After my grandmother died here in memory care, we ended up transferring my wife's grandparents there as well back in [removed] for their final weeks of life. They were cared for remarkably well. Bathed and cleaned prior days prior to their passing when they were on active hospice. The caregiver stated, "everyone deserves to die with dignity". Deane Hill did just that. They provided the opportunity for our grandparents to live out their final days with dignity in a clean kind place with loving people. [name removed] and [name removed] know my thoughts and feelings of gratitude...I regret that they are no longer there.

We thought the community did a good job. I would suggest you visit other communities as well to make sure you find the right community for your loved one. The staff communication with the family was good.

Solstice Senior Living basically saved our loved ones life. She is very satisfied with the cleanliness of the community and the staff there are very friendly. With the activities she does get involved in she really enjoys them. Overall she does enjoy the food but she says they do serve a lot of cheese and milk products and that is something our loved one needs to stay away from. Based on our overall experience we would recommend this community to other families.

Our mother is currently at Solstice Senior Living and we are very impressed with them. The staff members go out of their way to accommodating your needs. She has her own apartment which she likes and does not have to share. I would recommend families to this community.

Speaking with our loved ones they said the community was very clean, well kept, and overall just a great place. The staff members and everyone there was so cooperative and helpful. According to our loved one she really did seem to love the dining experience - she loved being able to socialize with a few ladies and always had good things to say about the meals. She was not really able to participate in the activities but she did enjoy getting her hair and nails done. It was a great experience

The staff overall is fantastic, couldn't be happier. Very pleased with them, they are very nice.

We had a great tour experience with Brighton Gardens of Greenboro. The staff and facility were wonderful but it was not the right fit location wise for us.

The staff fully embraces your loved one as one of their own. The other residents have taken our loved one in as a part of their own family. Everyone is so kind and generous. The entire facility (staff and residents alike), including the great Palatine Fire Department assisted in putting together/attending our loved ones birthday last week.

We placed my sister here after looking at a lot of places. This facility is in a beautiful, safe area. The new renovations are stunning, management and staff are very attentive. Couldn't ask for more. The dining experience is very good with many options. There are many activities to choose from as well. I know I don't have to worry about my sister at all here and it puts me at ease when I hear about all the things she participates in on a daily basis and how much she is loving it.

I would tell others that this is a very nice place to live. The facility is very nice and well maintained. The staff and administration are very nice to work with. The staff communication with the family is very good. I am always able to speak to someone about anything that I need to.

Brighton Garden is homey, the food is good, and the staff are very nice. Communication between the community and myself is pretty good, however, they could have a bit more communication. My loved one has a little apartment, it has a side room and a bedroom - which equals to two rooms. They also have a little kitchen with a fridge and a sink. Overall I would recommend Brighton Gardens to others.

After my husband of 54 years passed. I stayed in my home for 6 more years, wondering "Why?" I have not children except for my cat and dog, and I was lonely. Then I started getting unsteady and falling and medical issues made up my mind for me. I decided to research a senior living facility. I visited 5 before deciding on Brookdale of Des Plaines. The associates that work here and residents that choose to live here are the friendliest and most helpful that I encountered on my search. Brookdale Des Plaines has so many programs to participate in and things to do outside the facility that there is no reason to be BORED! Everything is provided for you and made available - food, recreation, games, entertainment, parties, etc. Fun place to live!

It is a very comfortable, pleasant place to live. The people who work here are so nice to all of us.

Couldn't be treated better, feel so comfortable here, it's like being home.

The staff was changing . Mom was happy with the food. She participated in Bingo. It was the nicest place that we found, when looking. Mom was happy. Overall, we were pretty happy with the facility.

I toured Discovery Commons South Biscayne; it was beautiful, everyone was nice and the nurse spoke to us. My mom had an incident and Discovery made sure to call and check on her during that time and that was very nice. We chose another community because as soon as we walked in, we felt like family. Discovery didn't have that same feel. During our tour of Discovery the lady showed us some of their past activities, whereas the other community had activities going on at that moment. We could have toured at the wrong time, but we just knew that the other place was the right fit.

They took a lot of the burden off. I know she's well taken care of there, and I wouldn't have any reservations taking her to Capstone again.

The satff is caring. There is alot of activities. My mom seems to enjoy the activities, especially Bingo and crafts. It's a good place, that others should consider.
