This was a nice community, and had apartments available.

My wifes father was in there. We were very happy with the care there. It was my first pick but I didn't like the shower arrangment. They had four showers to service all people, which was down the hall. But now, I would take my wife there if I had the opportunity. It's a better fit.

They moved in last [date removed] and are doing things they haven't done in years. The staff has been wonderful to them. If they are happy, it takes a load off my siblings and myself. This makes it a win win situation.

Nice activities and community, but too far from family.

We had great neighbors.

After I retired, I moved here for the warm weather and recreation ( golf). We enjoyed the people we met, so we stayed.

I live here, and love it here. I would recommend this community to all.

The people are lovely. The food could be upgraded to better. Care is good and my housekeeping is good.

My daddy was in the mind care of Terra Bella in Newton, NC., for over seventeen months. My daddy loved it there and so did I ! They truly looked after my daddy. They became like family to him as well as our family. Very nice place with very caring staff! I truly appreciate the staff and the other patience there. My daddy has passed now, but I would recommend Terra Bella to everyone. I know other people in there and their families. They all love this place. I wouldn't concern any other place in Catawba County! I am very grateful to God for allowing my daddy to stay in there! I would do it over again. It is the best caring place. Thank you Terra Bella and staff!

Solstice has been great and done exactly what we have asked of them. Everything is going just fine, they do a really nice job keeping the community very clean. The staff members have been very friendly. It is a very welcoming community that gives somebody who is in need of first level assistance, and based on our experience so far we would recommend them to other families.

The Addison of Lincolnton is a very clean, and neat community. The staff we have met and spoke with have been super friendly. It upholds the reputation we had heard about and overall the value is worth it. Based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

Even though our loved one did not stay long before having to go to a rehab facility - the facility itself seemed great, the people were wonderful and the value for the money seemed like it was going to be good.

The Lynmoore at Lawnwood has been a great fit for our mother. The employees are very helpful and care about the seniors. Place is very clean. All staff have been very friendly. The food has been very good with a nice selection at every meal. The care from house keeping, Physical therapy and nursing has been very good. Overall we're very happy with her care.

[name removed] who runs the facility is awesome and so easy to deal with. She is very down to earth and was so helpful during the whole process - she made it an easy transition for our family.

I give TerraBella Hendersonville all 5's except for the activities - mom did not engage in any during her stay. It looked like they had plenty to do. She just stayed in her room except for meals, she loved the meals.

I've lived here for 4yrs. after a big surgery and the good living here has helped me rise and heal and really have a great quality of Life! The food is outstanding with fresh vegetables and fruits!

Unfortunately our loved one was not able to move in, but we did have great communication with the staff especially the ladies who helped us get the paperwork and room set up.

It has been a really good successful hit having our loved one here, they really understand our loved ones needs and level of comfort. They have a concierge desk that still has families and visitors check in and out and have their temperature taking, their hours are 8AM to 8PM so it gives the residents and families plenty of time to ask questions during the days or ask for assistance which is really helpful. They do not want residents just sitting in their rooms they want them out and about engaging with the community. They have a lot of different and appropriate activities and a lot of the activities do not require advanced notice or sign-ups so it takes the pressure off our loved one having to sign up and then deciding to not go. They provide meals which has been great - our loved one desperately needed to gain weight and she has been. The value for the money is absolutely incredible. We really like the fact that if our loved one starts to need additional care and assistance she does not have to move out of her room, she can stay there and receive the required services. The only time she would need to move would be for memory care.

Getting mom's meds sorted in the move has been a bit of a hassle, and I think the nurses could be a bit more helpful than they have been. Mom loves it there and is very happy with her choice. She particularly comments on how friendly everyone on staff is.
