Our family had an in person tour and it was a really nice tour experience, staff were very nice but it was just to expensive for our family

This community is a safe alternative to living in your own home. The room sizes are good, I really like the layout of the rooms too, they have their own private bathroom as well.

I toured this facility and it was great!

The community needs to offer fresh fruits and salads. The dining room and service is done well. My loved one is so happy! The staff is amazing! One thing, maintenance issues need to be responded to quicker and repaired properly. I prayed very long and hard before moving my loved one into Solstice. Solstice was the right decision for us. My loved one is thriving! It's a fabulous place! You can do as much or as little as you like. Very welcoming and genuine. The community is small enough to where everyone will know your name and genuinely care about each other. The staff is very attentive. I even received a phone call when my loved one wasn't feeling well. I greatly appreciated their concern. Excellent communication! The on site care givers, if you need them, are fabulous! My loved one is very happy and watched out for. That settles my heart so I can travel for work knowing she's in great hands.

I toured this community and it was nice! Everyone was very friendly and cleanliness was great.

So far the staff is very friendly, cooperative, and helpful. I would recommend to visit the community, talk with the staff and the residents about the community that is what we did. My loved one loves the community because it is all one floor and easy to navigate.

I toured this facility and it's beautiful! The Memory Care Unit is wonderful! I want to live here! But it is expensive, so it wasn't an option for us.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the tour was an excellent experience, it is a very nice community but overall it came down to price and this was just a little to expensive for us.

We chose Addington Place mainly because of the fair value for the money. I also work in healthcare in an emergency room and I see how patients come in from many different places, so I kept that in mind when I was looking as well. The director [name removed] is outstanding. You can call her personal cell phone and she always calls back. When you walk in she makes it a point to come say hi to you. We had multiple conversations before even placing mom here and she was so pleasant and willing to answer any questions that we had. I would absolutely recommend Addington Place of Shiloh to others.

For what they offer, I think the value for the money is great. The food is excellent, the apartments are very nice, and the staff are friendly. I would move in here just for the food, they offer 3 meals a day and they are very good. The menu is great and then they have another menu that you can order off of anytime. I was very impressed and would recommend Terrabella Windsor Lake to others looking.

I was thinking when the time comes, that I would also like to move in this community. Communication with staff is pretty good. The community is overall pretty clean.

We have been so thrilled with our experience at Woodbury Mews, we love it here. It is a very family - like atmosphere and everyone has been super friendly from the get go. The staff are very encouraging and like to get the residents involved. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

We chose TerraBella Sugarloaf because it just really felt like it was the best option around based off for others that we looked at. The others felt depressing or smelled, but Terrabella was very bright and clean. When I called my brother to tell him this was the place and he asked why and I told him that this is a facility that I would want to be in when I get older. The staff have all been super upbeat, friendly and welcoming. They are also excellent with communication to the family. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.

It has been a very good experience so far

This is my third place, and I'm very happy to be here. One good thing about Ormand in The Pines is you can do all of these things and you don't have to go outside walking anyplace - to your meals, etc., which is a big plus. You don't have to get wet and cold on your way anywhere. I have my own laundry in my apartment, and they also have two laundry areas on each floor with eight washers/dryers. They furnish your sheets, towels, and toilet paper, which doesn't sound like much, but it really is. They clean the room every week (as opposed to every 2-4 weeks like some other places). Ormand Beach itself is a very beautiful, upscale environment. We have a restaurant right across the street with delicious wings and catfish. The hospital is less than 10 minutes away, so if you have any type of emergency they can get there quickly. There are dentists nearby, as well as banking. We have a bus service that takes you to Walmart, the bank, the library, out to eat, to doctor appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The driver even walks with you with an umbrella if it's raining, and he holds out his arm so you don't fall going in/out. They have church services here. Entertainment comes in. They celebrate your birthday. They decorate the place beautifully. Every apartment has its own air conditioning and heating unit, so you can have the temperature just how you like it. The grounds are lovely to look at. Wi-fi service is included in the monthly fee. The food is good, and Lois makes delicious cinnamon rolls. We have our own generators, so we didn't lose electricity during the hurricane. We have a beauty shop on-site. I feel very safe here. We have fire drills. The people who work here are very trustworthy (no theft like I experienced at another facility). They're friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient - the staff are just great. We have automatic door openers for the front lobby. We have an inground heated pool year-round. There is adequate parking for your car, as well as the option for covered parking. You can keep your pet if you have it on a leash. We have mail delivery. And I like that if I need assisted care later on, I don't have to move.

My dad was only there for about 4 months, but he made some great friends. The care at Terra Bella was wonderful to my dad and me. The employees there truly care about their residents' happiness and well-being.

The actual tour experience with The Lynmoore at Lawnwood was good, but we were not as impressed with the facility as far as independent living goes. It seemed to be a little bit more on the depressing side.

Our family had an in person tour and out of the countless other communities we had checked out this one by far was the best, we thought they did a wonderful job. It would of been our loved ones first choice but the price range was just to high for our loved one.

The staff is wonderful! They do offer activities. Exercise classes at all levels, trips to the mall weekly. There is a book to sign up for the activities. Trips to the grocery store and pharmacy weekly. And a car or bus to take us to any medical facility within a ten mile radius. They provide weekly light housekeeping and make the beds for me! The facility is extremely clean and if there is a problem they quickly take care of it. If we need something done personally... such as hanging curtains, the will fill out a work order and do the job when they can at a set rate per hour. I would definitely recommend it to others but it is a bit pricey so they would need to be aware of that, right up front. I love it here and have already made many friends and built quite a support system.

What we really like about Solstice Senior Living is the staff, they are so warm, friendly and welcoming. Every time we come to visit the residents are always saying hi to one another and engaging in conversation. So far our loved one has had no complaints regarding the meals, she says they are good with a good variety. We have not paid to much attention to the activities as of yet but our loved one has participate in a few things. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.
