I would tell others this has been a life save for our family. This community assisted my loved one in becoming more social. Shopping, wine testing, carnival, stained glass, and more are some activities for the residents to choose. The food is very good and they have improved since the new chef has arrived. The community is able to provide transportation of the residents to the store and doctor appointments.

upon arriving I was welcomed by a friendly staff member. the apts are large and beautiful. the residents seemed happy and I liked the facility. will recommend this facility to my friends and neighbors.

hands down one of the cleanest, friendliest, and hospitable I have delivered too. the staff is always friendly and nice to me every day I come and deliver the mail.

Their services here at Heartis Village Orland Park compared to other facilities we looked out were outstanding. Their director of memory care is phenomenal as well as the director of nursing , she is great. The overall facility director is also fantastic. I cannot say enough about the staff. They are excellent with communication and very responsive to families. We would absolutely recommend them to others.

We really liked Shasta Estates, if the decision was up to me I actually preferred this facility. It is owned by the same company as the place that my dad chose, it is just a lot newer. I think they have a better use of their common areas for the residents.

It's an excellent place for my disabled handicap family member and he has made a lot of friends. They make it a point to introduce people to each other. The offer a free sign language course once a week. My brother is deaf. This is very meaningful for our family knowing this. They keep such a friendly atmosphere. It is a wonderful place. The meals are excellent and included in the price. It covers utilities, maintenance, cable, room, internet, etc. Everything is included in this monthly expense. The meals offer a variety of choices to choose from. The facility is in the middle of downtown south Austin. By central market. It is very convenient to live in this area. The apartments in this area cost more alone in that area. This is located on 40 acres with walking trail so you are still on the property while going for a walk. They offer cottages as well. They have parties every Friday night as well as activities throughout the day everyday.. I cannot speak well enough on this place. The people who work there have been there a long time. They must treat the employees well to be there for so long. The staff is very friendly

They're very friendly and courteous. And they're always looking after their residents. Their activities are really good. During Halloween, they had a costume party. They always seem to have special things monthly, church weekly, and lots of other things going on., If a person wants to be active, they can be as active as they want to be. Overall it's just a really good organization.

I love it here. I recently lost my husband, and the people here have made it a lot easier and smoother for me to handle. There are many sweet and compassionate people, from the staff to the residents. I love my apartment and have my own little cottage. The food is one of the only downfalls. I think they're looking for a new chef or trying to adjust the vendor. Some days you have an excellent choice, and it's very good. But other days it could be a little bit better.

This has been a good experience for me at Franklin Park. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff are very good to work with if I have questions or concerns. The food is very good with a wide selection and presented nicely to the residents. Some of the activities that are available are bingo, gym, baseball, live entertainment, poker, game room, and more for the residents to choose from.

I would highly recommend it. They tailor activities for assisted living as well as memory care residents. The activities were fitting for the residents needs. When it's time for me, I will be going there. That is how highly I think of them.

we toured Vista del Rio and had a very nice experience. the tour guide(s) were very versed and did a wonderful job. my loved one did not want to live above the first floor and Vista del Rio did not have any availability below the second floor. the distance from the elevator and to common spaces was also an issue. we chose another community because they had better pricing and everything was on a singular level.

This community goes above and beyond for the residents. Everyone is super friendly and super patient. They treated my loved one with great care and even during the difficult times they were very patient with her. They have a schedule with work outs, they have people that come to the residents and try to promote the activities to them for everyone to be involved. I would recommend this community to anyone.

We chose Whispering Oaks because this was closest to her home that she was at, so her friends who lived close could still come to visit with her. The apartment sizes here are very very nice. The staff members were extremely helpful with explaining things to mother before she actually signed on the dotted line and moved in. She is adjusting well and we would recommend them to others.

our families experience with Solstice Senior Living has been awesome! the food has declined a little, but its not too bad. the best thing about Solstice is that my mom gets to socialize a lot, there's always someone to talk to. they offer a lot of engaging activities and the residents are always out and about outside of their rooms. the staff are also very helpful and awesome as well.

Don't hesitate to go there. I may go there myself one day.

I had a good tour experience with The Haven & The Laurels. To us the facility felt very intuitional and we were looking for something that had a homier atmosphere. It was nice but just not the right fit for my loved one.

It's great! The people who run the place are very polite and helpful with any problems you might have. They go overboard in making sure that you're comfortable here. I like my apartment. It's convenient and designed nicely. The first thing you see when you walk in is the kitchen, then the living room. Then off the living room is the bedroom and bathroom. Barb, the front desk person is a great lady. She calls in the morning to make sure you're okay and asks if you need anything. [name removed], the recreation director, takes you to the bank, the hospital, wherever you need to go. The people here are really great!

The cleanliness of the community is a 5+ and the staff have all been super friendly we have had no issues there. There are a ton of activities going on and we have recommend this community to others and will continue to do so.

The staff seems to be friendly most of the time. The administrative staff have been good at communicating when the community is going to close for the pandemic or illness. They are good at providing activities for the residents via holiday celebrations and to keep the residents more active most of the day. The community is doing all they can.
