff were so nice. I liked the waitstaff in the dining room just like a restaurant. I will be moving in the spring when my house sells. I had anxiety about going in but [name removed] made me feel comfortable and she was nice.

Great care, good food and the staff treats you good. I have also met some really good friends here as well. I enjoy the companionship and activities as well. My overall experience here has been great.

The staff is great. I liked the layout, and size of the community. The food was really good, but then they had a change in staff. They offered a lot of outdoor entertainment. It's good value for the money. They really made an effort, to get my loved one engaged in the activities. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

Great value for the price, good food, friendly staff, great amenities, great location. A definite recommendation.

Things are going well for us at Addington Place. There have been a few bumps as my loved one with dementia gets adjusted, but that's to be expected. The staff have all been very nice, helpful, and forthcoming. They call me if there are any issues. When I visit on the weekends, I always see activities going on for those who want to participate. They let me bring her cat, which makes her happy. And I think she's right where she needs to be.

I visited my relative recently. The community is clean, active, and very inviting. I was able to observe multiple activities while there and really enjoyed watching everyone participate. If you are looking for a senior community I highly recommend Winter Village!

From what we have seen and heard the experience has been great and we would without question recommend Morada Lake Arlington to other families.

The staff is awesome and the value for cost is really great. We are very happy with them. My loved one loves the community.

The communication skills are exceptional, and they go above and beyond. We picked this community becasue they were very professional during the tour, and the rooms didn't feel like a hospital type of atmosphere. They try really hard to make the residents feel comfortable.

I have been at Carroll Place for a long time now and would not have it any other way! This is home! It is such a happy place and the aides are great, Activities have also been good. Everything is clean and I enjoy myself here!

I have been a resident here for over a year now and love Carroll Place. The care is great and the building is well-kept. The staff really cares and if I ever need anything I know who to talk to to help me!

I really love living here. I can have my dogs with me as well as so many things from my old home! The staff is amazing and leadership is so nice too. Everyone is always willing to help and they are always happy too!
