I really liked Brookdale Hoffman Estates. Unfortunately, they do not offer a 2-person assist which was what my loved one needed at the time that we were looking. You are also not able to age in place here so if the care got worse, he would have to move out. If they would have been able to take him, I definitely would have put him here.

My loved one is happy with the activites. There is much more social interaction, and it's a very welcoming environment. They have addressed all needs within apartment, including any replacements that were needed. It has been an enjoyable living experience for my loved one. They guided them through the process. The staff is always around. I chose this place because, I knew the care was going to be there. I also, recommended this palce to a neighbor.

I am very happy with the place. The care services is wonderful. The food has been very good. I would not be hesitate to recommend to anyone else. The staff is very ?loving. It is very age appropriate. It's a cozy and clean environment. It feels like home when you walk in. I feel very safe with my loved one being there.

I have never ever been dissatisfied during my loved one's time at Solstice at Auburn. I get my questions answered and I get the help that I need when I ask for it. Your loved one will get out of the situation what they put into it. Solstice has all kinds of activities available if a person chooses to participate.

The community is beautiful and I think this is a nice community. My loved one is disappointed in the food's taste at this time.

They were great all the way through. I was really pleased that I was able to find something that worked for my loved one that we were able to afford. The apartment was great. They had it repainted and put in a new floor before she moved in. They're updating things regularly and taking care of the facility well. She wasn't able to experience the social aspects as much since she declined and ended up needing assisted living, but that was not on Solstice at all.

Laundry could be done more promptly.

I worked with this community to fulfill a "Dare to Dream" with a resident that lives there. Fantastic staff and an eye to detail when it comes to knowing their residents on a one on one basis. Their culture and how they treat each other with dignity and respect can be seen and felt in their community. Highly recommend!!

My mom lives at this wonderful facility. The satff is very responsive and caring. The facility is clean and well managed. My mother loves the food. She has actually improved in health since she now has a balanced diet and is very happy. Thank you for all that you do for my mom, and the residents.

The community associates were helpful and welcoming. I have made friends and I would recommend Solstice Senior Living to friends.

I am very happy with Addington Place of Mount Pleasant Iowa. My mother lives there and I have visited twice, from out of town. The staff are friendly, very clean facility, and the activities keep my mom enteratined. I also enjoyed a family activity. It was great fun.

We love Portland Place. There is so much energy here!

Was an absolutely wonderful tour, came down between this and another for our loved one.

I chose La Marea for my friend of 30 years after touring nine facilities close to my home. La Marea was for the best that I saw. It is not too Big, has very good facilities and the staff is excellent. Their Activities director organizes fun outings and entertainment. I greatly recommend it.

The food is good, I don't think I could have found a nicer place.

we moved into this assisted living community in spring of this year. We appreciate the caregivers kindness and professionalism. The staff are respectful to our requests and everyone works to meet the needs of this facility

It has been a wonderful help to me and has taken a big load off of my shoulders. We procrastinated for a long time before making the decision, and I wish we had not done that. It has been such a good thing for our family. They made the transition from home to independent living very easy. The sense of community among the residents is wonderful. The staff has been amazing, especially Catherine. They're taking very good care of our family and have been wonderful to us. It's an amazing value for the cost, and we've been very happy with them.

Our mom has been at Solstice for 15 months and we are very pleased with how much we appreciate the excellent attention they provide for each tenant!
