I am writing to say that I am grateful for [name removed], the Memory Care Director of Heartis. She is amazing! It would take up too many pages to tell you every amazing thing she has done for my father. She listened to all my concerns. She developed a plan for success. She sees my Dad's strengths. She is loving, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Im grateful for [name removed] & all the amazing Nurses & Caregivers! The Caregivers work so hard, they are so kind, friendly, & patient! I'm grateful for [name removed], she is a wonderful Activities Assistant! Im grateful to [name removed]. She was the first person I met & explained everything with kindness & warmth. Thank you to [name removed] & [name removed] who set up my Dad's apartment with perfection & continue to help in any way. And thank you to [name removed] & [name removed] for greeting me & my Dad with happiness & joy. And thank you to [name removed] Executive Director for sending me emails to inform me of everything that is going on at Heartis & for making Heartis an amazing place my Dad can call home.

Mom is doing great, Jackson Meadow is a phenomenal place. The value for the money is amazing especially compared to where I live. She is really thriving and interacting with all of the other residents that are her age. The apartment sizes are nice, she has a suite that is about 500 square feet and it is perfect for her. They have 3 different sizes to choose from. It is very open and spacious, has great natural lighting, she has a lot of closet space, and she has a private porch and entry way. She loves the food and gets 3 wonderful meals each day.

My Mom has been there for 4 days now and to our surprise she likes it. She has never liked change and she was never very social but she is now. She is doing well, she states that all the staff has been very nice to her. All the staff has been nice and very helpful to my brother and myself. She even likes the food, she's a picky eater.

I volunteer in this facility regularly. The staff is great and the residents are wonderful. They've had a recent interior update and the place is beautiful. I thoroughly enjoy my time here :)

Meadow Oaks is excellent. they are very good and my aunt is happy here for having to reside in a facility. I would rate the staff higher if I could, they're really good and friendly. there is currently no bus driver to take the residents on outings, but they do offer in-house activities. my aunt goes over to the assisted living side for most of them, but they are provided on both sides of the community. she likes to play card games a lot (rummy, Shanghai, dice, Uno, etc), and we were told that the assisted side did those type of things, but my loved one has not been included in that and hasn't seen it going on - so we make sure to play lots of card games with her when we visit. the meals are overall pretty good; there are some things my aunt doesn't like, just due to her own personal preference. housekeeping comes in twice a week, and they also take the laundry and switch out the bedding/linens when the room is cleaned. they allow pets as well. she had a friend from Washington come down for a visit and that friend brought her dog as well. they allowed the dog inside and this made my aunt really happy because she used to dog sit (him or her) all the time!

If you're looking for a place for a loved one with memory and/or senior issues, definitely consider Las Villas Del Norte. We looked at 3-4 other places, and Las Villas won out on location, the staff, and the facility itself. My mom has her own little apartment, and she seems to be pretty happy where she's at. We're happy with it too. Everybody there is very friendly. They are kind, considerate, and caring. Mom is getting excellent care, and they stay on top of everything. The only complaint she has had is they never give her dessert - which is not the case. They give dessert at every meal, just not the super sweet ones she prefers. So they're looking out for her in spite of herself. And otherwise she has no complaints about the food. They have quite a number of activities. She gets into the group sing-alongs and movie times. And they have a garden club that she enjoys when the weather is nice. But otherwise, she just wants to sit back and observe. At times I wish she would do more, but that's just part of the challenges of dealing with a loved one with dementia.

The staff were so wonderful to the family and my loved one. They made sure to meet the needs of my loved one. We were sad to leave the community when we had to, because we loved it so much. The staff are available to talk to the family, they have a concern for the residents, and the follow through is great! You can tell they really genuinely like their job. They go above and beyond in caring for the residents. The monthly fee covered transportation, housekeeping, meals, the room, and a rehab director on site. The washer and dryer is located on the floor of each building. The apartments had a kitchenette available as well. We were impressed with the rapport and the physical and occupational therapy my loved one received while here at Solstice. The food was good for my loved one. The dining did take a bit to get through due to the community being on the larger side.

I feel like they have given good care, they are very attentive, return my calls. Their is a small number of residents and they know who I am calling about. The nurse there is very very good. This a locked memory care unit. They provide activities to the memory care residents. They have a neuro psych nurse practitioner that comes to visit the residents regularly. She can adjust their medications and she is great.

The van service takes you Tuesdays and Thursdays to doctors appointments and you have to have your doctor fax the appointment time and date to the front desk. I think it would be helpful if they could provide transportation to other places without an appointment, but that is my only complaint. They do take you to Walmart every other Wednesday and also provide some trips to the bank and pharmacy. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. The staff here are absolutely amazing and always greet me when they pass by. I would certainly recommend Terrabella Windsor Lake to others looking.

Good community, it was too far from family. You had two entrances to get to the bathroom.

The community truly cares about the residents, they have activities, and they are very friendly here. This is a fun atmosphere and a good place to go to. There is light housekeeping, three meals a day, all utilities, cable, and internet, laundry services, and the room is included in the monthly fee. Some of the activities available include movie nights, holiday celebrations, and more for the residents to choose from. My loved one like the feeling of the community during the tour. It is a happy and fun place. My loved one can come and go as they please. There are elevators in the buildings. There is also transportation available if the residents would like to use it. The food is excellent. There are three main items that the resident can choose from and side items. At lunch and dinner there is an additional menu that is standard that are always available for the residents to eat. They also provide balanced meals.

It's a great place. Everyone I met is very respectful and nice. The staff has been warm and welcoming to my loved one. They have housekeeping that comes once a week. They have activities going on daily. They have things like bingo and other social options to choose from. They provide a good variety of meal choices and the food is good. They provide transportation to anywhere within a 10 mile radius from the facility. The staff call or text regarding any questions or concerns regarding my loved one.

the staff here are wonderful! they've been so friendly and kind to us as we visited mom and then had to clean out her apartment after her passing. I know mom loved them too because she talked about them fondly all the time. they genuinely care about the people around them.

a great community. all service workers very helpful. people in community very friendly. the guest room we have been in felt very welcome, clean and neat.

First impression right away is the location, it is in the woodlands so it is surrounded by trees and its just really nice. The staff are super friendly, the residents are super friendly and we would recommend to others.

This community was nice but it just happen to be in an area that would not work out for all of my family. We had to go with another community that would work better for everyone.

I am so happy my father is at this location. The staff is kind and considerate. They work very hard to connect with people. I'm very comfortable with my father being there. We've used their physical therapy and home health services. I think their home health services could use some improvement, but it's a private company and not part of Parkview. They have a gourmet chef, and they offer a lot of activities. He'll be leaving shortly to spend the summer with our family, but we'll be sending him back there again - that's how much we like it. The best part is the residents are always smiling and happy, which says a lot. They have washer/dryer hookups in their apartments and a full kitchen. It's an amazing apartment with all utilities an internet included. I think it's an outstanding value.

Discovery Village has been a blessing in disguise. It's definitely the best place in the county, even cost aside. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I like everything about it. Their approach is safety first; however, they still allow the residents to feel like they're not in a clinic or healthcare setting. Their follow-up on the morning check-ins in the apartments is great, as is their responsiveness to requested services. The staff are great with interpersonal communication and professional rapport amongst themselves and the residents. And that makes the residents feel at home.

This was a nice community but there was another community that would have allowed a space for my pet. Also I just wanted a different environment feel. Also I had to wait for availability and there was another community that came up first. The tour was great and they answered all of the questions that we had.
