Our apartment is very nice and home-like. My wife is well taken care of and the staff responds to her call button in a timely manner. They have a lot of new team members which is great because they are all so nice and kind. Everyone feels like family.

The scenery around the community is so nice, it is remote and I feel like I am living in the countryside, but it is also close to a bunch of places to eat and shop at. I always see a variety of birds when I look out of my window!

Our loved one has their meals delivered to their room and sometimes the meals are delivered cold or it takes an hour or two so its been a little inconsistent but that is about the really own complaint. Also they have a transportation but you have to reserve it either 24 or 48 hours in advance and sometimes we wish that was just a little more flexible in case something came up last minute.

I am very well taken care of here! I am happy and so comfortable like it's my own home. I like being surrounded by my things and memories from home and would not want to leave here. Everything I own has memories attached and it's making my apartment my home!

This is a wonderful community; the staff and aides are so nice and kind. All staff are always happy. I am very happy here! The team has been consistent, and they are just always ready to help me with anything I need throughout the day.

I am very happy here. When I get lonely, I have my friends at meals and activities to talk to. There is never any rush for us to hurry through meals and we can stay and visit and talk. Staff is so helpful and kind.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a really nice tour experience but it was a little to expensive for us and the location was just to far away.

They keep it nice and clean. The friendliness of the staff, and people brought us here. They have been very helpul. The food is good, and they are improving. Compared to other places, the value for the money is good. Overall, the efforts in recovering from the hurricane have been excellent.

Our dad had a massive stroke in 2014 which prompted our mom to become his primary caregiver. The stroke left my father with left side paralysis. In 2021 we lost our mom to cancer, which immediately put us in the position of finding a place for Dad. We found an assisted living facility and had no peace of mind at all as our dad was not treated well. Luckily we found Brookdale. The care is exceptional. We can now visit our dad as his children and as a family, not as his caregiver. Our dad is still able to maintain his dignity with some independence while having his physical needs met at the same time. The staff is professional and caring. Due to our Dad’s physical disabilities it makes it extremely difficult to go some places on his own. Fortunately, Brookdale offers Brookdale at Home right in the premises so that Dad can go on outings accompanied by a caring staff member so that he can engage in the fun. I should also add that Brookdale is a beautiful and clean community.

Sabine place makes everyone feel like home. The staff and management go above and beyond to make sure each resident is getting the best care and medical assistance needed. They are a proactive community that truly cares for its residents. It has been a wonderful opportunity to see this community flourish and grow. It will be my choice and recommendation for all seniors looking for their next home.

[name removed] was so fantastic to assist the family in a last minute placement for my loved one. I was so impressed that April was able to jump through hoops to help my loved one and family during this stressful time. The transition from respite to a regular room was seamless, and my loved one seems to be very happy here. The staff communication with the family has been good and they keep the family updated on our loved one.

My dad and his wife love being there. My dad has been a big hit there and wants to start an exercise class. The employees have been really nice and my dad loves to kid them and they kid him back. I do think the food needs to be better. They complain about it a lot. But I'm not eating it.

I really love the Life Enrichment Coordinator because I can tell her anything and everything. The help at Campbell Place is wonderful. I really love all the outings we do, going out to eat and shopping.

I like to live here at Campbell Place. I’ve been here a long time. It is the best place I’ve been. I’ve got places I like to go and do in the community. I especially love my friends, dining and doing activities with them.

Campbell Place is pretty good. I enjoy my cup of coffee. I come from a family of nurses, this group really impresses me. They really care and go above my expectations. Dining is especially enjoyable with friends.

Sabine Place feels like you truly are at home! Everyone that I know rants and raves about it. My aunt moved in here from another local facility and it just doesn’t even compare. Very clean, homey, & the staff is amazing! Would 10/10 recommend!

I cannot say enough about [name removed] and the staff at Brookdale. Bonita Beach. My mother checked in just five days ago and the improvement in her quality of life is on explainable. She is walking having meals in the dining room. Enjoying them very much. Today she even did water aerobics. I was hoping for good things, but I had no idea the difference this environment would make in her quality of life. Thank you all so much for everything you’re doing to make the last stage of her life a great success.

I recommend Hidden Meadows on the Ridge to people with dementia. The lay out was not confusing. It was set up in a quad style, which was surrounding the dining area. My loved one is a dementia patient and the hallways were open ended and didn't confuse him. My loved one does not like to really communicate with a lot of people to try to get where he is going. The staff was very willing to give me updates on my loved one, as I visited every other day. The director sent more formal email status of my loved one about every month. The staff is friendly and I have no complaints. Hidden Meadows works for me and my loved one.

They are getting great care. My loved one loves the food. It is more expensive but is better than other places. I picked this community, because the staff made me feel extra comfortable, they were able to work with me , and they go above and beyond with communication. I have no complaints, and would recommend to other families.

I took a look at Worthington Place last weekend. I think my dad is probably needing more like a nursing home but the sales person and director were very helpful and nice and I wish we would have looked sooner because I think he would have loved it there before he got so sick. The nurse is going to assess him. Reaonice place. People seemed happy.
