I liked the space. It was very welcoming, clean, and very pretty. Thay had lots of activities.

The transition was very smooth and easy- my parents felt very welcomed. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful - my parents said they have had no problems. The facility is very clean and well kept. The outside is beautiful and the landscaping is well maintained. It is in a safe location as well. They seem to have plenty of activities provided, my mom is always busy and has made friends. My parents have never been as active as they have been since they moved in here. They said they enjoy the food and everything is good. My parents are very happy with their choice.

TerraBella Spartanburg has been an awesome experience so far, if we had to pick a place for ourselves we would want to move here. The staff have taken such great care of our loved one, they always make sure he is bathed and clean shaven. Based on our experience we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Morada has been great so far. Our family member has great neighbors, and she loves interacting with everybody, doing activities and playing games. She still drives and likes that she has a carport. The cleaning lady that comes once a week is very friendly. Our family member just loves it there.

You can have peace of mind knowing that your family member is in a place where they'll be taken care of. They're served food three times a day. There's a washer and dryer right outside their door. So you don't have to worry. The apartment is small but perfect for a single person. And my loved one gets along with everybody.

Thanks for making it such an easy process. My loved one got to move in right away. We are so happy with The Oakmont! We picked this community because, it was the closest, convenient, and they had availability.

They were wonderful. The food was good. We picked this community, because it was very clean, the staff was friendly, and it was a close location. Overall, I like it better than other places.

The cleanliness is great. Going under renoovation. The people are amazing/great. The staff is excellent. There is not a variety with the food options, but the food is good. They have things for people who are very active. It would be nice if they had more options for the dementia residents. We picked this community because, they made us feel like family, had my loved ones best interest at heart, we loved the apartments, and they were friendly. Thank you so much to A Place for Mom. It was wonderful services , you made it so easy, and it was a good experience

Our expectations were all a 5,but my brother died. Before we could move him to the community so we have no real experience.

It's a good place to live a whole, peaceful life. The people are exceedingly friendly, both the staff and the residents. The point person who gets you signed up, [name removed], was very knowledgeable, approachable, and accessible. The staff continue to keep in contact after your loved one moves in and give you updates. They ask questions. It's not a scenario where they just get you in and then they're done. They still care and continue to make sure you're having a good experience. My person says the food is great. And it's a good value - much less expensive than other places we looked at.

My mother has been in Lehigh Acres Place for 9 years. They have given her the utmost care and loving service. The staff are true professionals. I highly recommend this Assisted living facility for your loved ones.

We chose Terrabella Summerville because my stepfathers mother was there and had a very good experience. They had no availabilities at first but right when we needed it they had a space open up, it was meant to be. [name removed] the director and [name removed] the director of nursing were awesome, very helpful and easy to communicate with. They have a lot of activities going on, every time we go to visit there is something happening. I would recommend Terrabella to others, it was a positive experience for us.

The staff at Terrabella Summit they were very informative with any question you asked, they always had an answer right away - we never had to wait a day or two for them to get back to us. I would absolutely recommend this facility to other families looking.

I'd give this community all 5 stars, except for value for the money- very expensive to have them administer Rx (haven't chose to do that yet). But we are happy with them!

SummerHouse is a really nice place and a great environment. The staff are great overall. Some here and there have their issues, but that occurs anywhere you go. They provide good care for my loved one. Really the only issue is they're having a hard time keeping housekeepers currently.

The entire Leadership, Management & Staff are outstanding providing loving and superb service to our challenged family member. The kindness, support, dignity, proactivity, touch and respect shown every hour is wonderful during these very difficult & sad twilight years. Their careful training and genuine smiles mean the world to our Family. Special recognition to their fabulous Resident Director [name removed] for her extraordinary patience, wisdom, angelic grace & phenomenal care. Exec. [name removed] is always accessible, man of action, wonderful listener & incredibly talented. Sales Director [name removed] has super patience, charming, excellent with on-boarding details and readily goes the extra mile. Top ratings across the board as we highly recommend this property heads and tails above any competitor anywhere across our great nation!

We are very pleased with Terrabella. The food is good, the staff has been very attentive, the therapy is great, and my parents are happy there.

Terrabella Windsor Lake is good. I'm not there very much, but my loved one doesn't care for the food; she doesn't care for anything. I take it that they probably don't use as much spice in the food because of their clientele, so the food might be a little bland. I also wish they had an ice machine. Beyond that, their recreation person / Activities Director is very good, and it's a very good place. Highly recommended!

There really are no areas they could improve on - they have been very accommodating in every area and based on our experience we would absolutely recommend Woodbury Mews to other families. The only reason the meals and dining gets a 4 overall is because they just opened up a new dining area and they are still working out some of the kinks with the meals and service

Atria was not licensed for end of life and I didn't want to have to move my loved one again later.
