My loved one likes the food a lot. We picked this communty, because it was the best value for the money, good location, the amount of resident engagement, they offered a lot of activies/things onsite, and the overall feel of the place.

Our family had an in person tour and we absolutely loved this community, it seemed like a such a fun place to be but at the time we were looking for a place we needed somewhere that has assisted living and this is only independent living.

The staff have been very welcoming. And they've worked very well to try and help my loved one to assimilate to their facility. They provide good care to him. It's a newer and nice facility. They seem to pay attention to detail. There's a nice patio area outside. It's expensive but seems to be on par with other places.

My loved one enjoyed being there and having the other residents around to interact with. That helped him improve a lot. It's a nice, bright, cheery place to live. It was the best place for him at the time that he needed it. And I liked all the staff I met. They were very friendly, helpful, and encouraging.

We really like this community. They have some wonderful caregivers here, but some aren't as great. The facility is nice and clean. They offer a lot of activities. We pay extra for shower assistance and mom is supposed to get showers twice a week, but it's often only done once a week. We addressed it with them and they fixed it for awhile, but it's now back to once a week. Mom is very happy with the food. Good quality and variety. During the hurricane they were on top of everything. Health and safety was top of the line. We eventually lost power, but they still stayed in contact with us by email, which was great. Housekeeping is once a week and they do a very good job. They do offer transportation, we haven't used it yet. Overall, it's affordable and pleasant. They even upgraded her to a bigger suite for a lower price. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Terrabella Harrisburg has been great. Sometimes during the weekend the staffing is not as good and they do not have as many activities provided, but during the week it is great. They have enclosed the whole back with an 8 foot privacy fence so residents can come and go outside as they please. The staff go by the rooms every couple of hours and check on the residents and ask if they want a snack such as a banana or cup of fruit. They did have an issue with their call buttons working so they completely upgraded that. It is a smaller facility as well and I think that is why the care has been so good. We could not think of a better place for mom and we are very pleased. We would definitely recommend them to others looking.

To be honest. All of my expectations were exceeded. I would give a 5+ for every category especially friendliness of staff.

The care services are wonderful. My loved one likes the food, so there is no complaints. They offer a lot of activities, but my loved one has not participated yet. We picked this community, because another family member had been to this community, and also for the price, meals, it was clean, and we knew it would be perfect for my loved one. Everyone is do nice, and happy, and the people seem to enjoy working there.

I toured Holiday Jackson Meadow and it was very nice, however, they didn't have assisted living in the same community. So, we would've had to move my mom if she would've needed assisted living in the future. It wouldn't have been a problem, but it just would have been one more move, and she would have lost all of her friends.

My loved one loves the food, and seems happy with the activities. The staff is friendly. We picked this community, because the value for money was close to what we could afford, and it's good quality.

What sticks out most about Country Club at Woodland Hills is the staff are very friendly and professional and always very helpful.

Lovely community. Staff and residents are friendly and helpful. So many activities and entertainment. You can be busy all day. Enjoy happy hour in the tavern meeting new friends. Food is delicious. We are so glad we moved here.

We liked the community. My loved one knew residents at another community and this was a preference for us. This community only offers assisted living and we were looking for independent living.

Aston Gardens was a great facility but unfortunately our loved ones could not stay as long as what we had wanted, but given the experience we had we want to move in there. The community is very clean, and the staff members were just great. Everybody was so happy and you could see they enjoyed being there. We had a few meals ourselves and it was great and the potential for activities and engagement was great.

My friend was at another assisted living, she is 80 and had just given up , her daughter listened and moved her , she is a complete turn around . She goes to dining room, goes shopping, movies , has made new friends and doing so well. Could not have made a better decision. Activities, friends , great staff. The staff are cheerful amd friendly.

I really don't post reviews but I had to let everyone that this is the best place for mom! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Mom was nervous but she made friends. She likes playing the activities and the events they have and the music. I'm so happy with our decision!

I love coming here to visit grandma. The residents are so nice and welcoming and always waving hi. My grandma loves her friends and says every one is so nice to her. She loves the meals and not having to cook anymore and she’s very happy with her care gives!! Loves playing BINGO

Mom moved out of her home of 45 years and already feels at home. Everyone is so friendly

My friend is so happy at the IVOR with all the friendly people and fun activities. A real family atmosphere, highly recommend.

My son recently visited and told me I live a safe place. I like everyone, they are nice, and the food is good. I like to talk with the other people that live here.
