Great food, balanced menus, lots of variety on the menu, and yummy desserts! Our Mom loves the food at Solstice. Chef [name removed] and his staff are serving up delicious food every day: Omega-3-packed meals, colorful vegetable selections, and yummy desserts! There are also "comfort food" items offered daily to please even the pickiest of eaters. In the restaurant-style dining room at Solstice, each resident chooses from a variety of menu selections and the servers at Solstice Kennewick are so INCREDIBLY patient! Hats off to [name removed]! Our compliments to the CHEF! --and his staff!

This place is wonderful, so many activities to enjoyand great food. The chef offers so many exciting options for meals. From breakfast to lunch and dinner. Love the variety, the tables are alway set nice and clean and they are always so pleasant! The entire staff here is so enjoyable and eager to help. The nursing staff that is available for help also meets and exceeds expectations. The housekeeping staff does a great job, hoping they can find and keep enough staff now.

They are great and my mom enjoys living there. A very nice community and amenities overall.

We really like that the residents receive a lot of love and attention there. The staff and residents are always happy, in a good mood with smiles on their faces. The staff seem to always be eager to help with anything. Our loved one was not crazy about the meals but the dining service and dining hall was super nice. With the covid restrictions the activities were about as good as can be, but based on the experience we have had we would recommend them to other families.

The care team that was in charge of my friend's care was excellent. It felt like I was leaving my friend at a relative's house. The food was adequate for substance; however, it lacked taste. There were always activities going on when I would visit my friend. There is a beauty salon a on site along with a gardening area. There is an onsite physical therapy room. It truly feels like a home away from home here. The rooms are bright and spacious. There is a kitchenette in the apartment as well. There are some apartments that have full kitchens depending on the size of the apartment you want.

I thought The Addison of Fayetteville was wonderful and I would highly recommend them.

From my experience with at Glassford Place, I give a 5/5 to all aspects. From the beginning of the process, through to move-in, and up to the present, the people there have been so great! Talking to my mom today, she was telling me how much she enjoys the activities and the young woman who organizes them.

My mom is very happy there. Every time she speaks with me she thanks for finding this place. She always says things are perfect no complaints

Its never easy to make a move. But aston gardens has helped my family make the transition for my mom easier! Not only easier but her quality of life has been so much better being around others! And the food is very good!

Love everything about The Gables

I've been here for5 years - looking at other Senior Living facilities I have not found one who could offer more. Our floor plans are much bigger then most. We have a great activities program - rides to dr. appointments, fitness center, but to grocery store and a staff who really care. Not to mention friends!

My dad moved in earlier this week, and I can't say enough on how the entire staff has welcomed him to the community and help him get acclimated. The entire Mattison Crossing team has been sincere, responsive, caring and understanding. My dad is a picky eater, but he has said the food is very good. Thank you Mattison Crossing team for what you do.

Northwoods is a vibrant and active place, full of life and activity. It does not have an institutional feel in the least. During monthly visits, I always observed residents comfortably engaged in conversation or participating in an activity. Staff go above and beyond to offer meaningful ways for residents to spend their time connecting with others and demonstrate great care, compassion, and respect in their interactions. The environment is welcoming - appealing and upbeat. Additionally, Northwoods is a leader in the community, working to bring agencies and organizations together around important issues for Seniors.

Highly recommend North Woods Place!

The facility is mostly clean and well maintained. The carpets are very old and could use use a little updating. When my loved one first got there, she needed a lot of services, and we have since pared those down due to cost, as well as other reasons. She wouldn't ask for the help she needed when she needed it. She also wasn't getting the help showering and dressing that we were paying for. The services we did get were great. We just weren't getting all of them initially. Everybody there has been very, very nice. But I feel like we're getting nickeled and dimed. Their care services are a la carte, and that adds up quickly. We wish there was another option for pricing. The staff are wonderful though. They're very friendly and have gone out of their way to help my loved one feel welcome. They've gone out of their way to communicate with her with her hearing issues - writing on her white board, etc. She's very happy with the food, which is much better than a different facility she was at. If you don't like what they're serving, there are other options available. They advertise that snacks are available during the day, but don't provide them. They usually don't waive fees for food delivery to the room, even for serious medical reasons. They have worked with us and waived the delivery fee but are still charging a $(amount removed) packaging fee per delivery. In essence, it's a reduced delivery fee. But again, that adds up, and I wish they would just bring it to her. All in all, they offer good activities and services. They do her laundry and clean her apartment. The food is good They're very nice to her. It's expensive, but it gives us peace of mind.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a really good tour experience, we were able to meet with different staff and the residents. We were even able to eat lunch there.

I would recommend, lots of good choices of apartments. And lots of services, and the process moves quickly.
